This company is a well to do company. And I mean WELL TO DO COMPANY. I had my old air conditioner unit in my house π‘ for twenty years. And they did not judge me nor did they criticize. They came in and went to work. The two men that came were kind and curious. They called an half hour before coming. They cared about my safety π¦Ί. They wore masks π·. They cleaned up after they left. I got a brand new AC UNIT for a reasonable price. One that I can afford. This company is one that I would recommend to any and everyone. They are the best..
Completely removed old AC Unit and installed a new LENNOX ELITE 4 Ton AC Unit. The workers were very professional, kind, and courteous.They even called to see if we had any questions.The service department is professional as well.Our 1,970 sq. ft. home is now wonderfully cooled and the unit is so quiet.We Love It!! My AC was a 1970s model that decided to quit working on one of the hottest days of the year; the helpful guys at ECM were quick and efficient in replying to my request for help. A gentleman came out the next day and provided a no-pressure quote and provided proof via photos of the reasons for the demise of my existing AC. The installation team arrived on time, were friendly and explained what they needed to do; the team also kept us abreast throughout the day of how long things would take and what they needed. The team left after providing a folder of all warranties and explained that they were happy to return at any time should there be any issues in the future.
AC went after 12 years, ECM came out the same day with a super friendly rep and scheduled an installation for a new unit. Professional installers arrived for the install on time, completed the work in a timely manner and its been blowing icy cold ever since they left. Great local company, I will definitely be getting the monthly service as well.
ECM is a wonderful company to work with. They are very informative and take the time to explain everything to you. They offer a wonderful service contract with many different options so that you can customize it to your specific needs. They installed our new air conditioner in one day. They were on time, friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after they were done. They followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. We would highly recommend them to anyone. We have had them for years and do not plan on changing to any other service.
Our 9-year old A/C was scheduled for a tune-up as had difficulty maintaining a cool temperature. Unfortunately, hidden behind the sheet metal were several problems that called for major repair work. Rather than putting good money towards an aging unit, we decided to order a new A/C system. The following morning we had a 3-ton compressor, air handler and thermostat delivered along with (2) highly competent and professional installers. It was a full day job to complete the installation, the workmanship was excellent and the clean-up and removal was done to a perfection. Since 2009 we have always had ECM (contract) for servicing our appliances and A/C units. They are timely and dependable whenever we need their help.
Exceptional customer service these days is rare, but one can still find it at ECM. We are snowbirds and returned to our home in Florida on Thursday evening to find that our A/C had died a couple of days earlier. We thankfully have a service contract with ECM, called them first thing Friday morning, and a tech came out a few hours later that same day to check the system. Unfortunately he determined that fixing our 10+ year-old unit would be more expensive than replacing it with a new one, and so we ordered the new unit with the ECM tech who managed to schedule the installation for us first thing Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon we had a functioning A/C again. The 2 man crew that installed the new unit for us was also amazing, very professional and knowledgeable, hard-working, courteous, and incredibly tidy. Thank you ECM, for your 10/10 service!
Misdiagnosed a leak in my Tenantβs condo AC as a leak in my hot water heater. Told me a need to replace it. I thought that didnβt sound right as weβve had this problem in the past so I investigated myself and when I pulled out the AC filter I saw the water leaking. Obviously the technician did not do their job whatsoever. I was told the $90 fee I was paying for them to come out and diagnose would also include a FULL AC inspection. THIS WAS NOT DONE. I am now on the phone and being told I have to pay another $90 fee to have someone come back out. I will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank for the initial change along with a complaint with the BBB. BE WARY OF ECM!
The service provided by ECM was impeccable from start to finish. The Sales Representative was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The recommendation he made to replace my HVAC system was cost effective. The installation technicians did an exceptional job. They were experts and cleaned up everything when they finished. Itβs the small things can make a big difference. What was impressive is that air filter size is on the front cover and the warranty information was placed in a plastic sleeve and attached to the inside unit. I was impressed and highly recommend their service.

