I usually dont leave bad reviews, however I feel like this deserves one. I ordered a bag Feb 10th it is now June 23rd and I still have not received it (supposed to be here Saturday but I am not holding my breath).When originally ordered it said shipping was 4-6 weeks; fine. After 8 weeks I called to just check-in and they told me they would ship it out that week and I should be getting an email with shipping information. Never did. I gave them 2 more weeks, called again got told the same thing. Every time I called they kept telling me the same thing; that it would be shipped that week then it never was.I called 2 weeks ago and asked AGAIN since its been almost 5 months and the woman told me she would work on it and call me back that day. Never did. Called the next day and talked to someone else and they saw my ordered printed but the woman never dealt with it, just left it on the desk. They finally shipped it out last Friday.I worked for a small business that made hand made, custom goods so I understand the time it takes to craft each product. I was patient. However, dont keep telling your customers that you are going to ship it out it and never do. If you need an extra week, fine. But dont lie to your customers....

This shop is fantastic. I received a purse as a gift for Christmas and was ecstatic. My husband and I knew how busy they were due to the advertisements on TV, so my husband went into the shop and selected from their inventory. Made to order via on line orders is incredibly hard to do, as well as keep stock in the store. He selected a purse from the shop while visiting that I had picked out earlier and surprised me for the holidays. Incredible craftsmanship, superior materials, and excellent customer service. Absolutely love this local business! My purse came in a reasonable time for being HANDMADE and I upgraded adding a pocket, zipper, and an upgraded strap. I even caught them when they were on a sale and got my beautiful piece of art for just under $100! 😍 I even met the owners while dining at my work and they were so polite and personally answering calls while on lunch break to attend to customers. Horrible experience. Waited almost 3 MONTHS for my order. What did I get? 2 out of 3 wallets were not what I ordered and the one that I did order had a broken magnetic clasp. After another month dealing with PayPal, I got a refund after I sent the items back and had to pay for return shipping. Wallets were poor quality and sloppy workmanship. Will NEVER order from TTT again. Horrible customer service also. Not worth the wait, time, and hassle.

My mom ordered two purses from this company on April 10th. After several calls she was told they were sending out her two purses on June 10th ! Not accurate. July 28th they now said they were mailed out . No purses as of today October 12th. My mother called several times and each time they told her they were sending them out ! Well after making contact with the company again they told my mother the same lie . So she will be making a report with the BBB and the attorney generals office ! Beware ! They should at least refund my mothers money if they can’t fill the orders . Oh the end not playing with TTT leather goods anymore ! Attorney generals office can handle it !

I first contacted this store in December regarding getting a custom bag made. They told me they were extremely busy and to come back after the holidays, so I went in the beginning of April. They said they could make the custom purse. When I tried to contact them for an update either the voicemail was full or they didnt respond to my email. The one time that they did respond, they basically told me they had many online orders and mine wasnt ready. I was trying to support a small local business, but apparently my business wasnt important to them. After waiting FIVE months, I went today and was handed the prototype I gave them. No eye contact, explanation, or apology. Very disappointed in their customer service.Thanks for acknowledging me! However I was never informed that I would be done “in your spare time”, but it now makes sense. You have no spare time! I hope your business continues to grow.

Honestly I could write a whole story about my experience but I’m not. If you order a bag that’s not already ready to ship don’t expect it in their time frame and don’t buy if you need it anytime soon. I ordered at the end of April and received my purse a week ago unfortunately I won’t be getting it until November when i go back home because I just left for school. Communication is not their strong suit. They ran out of material and said nothing except when someone complained on their IG. If I had a bit more communication then I probably wouldn’t be so upset. I’m not sure I will order again, I need to see my purse before I decide that.

Ordered numerous items. It took months that get a partial shipment. Items not sewn properly. I have yet to receive the rest of my order. Was promised a gift card for the inconvenience. That never happened. No response to emails. Would not recommend this company. Terrible customer service.

