The lock worked out well. Instructions are clear. My only reservation to making this a 5 star is that the installation drawings are not posted so the buyer has a clear understanding of the scope. More is better. The instructions are written clearly.

Buyer Beware: NO NOT BUY FROM LOCK DEPOT, They sent me the wrong color lock, They offered me the option to return the lock to them(Which I did) but I needed to pay the return shipping and when they finally got it they decided not to refund me in FULL because they said the return policy says that since I returned the item they need to take off a 40% restocking fee, EVEN THOUGH THE ERROR WAS ON THEM, THIS IS THE MOST RIDULOUS THING I HAVE EVER HEARD OF !!!! There are plenty of other places you can go to to order a lock, I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU SHOP ELSEWHERE !!!

These guys were great. I needed an unusual lock in a hurry and they tracked one down in NV and got it to me in Cali ASAP. They returned my phone calls too about a delivery issue that wasnt their fault. Price was good.

Shipping was very good and fast. Packing was exceptional however, 16 screws for the kick plate that I ordered were missing.

We ordered a door closer from their website. What we received was different than what was pictured on the site. It had also been previously repackaged and was missing items. We requested a RMA and sent items back in same exact packaging we received it in. The return was rejected due to the packaging being open and they refused to return our money. I would recommend not doing business with this company.

My shopping experience with Lock Depot Inc is terrible. On Oct 2, 2019 I ordered the DC3200-693 Corbin 3000 Series Regular Arm Cast Iron Door Closer. The status of the order changed to Awaiting Shipment the following day and until Oct 7 I found out from Richard it was on backorder. When the product was finally delivered on Oct 22, I did not notice the scratches and dents on the arm until I took it out from the box for installation on Oct 31. I made the return request online on the same day and have never received any response or RMA# since then. I left the message and no response. Attempted phone contact but nobody answered. Does anyone deserve this kind of customer service?

We paid 133$ extra for next day delivery and its been weeks, and we arent able to reach anyone and now they say they are gonna ship after a week.Highly unsatisfied with the service.

This company has very poor customer service and is unreasonable. I ordered some items that had a shipment delay and reached out to Patrick, the sales rep by email. He never gave me an estimate so I had to order from somewhere else to meet the deadline. When I returned the items, I had to pay for the shipping and they took off 40% as restocking fee...

The castle nut wrench tool fit perfectly, but was made out of plastic and was not strong enough to be a wrench. It broke instantly. Shipping was high but the item came faster than estimated.

I purchased A lock, it was the wrong piece I spend $148, plus change, I returned it within 7 days payed for priority mail it was brand new and they only refunded $84 dollars I understand loosing the shipping $15 plus a small fee for returning the item, perhaps another $15 but to loose $66 dollars ( plus $8 I spend to ship it back ) all together it’s just a rip off ! I am giving 2 starts because there was a gentleman his name was Patric that emailed me back and forth ( he could not help I was not his department) but he tried ! Don’t ever purchase anything here if you return it you will loose so much money !! Sad that people can be rip you off that much specially on this challenging times !!

Had great experience with Lock Depot. We replaced two broken Falcon locks for restrooms at our church. Took about 7 minutes for each lock. However both of the ones we replaced had the same broken cast aluminum (maybe cast iron?) parts in the mechanism where it pulls the horizontal latch, which must be a Falcon design issue.

No knowledge of architectural hardware. Sent the wrong item twice charging me shipping both ways. I lost money as well as a customer. Be sure to keep it simple with these guys.

Sent the wrong lock and refused to return both emails and phone messages. This company has no way to contact them other than an answering service who cannot do anything. Poor poor service and feel scammed.

I order a door lever, they want return calls, I call over and over, I been trying to return the lever, they sent the wrong one. Don’t BUY from this company, they will get you.

Worst company ever. I placed and paid for an item on November 13th and never received the item. I called them 6 times and never received a call back. Each time a person take a message but I never hear back from them. Called my cc company to reverse the charge.

Just find what you need and order, its that simple.