ECM provides excellent, professional and timely service. I learned about ECM 3 years ago. One of the best decisions I made as a home owner was contracting ECM for repair services. ECM recently installed a new a/c unit. Prior to my new unit, ECM provided maintenance to my old unit that was over 12 years old. They kept the old unit running perfectly for a whole year until I decided to change it. I have full warranty service and Iβm so happy. I chose ecm to replace both of my air conditioners that broke within 2 months. They were immediately responsive, came to my house for an estimate and installed the units immediately. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a great company to install air. Our units work great.
This is a well known company in Boynton Beach, FL. At one time, we thought their so-called home appliance insurance policies were worth owning. However, time and experience has shown they are not playing with a full deck. They offer nonsensical excuses of why they cannot honor their written contract. They also do not honor their prompt service contract. Even a failing AC, during the summer heat of FL. has shown to take 2 to 3 days to show up. Some workers are excellent, others are completely inept. My suggestion. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Also, how reliable are Google ratings. If they do a recent survey of this company reviews, there is no way it is anything but a 2 star.

Following up from last notes!We received a phone call on September 13, from their Home Depot Representative, saying their Field Supervisor was going to be coming out.So we went ahead and scheduled an appointment for 11:30, September 16th - Lo and Behold nobody turned up!I had taken an early lunch break from work for this appointment, so it becomes frustrating only to be told by the installation manager that no time lines can ever be given, I guess this is only at ECM. Other professional company can be held accountable to their time appointments - Time is money.We still experiencing so many issues with OUR BRAND NEW LENNOX its unbelievable ! and so is the communication!We were expecting Cliff the field Supervisor instead we got a technician who did not know why he was being sent out! Just incredible.Last week 8/14/2021 we were sold and installed a 18 seer Lennox, ($10 500.00) which was an upgrade, unfortunately a diagnostic test was not done on the wiring.1. to check is if we can run new thermostat wires because going from a single stage to an inverter needs new wires2. The unit has been making horrific sounds the last week, still to be addressed.3. The Smart Thermostats seems faulty as set at 78, reading at 78, with the humidity showing at >85% might there be some infiltration coming from somewhere to be causing a high humidity?4. The electrical wire is dangling from the side of our home waiting for an electrician.ALL this from an expensive LENNOX AIRCON INSTALLATION is extremely concerning
This company put the air con unit in & weβve had a service contract since. The unit was serviced at the end of February & stopped working last evening. I called EC & got an answering machine but no call back, not even this AM. Did they care we were sweltering? No. I called another company, (Flamingo Air & Heat) & they were here this AM . & now unit is working. From what was found, there is no way the unit was maintained & serviced. We will be using Flamingo from now on. Our serviceman from Flamingo was very professional & knowledgeable named Bevin. Thank you Flamingo for taking care of us in a timely fashion, much appreciated. ECM has been providing maintenance to our appliances since we purchased our property 5 years ago. Luckily during this time we only needed minor/regular maintenance work for which they always were fantastic. However, only a week ago our AC starting acting up and we called for service. We learned that our 9 year old unit needed to be replaced. We purchased it and had it installed by ECM two days later. Great crew, could not be happier, they completed the installation in a few hours, showed us how to operate the equipment and answered all our questions. We would recommend ECM to anybody, they are very professional and do a great job
I would absolutely recommend ECM AIR CONDITIONING. They were very professional, they came out within 2 hours from when I called them. They rescued from terrible service at Aspen air Conditioning. DO NOT YOU ASPEN AIR CONDITIONING, call ECM air conditioning you will not be disappointed. ECM sent out a very helpful and patient technician named Zack J. He took the time to explain my situation and answered all of my million questions. He explained what he was doing, and it ended up that my unit overheated. The compressor was not working properly and had to replace the capacitor. They are a little bit more pricey than other companies. But as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I would recommend them and already have a tune up scheduled with them for a later date. There reception office is also very helpful. On 7/28/21 we lost the use of our AC, I tries to reach our previous AC company but was unable to get a response. I had seen an ad for EMC and called them, they responded quickly to my call and got us set up for the next morning. The two fellows who installed the new AC were very professional, they answered all my questions and then did a great job of getting it in and then cleaning. The company has done a follow up after the install and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank You EMC, plus you got my wife off my back.