It just said it’s in the works and they’ll let me know when it ships. I wouldn’t recommend. I had high hopes because they’re pictures look beautiful but I’m disappointed. Turn around time is not their strong suit.

Placed orders in Feb. 2021 spending a few hundred dollars. Received part of the order. Reached out immediately & told them I haven’t received it all & they send it would be sent with my package. Package came- they sent the wrong product & still didn’t send what they said they would. Reached out again & was told it would be sent including the missing items I ordered….. that was in May. I still have not received it…. I have reached out via email, social media’s, etc in attempt to get into contact with them & nothing. It’s so disappointing because what I have received, I love. But, the way this has been handled I will never be a customer again. I submitted a BBB complaint in hopes maybe that will help me get some resolve since they do not respond. When I went to submit it, I realized there were other complaints or the same thing as well. I have never left a review in my life. Mistakes happen, small businesses can be overwhelming at times…. I get it. But, this is unacceptable & disappointing. Maybe me taking my business elsewhere isn’t a big deal, but I hope by warning people about my experience it can help them not be in the same boat.Update 8/3/21 they failed to respond to the BBB complaint within the granted timeline so BBB will attempt to contact them one more time in hopes to get this resolved. Hope no one else has to go through this! 😭😭Update 8/11/21 I made a tagged post on FB asking if anyone had any advice how to further handle this & within minutes they “refunded” me… I say that lightly because they didn’t even give me a refund for all the items I purchased & a partial refund on another. They have removed me from their page sow I cannot contact them. I will continue with my BBB suit & look at other avenues to get my money back & continue to spread the word. To me, they way they have handled this speaks volumes vs the actually completely orders. They still have yet to reach out to me. If I could give zero stars, I would. I should’ve known they couldn’t even get my order right let alone my refund 🙄🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

I ordered a purse and wallet for my wife as a gift. I contacted TTT several times and they assured me every time I would get the items on time. It took nearly 3 months for them to arrive. When they did arrive they didnt look anything like the pictures. The pictures showed a mainly white cowhide with some brown splotches. The items I received were solid brown, not a speck of white. These people are the worst of worse. I was told lie after lie and received products far different than what was pictured. Will never do business again.

I ordered 2 custom made totes with matching wallets. I received 1tote 1wallet almost 2 1/2 months after ordering it. You can see in the inside of the tote where it was cut and sewn together!! The wallet card slots are so big that cards fall out every time you open the wallet!!! I placed my 2nd order on March 27 and have yet to receive my purchase!!!! Not worth what I paid!!!! I do not recommend nor will I be purchasing from them again!!!!

I normally don’t do reviews but this place deserved one. I was so excited to support and order from a small business but their customer service is terrible. their products look great on the website but take forever to receive. I ordered my purse on january 1st and I never received it after numerous emails exchanged until june. I was constantly reassured that I would get a shipping confirmation but it never came. I am now in the middle of disputing the charge with my card company because they wouldn’t give me a refund. I support small businesses but not ones with horrible customer service.

I ordered a wallet on Feb 23rd. I made multiple attempts to contact the business and all I received was a pre formed response. The wallet arrived May 18th. The material is cheap. The workmanship is bad. The edges do not line up straight and the credit card slots are so loose that they fall out. TTT does not stand behind their product because they state they do not offer refunds. That was my mistake to not notice that. I wont even donate this wallet to charity its going in the trash.

