We installed PGT impact windows and doors throughout our whole house with Anthony Terceira, Titan Window and Door. First of all they had the best price by quite a bit. Secondly, Tony was very professional, explained the product, the process and was easy to reach with any questions I had in follow up. Thirdly, he estimated when our windows and doors would likely be installed and he arrived on that exact day. The installation team was again very professional, pleasant, and efficient. They kept dust to a minimum and cleaned up the job site every day. We love our windows and doors. Our experience was phenomenal and we highly recommend Titan Window and Door.

I had over (six) different estimates from several other big name companies. All of the sales guys brought out heat lamps, or a hammer and the glass, or offered up discounts of up to 50% off if I signed up that day. I contacted Titan Window and Door and set up an appointment with the owner Anthony. He arrived on time, was very professional and measured all of my windows. The next day he sent over the proposal which was very different from the previous (six) quotes I received. I did not notice a discount, but I did notice all the specs to all the windows he quoted, and a detailed diagram. I called him and inquired about the prices, which was cheaper than the rest. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Several days later I called him and wanted to move forward on the project. He explained he had several crews working full time and was about (twelve) weeks out for install. At first I thought this was a negative, but if this guy who is the owner and the only sales guy has several install teams is booked that far out he had to be good. Needless to say I waited, and the windows were just installed with out a single problem. The installers even vacuumed up dust they did not create. The company entire experience was smooth and I could not be happier. Every detail was addressed. If you are looking for impact windows and doors, this is the company to use if you want the job done right. Anthony delivered on everything he said he would. Awesome job.... Very Happy Home Owner.

Tony is very nice and professional, unfortunately the guys on my job were careless and messy. After the first day I addressed this with Tony, he was not happy any said he would make sure his guys covered everything and used drop clothes. They did not, I reached out to Tony severaltimes and his response was “I am sorry, I can’t do anything about what is done. We will talk tomorrow.” His guys left without cleaning any of the mess they left in the house. That became my job.