I have been sitting here for 7 days in Florida waiting for them to fix a new AC that I got from them. They have been telling me the next day since Wednesday! They they say they donβt have the part! ITS ONLY A LITTLE OVER A YEAR OLD! I already paid 350 for a new thermostat when it was a year old not I paid 240 for them to fix same thing and it isnβt fixed and NOW THEY WANT $500 more to fix it fir the same thing! They rip off elderly because they know they will always have customers here in Florida! Well my next step is TV station! They said they will get the part last night and call me today to fix it! Itβs 1 pm and no call yet!
ECM is a very reliable company, they replaced mini splits in my home .The installation was done properly, workers were polite, friendly and they worked as a team to provide a good customer service. They were very knowledgeable when it comes to install air conditioners.
I should have known better from my first experience with this company. My a/c wasnβt cooling, so I call ECM -tech came out and he was in my home for less than 15 mins. Paid him $125- had to call him back because a/c completely went out. Nevertheless, he had already gone home for the evening, but I was persistent and they sent another tech after hours. I was grateful for that.But yesterday- I called about the drain/line pan and this tech came in and immediately said $396? Say what nih? He went on to explain that the secondary ac pan/ drain needed extensive cleaning- then he came back and said it couldnβt be done had to put solvents cleaners and it would now cost $499 - and by the way, if I wanted it done on Sunday - because itβs Saturday -it would cost another $ 120. I was just shocked. Needless to say, I went ahead & agreed, but itβs just astounding he was just pulling these numbers out of the air. I WILL NEVER- EVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. They are untrustworthy and money hungry.

Emc installed 2 units and some duct work replacement., 2 years ago. I had a duct work problem, they came out and looked at it said they do not repair ductwork. I even had their whole house maintenance contract which included central air. They took 9 days to get back to me after the repair man looked at the problem. On top of all this the day the problem started I had the routine maintenance done that morning, of course they denied causing the problem. I spent $12,000.00 with them and they could not even recommend someone to fix the duct work. Not a chance I would ever use this company.

I stopped by their office in Boynton since I was in the neighborhood to get some pricing for my AC replacement or repair, the receptionist was rude, really nasty, I waited for 30 mins and I asked her when is some one going to see me, I ran out of patience and told that I have other places to be, and she told if you have to go you have to go, I told her this was very unprofessional and she said you can find some one else if you like. Worst customer service, and from reading reviews they are way over price, and over promise and under deliver. Save your self from this company.
One of their maintenance guys tampered with our AC unit while performing a tune-up and ended up breaking it today. He said he was tampering with some extra low voltage wires and the unit stopped working. It was working perfectly before he showed up. He then promised someone would come out in 30 mins at around 2:30pm and no one ever showed. I called at 4:30pm and they promised someone would be here by 6. No one ever showed. I then called customer service and they LIED and said that no one was home when Ive been home all day waiting for them to fix my unit that THEY BROKE DURING A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE EARLIER THAT SAME DAY. I asked the customer service line for the name and time of the person who claimed no one was home and he said he didnt have access to that information.I tried calling their emergency service and have heard nothing back. Whats the point of having an emergency line if no one is fhere to pick up or call back??? Very disappointing that this is how they treat their contracted customers. It already took two weeks to schedule an appointment and they send out a guy that breaks our unit and lies about not fixing their mistake. It would have been better if they had never showed up in the first place, at least my unit was working before the maintenance man decided to screw around with wires for reasons unknown in the heat of summer. By the way its a Saturday in August so now we dont have AC during the worst time of year and the phones arent back up until 8am Monday, assuming I can even get a hold of someone to come out and fix the mistake THEY MADE and RAN OUT ON while I work my day job.Abhorrent service!!!

