A fully stocked Indian grocery store. Not a minu mart. Hot chai tea, spices, shampoos, frozen meals and ingredients, produce and sweets just to list a few items. It seems to be family run and the staff is efficient and helpful. Very clean in terms of covid.

Good places for Indian food

The billing takes forever. Slow as a sloth. Stock only comes on Friday and rest of the day’s have nothing much in stock. If only there was another Indian store wouldn’t be visiting this trash place

Nice family owned Indian market. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a large selection of Indian food and all the ingredients to make some great meals. We like to find little markets like this to find the items you will not get in a grocery store and this place does not disappoint. My only suggestion would be better organization of the isles and the back part of the store which seems to be the overflow storage area.They also have a deli in the back to try some items also.

Came here today. Nice family owned establishment. Owner was very nice. We will be back. We love going to these little markets and buying new items that we have never seen before.

I have been shopping here occasionally for years. Good selection of hard to find items. However time before last I went for millet which they had. $2.99. I spent all my cash and needed to use debit card. The employee flatly told me it was a $10 minimum to use plastic. Ok so I braved the traffic and returmed. No apology no empathy no smile rudimentary people skills. I got over it. Last time I was in a different employee was on his cel and ignored me. I left quietly and empty handed. Boycott for me.

Perfect place for all you need whether you want an easy to heat curry or you are being more creative. Spices, flours, all the vegetables, oils, yoghurts, frozen naans, pakoras and so much more. Ive been shopping here for years and am never disappointed with the selection of goods on show.

I love the frozen coconut chutney. A nice little grocery store so handy if you cook Indian food. Prices are so reasonable.

Such quality spices and exotic foods for an absolute steal. The proprietor also makes some killer chai for one fifth of the price of Starbucks.

Made daily sweets have green fungus growing on them. So its a lie they are made daily. Hung up on me when I tried to explain I live too far to come for a refund. Refused to work with me on a different way to refund me. Id never step foot inside this store. And certainly would NEVER buy anything that claims to be fresh or made daily. Liars.

This is a great small market with so many Indian and Asian products Ive found nowhere else in the area.Large selection of rices, dried beans, dried dals, (legumes), flours of many kinds such as chick pea (besan), spices of every variety, either whole or ground into mixtures for specific dishs. Snacks, tea toasts, sweets etc. Also freezers with fully prepared meals, Indian breads of every kind and a small but very select fresh seasonal produce, herbs, fresh turmeric root etc.Their lunch/light dinner counter and cafe like seating serves wonderful foods and made to order teas and Indian specialty beverages. The ladies who cook are so helpful with their products whether you are a master Chef or just trying to learn the intricacies of all the regional dishes. Their prices are very reasonable and stock is fresh as it moves fast.Their hours are convenient and the location is easy in and out.

Good store to buy some Indian food. And it is the only one around Bradenton and Sarasota that I know of. Some items are overpriced compared to actual prices in India. But this is my go to store.

I love coming here for my Indian cooking needs, also the great prices on exotic beauty products such as henna and Katha powder are nice. The shop also sells religious items and bulk frankincense resin!

Fairly stocked with Indian groceries.

They have a desent selection of fresh vegetables. The frozen section is a little difficult. No glass to see, just upright residential freezers. They have a little deli where they make chat and samosas.

The food is great but customer service is dreadful. They have a promotion where if you spend $250, they give you $25 of groceries free. I have called four times and the computer on which the points are stored never seems to be in the shop and even though I have had promises to call me with my total, they have not. They have definitely not logged some purchases too. Also watch for out of date chutneys. UPDATE: Now the promotion has ended and points are being forwarded to another system. I have lived in India so I know what to expect from the natives.
