This store has gone downhill over the past few years. I used to come here all the time with no issues but now when I go the store is always an absolute mess and it’s frustrating. There’s boxes everywhere and they block items I need to get to. The floor is super dirty. The place is just very disheveled and unorganized. They NEVER have carts anymore so I frustratingly have to try and car everything to the point that I just say forget it and only buy what I can carry easily. I don’t know if management changed or what happened but it just seems that no one cares about this place.

This store has a great inventory and the Friendliest most helpful employeesWent in tonight for some things I had to buy and bring home and BRITTNEY saved the day. Took time on a busy shift and floor to go in the storage and stock room to getentwo of the items I had to leave the store with. So impressed with Brittney and this staff. They makke shopping kind and a pleasure. Service shows itself in time and results and they give you that with kindness and assistance. I will return to do my business here and bring friends that will be repeat customers. If you promote people like Brittney to be Manager your business and store will go far.

Ive never been to a store that doesnt accept cash but yet here we are...

One super woman running the store; stocking shelves, checkout, greeting every person to walk in the door, helpful and nice to customers. Store was clean and organized. Great prices.

Even after the mask mandate was lifted this store still would not let me shop with out a face covering. I think i will shop other places from here on out

I had a very nice young man help me find items to make my ugly Christmas sweater. We even laughed about the gag gifts I got for my family. Wish I had his name. Very polite professional young man. Thank you for the help. Hubby laughed so hard at the baby rattles...

They didnt have any bleach???? All black people use bleach and there were no shopping carts available. SMH.

Update: closing manager today was awesome.Old review was before renovation. Dont know if its still applicable, but, Ive changed my review because I really appreciate that she went out of her way to help during this global pandemic.Family Dollar *might* have what youre looking for. They also might not. Very messy. Good luck finding the product that you are looking for.

As working in management my whole life I am in complete shock of this store. You allow one person to manage run stock clean cash out and protect your assets. In a high crime volume neighborhood at that. This is a safety issue for obe and for two you put all that on ONE persons shoulders. You have put all that money into a store. To have it all ruined by not being able to clean becuse that one person is forced to manage everything you can not tell me you arr not loosubg inventory like crazy the store is so so dirty i would advise to put more then one person on a shift just because you are trying to cut labor is not worth loosibg a business or a life to one of your great employees please think abte making some smart changes.

This store 3 years ago was welcoming,clean, stocked and nice. The last two years I avoid this place if possible. The managers are a joke and the store is un organized and dirty. They go through employees and managers it seems on a regular basis. I only g0 in here to buy hygiene products because its very reasonable. But Im going else where now. This store makes other Family Dollars look bad. And I have been in other wonderful Family Dollars. This one just needs corporate to come in and straighten it out for real.

So I come to this store once in awhile and I get checked out ... And for some reason I beep when I walk out the door. I allowed them to check my bag. But why didnt the cashier say anything about cashing me out instead of 4 associates chasing me out the door to come back .. Im just mad because it doesnt take 4 people to check one person. But instead making a scene . And it was embarrassing....

This has to be the nastiest store that I have ever been in. It gave me the heebie geebies. I walked down a couple of aisles and the filt kept coming. It was disgraceful! LARGE and I mean LARGE tub sitting in the floor catching water (practically full)from the ceiling. The clothing aisle had more clothes on the floor than hanging up. The floors were atrocious! Looks as though they had NEVER been cleaned. I couldnt even shop there, I walked out. (I only walked down a couple of aisles) This has to be bad for business. Who is the Manager? Who owns this particular Store? Something needs to be done. I will be making my observations known at a higher level. JUST UNACCEPTABLE!

Comparatively its ok. I always think that they are going out of business because there selection is so scarce. I god to get my news papers from there because they are only $1 but I prefer other Family Dollars over this one.

Love the prices but, store is in disarray. Also, basic tshirts need restocking. Tis the season for buying basics!

Manager Krystil is rude and irritable, its a shame that she is allowed to treat customers with such disrespect.

I like it because the staff that speaks Spanish treats you kindly to one.

Because it is accessible to any product that I need.