We recently had both of our ACs replaced. ECM came out and offered us a good price. The installations were handled very professionally. The men were very friendly as they walked us through how the new ACs worked. They were also very clean.
So I have not used this business for A/C repairs, HOWEVER, one of their drivers (van number 313) nearly ran me off the road by trying to merge into my lane. Whenever I honked at them to warn them they were about to hit meβthe driver took both hands off the wheel to give me a double finger. I can only imagine what they are like in person if they were inconvenienced by a customer.
We had a new AC system installed 7/7/21. The installers arrived 15 minutes ahead of time 8AM . They came to our front door wearing foot coverings and identified them self as ECM installers. They asked where the old unit and electrical panel was inside and we went outside to the old unit outside. They started their work and were very respectful of our home putting a tarp down over our floor as to not make any mess. When they finished the job around 4PM they had everything cleaned up inside and outside and explained the use and warranty of our new LENNOX AC System. It never fails in Fl over a holiday my 1.5 year old Hvac unit was not cooling the house down. Crazy since itβs only 18 months old and my go to company was gone for the holiday we called ECM used them in the past no problem. This time not so much.Tech 1- arrives probes around with some detector and says oh you have a leak need Freon. Never let a tech tell you need Freon without doing a proper leak detention with dye and then showing results and how much and cost. This cost us $700! The tech did not do the proper protocol and per the Service Manager itβs not even on the paperwork and we made it all up. As a result of this lack of trade knowledge my unit stopped cooling 10 days later because tech 1 fixed nothing made up a false ticket and the Freon he put in leaked all out again hmm and most likely caused event 2 more damage to a newer unit.Tech 2- called ECM back since they were the last to touch to have this tech say itβs a leaking condenser coil $1700 to fix! Ridiculous! Contacted the service manager with zero customer service and now feel less A/C trade knowledge. My manufacturer warranty cover parts not labor and service charges. Wait to you here about the service charges if they touch it itβs a charge the most service charge in town for no good reason. The paperwork is from $59-$150 plus the labor that my real a/c company is quoting. Oh tech 2 mistake too he left my home with the a/c on at 65 degrees if your unit is not cooling and the Freon is leaking out never run the air conditioner.ECM is a rude and untrustworthy company to allow in your home. I do not recommend them for any service. The techs are not trade educated canβt even do a proper protocol and fix correctly without numerous errors. Again, you never let them just add Freon because they say itβs low. A proper leak inductor done with dye is a protocol. The cost of faulty techs and companies is what they are attempting to charge you more or worst damage the unit to where you have no choice but to replace it for thousands of dollars. Absolutely no excuse for ECM incompetence with consumers. BEWARE!
I was stressed when my AC broke but ECM sent someone out the same day to look at it. Once I knew I needed a new one, they quickly helped me with finance options to ensure I had a working AC for my family. Their rep stayed with me until I secured financing. They came quickly the following day, installed it and now my AC is amazing! The crew cleaned up after themselves and followed all COVID guidelines. Thank you ECM!!! I will recommend to friends and family!

The repairman was very nice, however the price gouging is ridiculous. I am a property manager and work with a lot of vendors. The repairman was here for less than 15 min to repair a $25 compactor and charged me $407....NEVER AGAIN will not ever use this company for anything very disappointed.
Had them come out for $90 to βdiagnoseβ the problem with my ac unit (fan motor went bad, I already knew that). Then they quoted me $1480 for a new fan motor. Sounded expensive. So I called around. Had it replaced faster than they could do it for $600. Lost $90 and they lost a customer with their egregious pricing. What a rip off this company is. Call around for better prices for simple fixes.

This company is beyond repulsive. Brian (AC tech) charged me $500 for a simple basic problem to change a contactor. I still had a problem with my AC unit turning off when set to auto. Brian then came later in the day to inform me that I have a bad motor and that I would have to pay an additional $600 for a bad motor. He was not only a thief but also condescending in character. DONβT waist a dime with this company. Beyond TRASH!
The salesperson, John, came to our home to offer a quote. He was on time, explained all the options available, for the size of of our condominium, and space available for the air handler. He was very knowledgeable, explained why certain options were presented, including changing out the circuit breaker, and answered our questions without hesitation. It was also helpful that is also a service technician.The installers arrived, again on time, getting right to work. They worked together as a team, answering any questions we asked along the way. Upon arrival they covered the interior work area with a heavy duty blanket, and cleaned up all the debris, including vacuuming, when the install was complete.
I was quoted $800 to remove AC unit without receiving their services.However, they said I owed $1500 just to remove the AC unit. Do not trust the technician words...get it in writing. Call other companies and get a quote to just remove AC and you will find that this price is ridiculous. Read your contract and make sure that everything is in writing and separated from installation fees so that this does not happen to you. Look at the warranty they offer. If it is not 10 year with parts and labor you are paying too much. Warning Do not sign nothing without an attorney present when dealing with this company.

