ACE is the place & at this location, thats the case (corny, I know). Its always refreshing to have such fantastic customer service. Not only does the staff have a plethora of knowledgable but also care enough to ask about the project youre working on to assure you have the right tools and materials to get the job done right. Plus, youre supporting a locally owned business which is a win-win, especially nowadays!

I went in to get a motorcycle key made. I went straight to the counter and asked if they can make a key and was told they were too busy to do that for me. Jan 2, 2021 12:00 noon. No one was on the line but they were too busy. Considering there are 2 major hardware stores 1.5 miles away, you would think they would take better care of their customers instead of saying they are, Too busy. I will stick to Lowes and Home Depot from now on.

I would love to support this store! I could spend hours looking at all the goodies, some hard to find items. Always very welcoming staff! Just not in the budget right now ☹️

I cant say enough good things about this place. It really has that old timey family owned business feel to it. I was greeted by an employee as I walked to the door they held it open for me and kindly asked if I needed any help in finding something today. Not only did she point me to the right direction she also had a gentleman waiting for me to find exactly what I needed I was in and out in a matter of minutes thanks to them.

An old hardware store thats been in boynton for years. The people there are very kind and knowledgeable; if you need help just ask around.

I have one the worst experience as a customer. I went to the store to have some key cut for my truck, very unprofessional, I wait 10 minute for him to tell me that I have to come back, he has to go to lunch..I could not believe what I heard...anyway I will never step my feet to this store..

Super helpful & fun staff! For a small store they have a bit of everything. Its well organized & there is always someone floating around to help. Usually not much of a wait during checkout & if there is it goes pretty fast.

Rude cashier...asked a question on pricing on some batteries and was told twice “are you buying these or not “. She was very belligerent so I left without purchasing anything & told her she just lost a good customer. She made another off the cuff remark when I left.Also, their staff are not wearing MASKS.

They had a lot of products, more than I expected. Friendly staff. There are a lot of staff members around so I actually had three of them helping me. Thats unique. Even the local fire department was there utilizing the store. That says it must be quality.

Typical hardware store with great staff. Its a fun store to visit rather than a huge warehouse store. They have what you need...especially in a pinch.

If they dont have it they will get it for you. They always seem to appreciate the business unlike a couple other places that cant be bothered by paying customers

Excellent as always although I was a little annoyed by female clerk that refused to let me put a piece of glass that I had purchased sit at the counter while I finished shopping. She made me take it to car. A bit of a problem since handicap parking is a ways from the entrance. On the bright side she waited at the door till I got back in the store. The problem is, I did not know if she was being helpful or making sure didnt steal the glass. That got them a 4. Ace always delivers a quality experience! Not always the cheapest but always there to help you DIY!

Maybe the rudest store Ive ever been in. Complete incompetence from what appeared to be a manager to the awful cashier who rung me out. One drill bit was a completely stressful situation. Stay Far Away From This Place. Lowes is your best bet.
