My favorite place to be. It’s sad that it’s going to close it’s doors. We’re going there for the last time one day.

Heres my experience I was in Toys R Us

Vanessa has been absolutely amazing and helpful, smart, quick, she’s fantastic. Then we met Adriana and Madelyn. Their scanner didn’t work and Adriana was very patient all the time, then Madelyn took over and you can see why she’s the manager. Very polite and efficient! I will just come back here because of them!!

Whats not to like, its only the best toy store in the world. All the toys one can imagine. Staff is nice and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Im like a big kid in there with my 3 year old daughter.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a dresser to be delivered to this location. Upon receiving notification that the dresser had arrived, we called the store prior to picking it up in a futile attempt to obtain the dimensions of the box the dresser came in. I believe that was a reasonable request to prevent us from driving all the way to the store to find out that it doesnt fit. I explained this to the sales representative I spoke with. She put me on hold to come back and told me that no one could give me the dimensions. I inquired, Youre telling me that our only option is for us to drive all the way out to the store to find out that it doesnt fit? She sarcastically chuckled and said yeah. I further inquired, Its really impossible for someone to give us the dimensions of the box or an approximation of the dimensions to give us some kind of idea of its size. She replied that it was not possible. There was no effort whatsoever to provide any kind of reasonable customer service. There are plenty of other online options these days, and, we will never order something from this store again. To me, customer service is more important than anything else, and, if a company cannot provide reasonable customer service, I would rather not have something than give them any of our money.

Customer service done right for the holiday season. My only complaint is that there were carts being used to restock, blocking pathways. Otherwise it was a clean and enjoyable visit with courteous employees.

Toys r us. Needs more help. I walked all around the store to no avail there was one person working who also was handling the registers.andno one working on the floor to answer questions or help finding merchandise.. thats pretty awful for a store like toys r us

THIS STORE IS REMAINING OPEN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 🙆They have all the toys that you cant find at your local (Wxx Mart). Also a great rewards program.

My sons had accumulated a bunch of gift cards, so we figured wed better use them while we could. Theres something to be said for the act of actually going to the toy store. Spending the quality time. Letting him pick out his giant nerf guns, and try to carry them to the counter. It makes me very sad that I wont be able to do that with my 2 month old.

I called to check availability of a game at this location and was told they have it. I even specifically asked if they have it there in store and was told yes. Fast forward after driving almost 20 miles, I get there and cant find it. So I ask someone who had someone else check their computer, and was told its a new game, their shipment is behind and they dont have it in store. Yeah, needless to say Im not happy, I should have remembered the name of the person who gave me false hope, but I guess thats my fault for thinking people would be honest.

We went to 3 Toys R Us looking for this beautiful doll for our daughter Christmas gift called the You & Me 14 inch Hugs & Holds Doll - African American Version and to my astonishment they only had the Caucasian version and not the African American version thats currently on their site. To make it worse all I seen was Caucasian dolls and the only one that was African American was the most unattractive one (sad), and it was strange to know that all the most beautiful Caucasian dolls had an African American version but you could only order them online. So we end up getting the beautiful Caucasian one but in, but we would have appreciated if Toys R US showed equality, Im very disappointed this Christmas in you guys.

This Toys R Us is very spacious and has many toy options to choose from! The employees were very friendly and helped me when I needed to look for an item. My only complaint here is the bathrooms were disgusting and very very very dirty. They need to be tended to more often. Too bad this chain is closing; I really loved this store.

Store smells incredibly filthy. It smells like the place has been cleaned with dirty mop water. The employees there took their time with everything,not even looking at the people they were helping. The cashier said hi,not really even sounding like she wanted to be there. She only sounded happy when we were leaving. Shocker. Im seriously surprised that this location is open.

Toys R Us workers deserve severance!

This place is beyond terrible. Managers, associates all have attitude. Store is filthy, ceiling is leaking, A.C. is always out which makes it impossible to spend more than 5 minutes in there. The kids sections is a joke always out of diapers. For a kid store good luck finding an associate to help you, checking line is always long. Do whatever yoh can to avoid this hell hole

Store is run down... needs repair. AC is often out and theres always a leak in the section in front if the store. If you need diapers dont bother going there, they have a poor selection and always out of diapers. Not enough staff to help customers. Staff are not welcoming nor helpful, I rather drive the extra 15 miles to Wellington than going to this dump

Its alright. Honestly only go there if I get a coupon. Stuff is much cheaper on Amazon.