This time the installer even painted the wooden cabinet built many years prior to house the unit. Extra care with matting placed to prevent bringing dirt into my home is appreciated. My air conditioner was fixed quickly, but what I didnβt know was that they charge by the project vs hourly. I was not quoted the amount before it was fixed and when I made the appointment they did tell me about the $90 fee to diagnose which would be applied towards the amount if I agree to have them do the work. As mentioned, they fixed without any agreement from me. II fussed about it, they gave a mere 15% off. So I paid $354.00 for about 15 minute of their time, they had to replace a capacitor (covered by my warranty), I guess they consider that a project. So lesson learn, ask if they charge hourly or by project since apparently they do not mention upfront. A very disappointed and never again customer.Update, when I paid the person said sign here for the repair (invoice) I was outside in the bright sun so I could not read the screen fully later found out the invoice says I agreed to the amount before commencement of work, which I had not. I was not given that opportunity.

The guy showed up after six on a Friday without the gas that needed to be added to the air conditioning knowing that it was not cooling. He showed up a second time on the following Monday brought the gas,but didnβt test to see where the leak was.On the third trip, two guys showed up,found the leak and told me the parts department would call me. When not hearing from them, I called and spoke to Sean in parts, who proceeded to tell me that my warranty with Rheem didnβt apply, because the title of the property didnβt match the warranty registration. He tried to sell me a new AC for $7000, when this one is only six years old. I have lived here for 23 years as an owner. Did he not think that I would call Rheem myself?so there were two huge lies.When they told me the coil needed to be replaced,there was a small hole in the tube inside it or that led to the coil that was fixed by another company for $450.Another situation was the toilet upstairs leaking into the den. Also on a Friday after six, The guy came in and flushed the toilet knowing it was leaking downstairs, because I was the first thing that I showed him.This caused the toilet to leak into the den and additional three days until Tuesday morning. At That point, I had to call another company to check for mold behind the wall. They finally sent someone that fixed the toilet and charged me $250. He too had to come back, because initially he only replaced one part without checking the hose. The whole thing with a comedy of errors. I do have to say that the young man was very professional unlike the first fella that showed up that just wanted to get the heck home on a Friday eveningI gave them two stars, because they call when they are going to be late, and Iβve had decent luck with them in the past.Iβve had a warranty contract for many years, but more often than not whatever is wrong is not covered or only partly. The only thing that Iβve ever gotten free twice was the garbage disposal Obviously, Iβm not renewing this year.
Their service plan is a complete rip off! You pay over $430 a year with a $45 copay for each service call. Then it takes them 2-3 follow up calls, because the first visit is just diagnosing the problem, then they have to order parts and come back. Often whatever appliance needs repair, is not covered by the plan for one reason or another. If you sell your home and move, you donβt get the prorated amount back. They keep it! If your AC breaks on a weekend, and you have a service plan, they donβt come, because they only go to customers who they can charge full price. That you paid thousands of $$ over the years of your service plan doesnβt matter. Donβt waste your money on their maintenance/ service plans.
They are the service that Home Depot uses. They came to disconnect my kitchen and bathroom plumbing before new countertops were installed. They were to come back the next day to reconnect. They never showed up. When we called, they said they couldnt come back out for 2 weeks!! No kitchen sink, no bathroom sink. Horrible people to try to deal with.
We are very pleased with ECM. A new air conditioner is an investment, and they made the entire process smooth and efficient. Their technicians installed it within 24 hours of purchasing the unit, and they were courteous and professional. We highly recommend them!
I have been an ECM customer for 12 years. During this time, I have received outstanding professional service from the many ECM technicians who have repaired my appliances and air conditioning system. The men have been polite and helpful. I never had to call for someone to come back a second time. I feel that the price of the annual contract is fair and well worth the money. I never have to pay out of pocket for appliance or a/c repairs.
I have been with ECM for a few years and have been completely satisfied with every visit that I have had. My last visit was done early so I didnt have to wait around all day. The repairman 505 was extremely pleasant. He came in wearing a mask being socially distant which we appreciated greatly. He came in and fixed our plumbing problem in a very short period of time. When he was done he explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. ECM has been our company for a few years and we are going to keep it forever. I am an old ECM customer and also have the Home Guarantee contract. First of all when you have a simple problem with your AC, they want to push you to buy a new system (lack of ethic). With the home guarantee ($700/year) no matter what the issue is, you have to pay for the repair because they only cover very basic things. I had an emergency with my kitchen sink, a Plumber came this morning and told me that he had to request another unit since they needed a special tool and that it might represent an additional cost. After two hours I got a new call to tell me that if the clog was down the pipe (+ than 10 feet) it would cost me $225. I had no other option to accept it. The new guy is coming in 4 days to fix it. These guys do not know what customer care is. I am seriously considering to cancel my contract and any future relationship with this company. They want just your money!!
Hvac unit installed with exceptional detail, cleanliness, artistry and care. I highly recommend Lincoln (installer) who performed the installation like an artist and explained every detailAnd answered all my questions and concerns.