*BUYER BEWARE* I do not recommend ordering anything from TTT leathergoods, I ordered a purse in November of 2020. I added a longer crossbody strap as well as fringe at an extra cost. Normal circumstances says about a 4 week turn around time for these orders. I received the order in about 5 1/2 weeks which wasn’t a big deal given the time of year. But when I opened the package the purse had no fringe on it and the Pendleton fabric was not at all what was pictured. Their website says you have 3 days to reach out to them with problems and there are no refunds. So I called and emailed and finally got a response on the 3rd day. No big deal, they said they would remake the purse and to keep the one they messed up on. Mind you this was in December, fast forward to March after many phone calls (most not answered) and emails I finally got an email that said my order was in production with a tracking number. That package never made it to me. So after many more phone calls and being told “just wait on it” they remade the purse again. I received the purse today it has the correct Pendleton (though it isn’t centered on the purse like shown in the example pic) and fringe, but is much smaller than advertised and did not come with a strap. When I inquired about the strap I was told to use the mismatch strap from the incorrect purse.Needless to say this has been a horrible 8 month journey just to get a purse that is still not as advertised! I understand with any leather goods, handmade items there are to be differences from piece to piece but the ones I received are not as advertised.I don’t feel like my expectations of receiving what I actually paid for and ordered for a the price they charge is out of line, considering the price of the purse was $405.

I ordered a tote and a wallet in the middle of a pandemic. I knew that shipping was going to take longer, I knew that these products were handmade and made specifically for people and I still wanted to order even though I knew these things. It took about two months to receive my tote and wallet but I could not possibly love it more, the quality is great and the people were great to deal with. I will be buying more from them in the future.

Ordered Jan. 15th, received May 6th. Supposed to be 10 days. After 20 days I send an e-mail checking in. They said leather work takes time. The website changed processing to 6 weeks. After another month I called. It was supposed to go out that week. It didnt go out. I was about to call one more time then call Paypal to tell them I reached out but never received my product, but April 26th I got an email saying it went into production. It gave me a tracking number, but it hadnt shipped. I got it 16 weeks after I ordered. If you arent on ANY timeline they make beautiful purses.

The turn time is supposed to be 10 days - with a little longer wait due to COVID. But it still took 2.5 months to get my order (ordered Feb 17 - received May 3). I was patient - kind - and understanding. I was sooo excited when it came in today ... but that excitement went right out the door when I opened the box. The strap is frayed and will not hold up and even more shocking is the zipper on the conceal carry pocket came already busted (the pull is in the center with it being closed mostly on both sides except a gap in the middle where the teeth do not connect)!!! How a manufacturer could knowingly send out a product with the zipper clearly broken is beyond my comprehension. The pendleton is GORGEOUS and the leather is very nice - but these other issues and lack of care and really, lack of respect for the customer is beyond egregious. Save yourself the disappointment and check out Hawks & Doves on Etsy. The turn time is great and the quality is phenomenal - I had ordered from them while I was waiting on TTT. I kept thinking TTT would be worth the wait ... I couldnt have been more wrong.

Husband ordered me a purse for Christmas, he was told it would get here before Christmas twice. February we finally got it and paid extra to get fringe and a zipper, supper disappointed as the seams are not holding up on the zipper since day one! Sent emails, and calls no response. Please be careful with this company!

I feel like this company is working hard to make things right for customers. Even though turn around time was long I will definitely order again from them. Their quality is great and prices are very reasonable.I ordered a purse on Black Friday and received it 12/26. No worries because it was a gift for myself, however I carried it for less than a week and my purse is coming apart at the seam where the strap is sewn on. Less than a week worth of use and already coming apart. I have reached out to the company and no response. I ordered a purse and wallet with upgrades such as zipper, fringe, and cc pocket so it wasn’t exactly cheap. It’s beautiful don’t get me wrong but I think it was rushed and now I have a purse I can’t carry, and no one to respond to my email.

I ordered a wallet a year ago took about a month and then showed up and is beautiful. So I didn’t think twice when I ordered a crossbody for a Christmas gift. Close to 3 months later I have not received the crossbody I have emailed several times about the status, it is still not sent out but I have always received a email back. Although I don’t believe it was handled correctly at first, I’m praying for the family and hopefully they can make it right for all the other customers who also were waiting. I ordered a bag as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend on November 26th and never received it, they never messaged back about an update on the order status. I wouldn’t recommend giving them your business, especially after so many bad reviews and multiple peoples experiencing the same issue. Luckily I ordered through Etsy and was able to receive a refund but only after opening a buyers dispute case against them.