While the employees have always been polite, every time I visit the pricing for their toys have not been very price competitive with other sellers (Ex: Amazon). During my most recent visits to this location, I feel like Im one of just a handful of customers inside.

The only reason I went to this toysrus is because I had a bunch of gift cards and well you know the rest. They are going out of business and little to nothing was on sale. In fact they overcharged me at the register. It was resolved but I guess they thought they could at least try. Sales people became brain dead when asked for assistance. All I wanted was a kids rubber ball, but that became a chore! Leggos boxs were previously opened and taped to make it saleable. Oh yea, restrooms havent been cleaned in a month! No wonder they are going out of business.

I love Toys R Us because every now and then you can find unique ideas even for adults

This store is one of my absolute favorites.Everyone is so helpful. I always do the online surveys that are in the receipts.👍❤

Staff in Boynton Beach is helpful and friendly. Like the fact you can price check your own items using the barcode scanners placed in the aisles.

Magic,the employees there are full of life and its just a great atmosphere it also helps that its a store full of toys lol

I had a gift card since Christmas and still couldnt find anything good to spend it on. I wanted to buy a pinata for my sons birthday but all they had was 3 color faded, dirty ones thrown on the floor. Finally got my son s police car and it broke the same day.

So sad they are closing. The staff was very helpful considering the situation. I did manage to find what I was looking for.

The cashier was really nice! The bathrooms were really really dirty, worse then a gas station they seriously have not been cleaned in months!!!!! Could of had a five but the bathroom are gross!!!!! Regional Manager get the bathrooms cleaned up!!!!!

So heartbroken. Went as a kid. Default for good behavior, presents, etc. Ill miss you Jeffrey!!

Nice place to buy toys, but its really sad that they are closing.They are in clearance and great discounts due to they arw goibg out of business.There are not to many things now but you can take a took and find really good thibgs in an excellent price.

A.C. almost never works. Pools around store catching leaking water. Staff doesnt know what they are doing most of the time and their baby stuff is almost always out of stock. This has been my toy store since I was a kid and I wont go there as an adult.

Sadly Toys R Us is going out of business. Stop by to see what i can buy for my new born son but i see that everything is still so expansive.

Meh! Little to no customer service and when checking out there was only 1 register open with a line of 10 or so people waiting. Store was clean and organized though.

Under staffed, can never find anything I am looking for, went to grab a coloring book, pacifier clip and some other bits only to find one option in each of the above. Staff is too busy unboxing and scuttling around to be of any help.

So sad to see them go :( will be missed .My son and his friends would go Saturday morning and play Pokemon.Ok where talking twenty years ago.Im not going to be able to take my grandchildren there .spoil them like a good grandma.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! What more can I say; first of there is no assistance whatsoever, its worse than Walmart because at Walmart you see workers. There, NO ONE except people at the cashier doing nothing but talk to each other ignoring their clients!! Then more than half the toys have no price so you have no idea how much they are unless you want to look around the store looking for the price tag machine!! So anyways after I found a toy (which by the way dont get me starting on the price) I went to cash register to pay for it and price came up double as what the price tag said when I told the cashier that (her name was Tomera or Tomeka) she looked at me annoyed ( yeah what great customer service) and said can you go grab the price tag and bring it over here!!!! ( Yes you heard right she actually said that) now any other days I would have a fit and let her have it but my 9 month old was on me sleeping and I had to get a toy 30 min before going to a party so I did as I was asked...Long story short best believe I will be calling manager to complain if you need a toy do not bother going there, horrible service, horrible customer service, no assistance and workers dont care!!!

The gaming cashier wasn’t very nice when I went to ask for the XBOX one S console that they advertised online for $189. She was ringing up the wrong one. Had to call the manager and she checked the inventory again, turned out they didn’t have that one in stock :(Went to the competitors store to get it after where I was treated nice too.Staff needs to improve their customer service, I only go to this location because there’s no other locations around the area

Theres really no better place to look for toys. Theyve got a huge selection of just about every type, far more than any department store. Prices are a little high in some cases, but sales are common enough to even that out.