A technician from ECM serviced an AC on one of the roofs of our Condo. in Century Village, West Palm Beach. Despite being asked to be careful of our new roof the tech left a terrible mess of screws, wire scrap, and braising rod ends on the roof. He did not put any protection down below where he was braising. Our Association just finished having a single ply PVC membrane installed on our buildings costing 1.3 million dollars. The roof will have a long lifetime if we do not have it punctured or damaged by careless workers. My wife and I (senior citizens and association volunteers,) cleaned it all up after ECM left. See the attached picture of the mess. I called ECM to register a complaint and was transferred to a voicemail mailbox. No reply.
We did not listed to our neighbors and bought a one year maintenance agreement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - ECM DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING YOU WILL NEED. I had them out at least 4 times for a leaky faucet; after all the visits the part that was covered under my plan was not the one I needed. Must buy parts from them to have it installed - their price is 3x the norm. All my other calls were answered with not covered under agreement. When I called to see if regular a/c maintenance was covered I was told it was not. Them she proceed to strong arm me by saying that she had all our records and that we were due for maintenance.- well we had maintenance on our unit when we moved in and Later decided to get a Maintenance Agreement with ECM. When I told her that she actually told me I will make note that you are using other companies on your agreement. Unbelievable!All of the technicians that came out were timely and professional. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME..DO NOT GET THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT!
Been a customer since 2003.ECM has been an excellent company to have a home warranty with.Their service people are professionals and are experts in their area. Scheduling has been within reason and very punctual. Would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.The technicians were highly skilled and very consumer friendly. ECM contacted me in December while still up North to inform me of an AC maintenance discount offer which was going to expire December 31. We set up an appointment for Dec. 31 and got the discount. ECM recommended a new unit to replace our 15 year unit. The ECM ordered the unit, got permit, reserved the crane and made appointment for installer and inspector. The installing team arrived on time and installed the AC unit with no problem. They cleaned up afterwards and taught us how to use thermostat. I would recommend ECM to anyone.

ECM is a great choice for a home warranty service. We have been fortunate to have been using ECM for the past five years. Its a comfort to know that we have someone professional to deal with our plumbing and appliance repairs. We have had washer/dryer repairs, had a new hot water heater replacement as per our contract, and this past summer had a very quick response to our dead AC. The new install was flawless, and it works beautifully!
3 years of great service by this company. They respond quickly to repair calls. I just had new A/C installed within a week of my request. The installers were polite, quick, kept us informed about their progress, and left everything as clean as when they came. Definitely a good choice!

We have been customers of ECM for 19 years at our current home in Coconut Creek. When our AC went out this past Saturday, we called Monday morning at 8:00am and a technician came out that same day. When it was determined we needed a new AC unit after hearing our options, Shane at ECM was very cooperative and gave us a fair price on Tuesday with a commitment to have two technicians here the next morning. Adam, the lead installer, and his assistant (who worked outside in the rain almost the entire day) were very helpful and patiently answered our questions. The entire ordeal went very smoothly. We are very appreciative of all of the staff we encounter at ECM and the excellent customer service.
I have been an ECM service contract holder for several years now. Whenever Iβve needed a service call, the wait has been minimal. They also have Sat service hours which is important to me and if you are a working person, they will give you a call ahead of 30 min. I have never experienced any problems related to the service call process from start to finish. And I think you get the best full and optional coverages for the money compared to competitors.

AC system was replaced: an impressive and excellent job. Arrival was on time, work was done efficiently, and in exactly the five hours they said it would take, final cleanup of the work area was thorough. Although the installer had 20 years experience, a supervisor still stopped by to check that all was well. Very professional.

