Been a customer for many years. Great selection of fine cigars. Excellent staff, clean and neat facility. The manager, Michele, is truly an asset to the Smoker Friendly family. Friendly, helpful and courteous. She is also involved in the local community and participates in charitable events representing Tobacco Depot . Shes definitely a KEEPER.

Always good to swing thru and see the boys and have a smeek. Fantastic cigar varieties and a well maintained walk-in humidor. Great little club house too. They got everything you need for RYO as well (loose tobacco of all weights, rolling machines, tubes, etc). Stop thru next time youre around, theres also a publix liquor/ grocery right next door.

Stopped into Tobacco Depot in Bradenton while visiting the area with my wife. Pleasantly surprised to find such a varied and extensive cigar offering, with decent prices as well. The person working the store was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely visit again!

The cigars and humidor were great, but the staff followed us around because we were younger and it made me uncomfortable.

Large walk in humidor, great selection of cigars from premiums to very budget friendly sticks, and reasonable prices on premium cigars. All of the members of the staff that Ive encountered have been friendly and knowledgeable.The only negative for me its the fact that they close at 8 pm on weeknights. Im sure that makes sense based on their traffic patterns, but it would be nice to have access to the lounge a little later. Nonetheless, Id recommend Tobacco Depot for your cigar purchases if youre in the area.

Reasonable price, good service..

Great selection of cigars and açcessories such as lighters, cigar cutters, etc. from which to choose. There are also pipes and pipe tobacco as well. Of course they also have cigarettes for those who smoke combustible tobacco cigarettes. There is also a lounge area with comfortable chairs and a TV if you want to indulge in your tobacco purchase at the store.

I have shopped at this store for cigars for the past year and a half. The store has a good selection of cigars at reasonable prices. Until recently, staff have been courteous and helpful. My past two visits within the past month or so have been quite a different experience. The same employee waited on me during both of my cigar purchases. He neither greeted me when I entered the shop, nor addressed me when I went to check-out at the counter, except to ask if my card was debit or credit. In each instance, he returned my payment card by flipping it onto the counter and did the same with the cigars I purchased, rather than handing them to me. That not the way I treat cigars nor would I expect a tobacco store employee to present my purchase. That was my last purchase at Tobacco Depot. For a few dollars more I can purchase the same cigars online and get better customer service.

I bought cigars from the one in Sarasota for several months. The manager and one of the cashiers went back and told my ex-husband what I bought and how much I spent. I went to the district manager. I spoke to her and sent her an email of what happened. She gave the email to the employees who then proceeded to give it to my ex-husband and his friends. I have tried to call the district manager again but no one called me back. So be aware your purchase info is not safe here.

Great shop and staff! The walk in humidor is half the size of the shop with an extensive selection. The fellas were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding a product to fit my taste. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks

Im from out of town. This little spot has everything you need to feed your fix if you are away from your hometown humidor; cutters, lighters and a sizable well kept humidor. There is even a lounge with some leather chairs and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff were helpful and very friendly. You should definitely find one of your favorite sticks here and honestly priced. I bought some cheap unbranded single cigars because I wanted to try something I could not get at home. Not disappointed for less than $4 a stick, but they have premium brands too. As a bonus, there is a liquor store next door...

I was bullied by the store manager Carolyn. She treats customers like peeons. I found her unfriendly and obnoxious. She would make malicious and embarrassing remarks infront of other customers. She would close the shop to walk her dog and take her time doing it.When I finally confronted her on her bullying tactics she banned me from the store!.... Now I spend my money at the corner store. They are happy to have me as a regular customer.When Bob and Sue ran the store it was great. -- No stress. -- The rest of the staff is fine..

Was looking for an ecig battery would not let me look at products to see if they were compatible with my device.

I am not sure what the last reviwer was talking about...but I have been a customer of this store for 5+ years and Carolyn and the entire staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful....in fact they know what I want without me even asking. I have never seen the store closed when it is supposed to be open. Carolyn has been nothing but friendly to everyone I have ever seen her interact with.
