This is a wonderful hideaway in Boynton Beach FL. We never knew it existed until the store was recommended by the sales person at Dans Fan City in Delray Beach. There are some wonderful light fixtures in this store -- from traditional to modern. We were served by Mark who was very helpful and informative. We found THE dining room chandelier. It is definitely THE ONE. Well be back to this small(ish) and convenient store. Thank you Mark for your great customer service. We appreciate it.

Poor selection and no one asked if we needed any help

I purchased several items and have been very happy with excellent customer service and items purchased. Have done price comparison on-line and they either beat or meet other prices. I highly recommend.

Sometimes it is what happens after the sale that really makes a store. We had to change our WiFi in our home and was able to hook up all except our Modern Forms fan that we purchased from Fan And Lighting Worldlast year. I contacted Modern Forms and they were not able to resolve the issue promising that they would get back to me the next day. This happened a few times since I never received a call back. I also tried emailing to no avail. This past Thursday, I called Fan and Lighting World and spoke again with David Martinez who said that while he doesnt have a contact at Modern Forms that their distributor did and he would speak with his distributor. Sure enough yesterday (a day later), Melissa from Modern Forms called and after being on the phone with her for over 30 minutes, she was able to resolve the issue I was having. Thanks again David! A note to all seeing this: David Martinez was our salesman and he spent about 2 hours with us when we purchased our fan, patiently working with us, going over catalogues, etc to help us find a fan that would work for us.

The lamps and the hanging fixtures were amazing they had nice things for the bathroom however they had absolutely no track lighting or anything like it to see even the stuff that was on display had to be ordered I was 7 to 10 business days which is 2 weeks. Therefore we were quite unhappy because we needed things in a week why have a store with hundreds of things on display when everything had to be ordered I dont understand it

Sales staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your needs. This is a retail store so you usually will have to order your product from the warehouse. The quality is worth the wait.

Mary Anne was awesome.spent several hours designing fans and lighting for our new house.there assortment is very vast and different from any other lighting store.

I have been buying lights and and fans for over 8 years and have been more than satisfied.Dont waste your time going to Home Depot or Lowes,you will be wasting your time .If there is a problem, I worked with Mary Ann and she the most honorable and fair I have dealt with.Cant say enough about her company.I have never written a review before,but I was so impressed I had to write this review.

We just purchased a 66 ceiling fan with light from Fan and Lighting World. Marianne and her brother Bill were beyond kind and helpful to us. They even connected us with an electrician who is bonded and licensed and insured who came to our home FIRST to see how much work was involved since we have an older home. The fan was installed yesterday by GAM ELECTRIC in about one hour. He had helpers and they cleaned up every bit of the mess and were very polite. We are enjoying the fan as we have 11 foot ceilings and this cools the whole living area and our dining room. 😊 😎.. We highly recommend both these businesses. God bless you all. Staying cool 😎 er. Up until yesterday, I would have agreed with the glowing reviews posted. My first experience (several months ago) was wonderful--friendly, helpful people. Yesterday, I took another lamp in to be fixed. The woman behind the desk greeted me warmly, but the man who repaired the lamp was very gruff. He told me to wait while he completed the repair. When he returned with the lamp, I told him the socket was crooked. He said it would be fine once I added a piece that I had left at home. When I added that piece, the lamp was still crooked and did not work. I returned with the lamp and the extra part. The man didnt even speak to me. He took the lamp, huffed and went to his work bench. He then brought it out to me. Meanwhile, I asked the man who helped me last time if this man was new because this experience was SO different than the positive one I had last time. As I lifted the lamp, the man who repaired it told me to be careful not to hit one of his fans. The nicer man offered to carry the lamp to my car. I now have the lamp home, and it is still crooked! I cant believe how unpleasant (and unproductive) this experience has been compared the absolutely fantastic experience I had before. I will probably have to take the lamp somewhere else to be fixed or just buy a new lamp. I will lose the money I paid for this repair rather than return to this store.

It was hot inside and when I opened the door I felt like I was in an old Blockbuster store...... the old guy yelled across the store how can I help you and I couldnt even see him then he walks up to me and his phone is ringing and he says just one minute I have to get that..... okay no problem answer your phone but when hes done he comes over.... No introductions just what are you looking for what room is it going in .. .make up your mind..... very grouchy didnt expect that... I would not suggest shopping here if thats going to be their attitude.

They are fantastic there and they help you with everything. They care about their customers and we will return. The fans are fantastic.