Plumber assigned to install our purchase from home depot was unprofessional and a true non-communicater. He Walked into condo looked at toilet area and saidYour flange is broken,its$225.00. Did not do proper clean up and even changed chargeinvoice after he left buildingDO NOT USE ECM/HOME DEPOT INSTALLATION SERVICEANYONE ELSE IS GOT TO BE BETTER !!
On February 17, 2021, I had a new central air conditioning unit installed, in my condo, by E.C.M. The technician in charge was knowledgeable, articulate, and eager to answer all of my questions. He was cool, and now, thanks to him, I am cool! Thank you E.C.M.!

All involved from diagnosis to installation were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous & followed Covid guidelines. Cleanup was immaculate. Very pleased with whole experience. ECM is very reliable. They schedule quickly and try not to have you wait days for an appointment. Their technicians are very friendly and professional. They really know what they are doing. Over the years, they have repaired my appliances, faucets, outlets, etc. and did a great job each time!
I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years. As compared to a previous service provider, ECM is able to schedule prompt appointments (usually within a day or two). The servicemen are professional and courteous. Moreover, with the coverage I selected both my washing machine and dishwasher were replaced when they could not be repaired.

We used them through our landlord when we first moved to Florida and were so happy we purchased our own contract when we purchased our first home!They are easy to get in touch with for fast scheduling. The problems are either fixed on the first visit or they follow up. They care about their reputation which makes them reliable. I never felt like I was being upsold, just quality dependable work to fix various problems that occurred (over 5 years) with plumbing, air conditioning, garbage disposal and most recently, our dryer. Its fast, friendly and convenient; If you have appliancesπ, you need ECM!
Feb 18 - replace coils in a Rheem System that is a year and a half old.Feb 27 - AC stops cooling (8 days later)Mar 1 - tech comes to the house and tell me that coils are frozen. Let the handler run and they will send someone back in the afternoon. At 2:30 I look at coils and they are defrosted. Call ECM and they tell me they will send a tech the next day (not this afternoon like i was promised). ANOTHER DAY without ac. after I replace coils and pay them $1,200. Now they say that it may not be coils, that it could be the line.. Well maybe the coils did not need to be replaced?UPDATEMar 2 - tech came out and found leak.. repaired at no cost..
From the start - free on site inspection done by the service provider, to finish - installation crew installing the unit, ECM provided outstanding customer service. Everyone was knowledgable and didnt mind answering our questions. Our service provider even took calls on the weekend from us to answer questions about the quote that was given. The installers that came to my house were very profesional and they left the scene just as they found it, nice and clean. This was my first time going through getting a new a/c unit and they did a great job installing the unit, its very neat and a clean look. I really appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!
We used ECM both to replace our motherboardin our microwave & also to replace our in sink garbage disposal. On these two separate occasions we found the techs to be experienced, knowledgeable & professional. The microwave tech gave us useful tips on how to use our microwave more efficiently. The ECM team was professional and answered all of my questions from start to finish. The installation went smooth and the mechanics protected the area and left things clean and tidy. I am extremely happy with my new variable speed air handler and 2 stage compressor. It keeps my home evenly cooled with low speed operation. I highly recommend ECM for your air conditioning needs.
On 11/23 ECM installed new a/c system . The technicians they sent for the job were highly skilled, consumer friendly, answered and explained all questions. Their clean up was great .They did an excellent job and the new unit is working very well. I would recommend ECM in a heart beat ..on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 the highest I would give them a 10 rating.

I had a contract with ECM years ago which I had let lapse. Thereafter when I needed to have maintenance done at my home, I had to call individual service vendors, hoping that they would arrive on time or at all.Many times I would receive a call that they were running over from a previous job, and would it be possible to re-schedule my appointment for the next day. This would sometimes require me taking off an additional day of work.With ECM, I no longer have these problems. With one call I can schedule an appointment, and be sure that I will be taken care of on the appointed time, and have the work done properly, by a technician who knows what they are doing.
ECM made the process of purchasing my new AC simple and easy. They were very up front with costs and were able to install the new unit quickly. The thing I like most about ECM is they do exactly what they say theyβre going to do. They arrived on time and did their work in an efficient manner.