Horrible!!!! I ordered and paid for a wallet and purse for my daughter Nov. 20th 2020 as a Christmas gift. Never heard a word so I had to keep calling. They promised it would be overnighted. As of today Dec. 28th I do not have the purse. They ruined my daughters Christmas. They are liars.

RUN away! You won’t receive your item. False/Fake positive reviews. They are a scam!!!

I am not happy. My husband ordered me a purse on November 12th. On November 13th, they were sure quick to take the money out of his bank account. When the order was placed it said 10 days before it would ship. Seemed reasonable. On December 14th after my 4th email, Sky finally responded. Said they were sorry and it should had been shipped and they would get it right out. It’s now January 2nd. I am now blocked from all social media and they deleted all my comments along with other ladies comments. They deleted our conversations when we all realized there was about 10 of us who had ordered around the same time and were all having the same problem. This has nothing to do with what their website says on turn around time. It’s not our fault they haven’t done their part. I’m sure their kids all had a great Christmas with our money. They are deceitful and stealing from people. They don’t want anyone to know the truth. Their website states no refunds, but no one has received any products? If they just communicated and were honest, I could be understanding. Since they continue to lie and now that I know they have done this to other people, I just want my money back!I do not recommended ordering from them. I would take my business to the other small businesses that make purses. Deceitful. Dishonest business.

UPDATE: 1/28/21 We received the purse and it was not like the picture my 19yr daughter fell in love with. It was beautiful and the correct purse, just drastically different than the picture she fell in love with. I had called the day after I ordered and put a couple special requests on my order. I had my daughter call TTT leather and Amber the owner answered. She was so amazingly nice and understanding with my daughter and went above and beyond to make sure she got the one she loved. She even texted me from her personal cell phone a couple options of cowhide so she could choose her own. The new purse was made and shipped the very next day. This exchange was easy. As frustrating as my 1st purchase order was, the way Amber handled this situation has definitely restored my faith in TTT and I will be giving them another chance.UPDATE 1/19/21: Still waiting! The purse has still not shipped. We did get a tracking number on 1/14 @ 9:41am. However it is still not scanned in at the post office as of yet and when tracking it says your package is on its way to a USPS facility, so does that mean its not even there yet? I got the your order is now in production and the tracking number in the same email. So a tracking number was made before the purse was completed. The purse I ordered 11/29/20 went to production on 1/14/21. Funny that they are this far behind yet running specials on their website and still taking orders. Waiting almost two months is ridiculous and absolutly not worth the $310 I spent.I ordered a purse on November 29th after speaking to someone on the phone and being guaranteed to have it before Christmas as it was a gift for my daughter. I also have two emails assuring that it will be here before Christmas, one of which it said they would over night it if they had to but I would have it by Christmas. Then on December 18th I reached out again as I still had not gotten notification that it had been sent out and they did respond with a We are working around the clock to get orders out. We are aiming to have it out by Christmas. If we are unable to do that we will gift you a gift card of 50% of what you have spent. I have since sent two more emails and have had heard nothing from TTT Leather. Here it is Christmas Day and not only have I not received the purse I was guaranteed 3 times that I would have before Christmas, it has not even been shipped yet. While the staff has always been friendly on the phone and prior to my last 2 emails quick to respond, they are NOT true to their word!

Amazing family that own it is who also have amazing staff! Can’t wait for the store front opening!

I ordered a wallet over 3 months ago and have yet to receive it. Shady business being done by this company. I would NEVER recommend this company!

Don’t buy from this place I ordered a purse for my wife for Christmas and it’s now almost the middle of February and still nothing I’ve called 3 times and each time it’s a different story on how far their backed up pretty sure I got ripped off and the purse ain’t coming and I’m out $135

I have not got my order that I ordered 3 mounts ago.

Shipping takes over a month. Ive ordered several products and each time I have to check-in for order status updates. Customer service is not communicative.
