This company is F#%*ing great. I have ordered multiple times, got my order in a couple days and ALL the products I’ve received are legit. There were 2 instances where a problem arose and the customer service is so helpful and quick with their responses and solutions to the problems I was very impressed. I definitely recommend this site to not only anybody with diabetes but anybody interest in their health in general. Great products, good prices, fast shipping, and great customer service.

Put in an order in November 2018. Got part of it only. No notice of why. After two tries by email, I got a response that the items were out of stock but a new supply was expected in 2 days. It has been 2 weeks and still nothing from the company or communication or what is going on and no product either and it is now the last few days of December.

Pieces are fair, if your out of stock on an item you should say so when ordering. Not take My money and then send me an iou saying it’s on backorder and will be sent out soon. Also there shipping rates are kinda ridiculous, priority mail 2-3 ship in the Us is no more than $7.25 for most items if it fits it ships.

Placed an order 2 days ago for $10.96 (give or take some change) I was charged TWICE and have yet to get ahold of anyone via email or phone. I havent even received any type of order confirmation, so Im not even sure Ill actually receive anything. All of these bad reviews are making me very uneasy and I regret not using my usual source.

Im just about to place my 4th or 5th order here and Ive never had any issues and once I wrote an email once with a question and got an immediate response. Im happy with this company this far :)

Purchased a blood pressure monitor in March and it didnt work, I contact this company the same day the product arrived, They refuse to replace it instead they gave me the manufacturer phone number to deal with them. Is now April 5 and I have no solution to this problem. Please STAY AWAY from this company.

The 1st time buying from them everything went well. The 2nd time I bought from them I never recieved the product I ordered and paid for. Luckily I paid with PayPal. I tried called them, and email them. I never got a response back. So I was able to get my money back from Pay Pal. Thank goodness for Pay Pal.

Im not sure about the expirences and low ratings that result in this company having 1 star but my experience has always been great . I get what I need at a very good price...always quickly shipped and on time.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! 4 weeks ago I placed an order, they took my money, and then 4 days later tell item is out of stock, then 3 different times I was told my order was shipping out and it never did!!!!! I can never seem to get ahold of anyone from customer service when you call, they did email me, but it was all lies!!!! So who knows if I will ever get my money back!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

This place/site sucks. I never got my order. And still havent gotten my refund. Poor customer service and very bad communication it should be shut down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered 3 glucometer kits but after opening one realized we had only received just the glucometers. Called customer service and was told to ship back the two unopened glucometers, since they wouldnt take the opened one back. Was never told at that time, that we would only get a partial refund for the two unopened packages. It cost us more to ship the two back then they were worth. Called customer service again to be told there was nothing she could do, but she would pass it on to her manager. Never heard from anyone. We wont be purchasing anything from diabetessupplies4less ever again. Poor communication and poor customer service.
