Even while handling two separate auctions, staff did a superb job of packaging my painting and shipping it to me well protected, so that what I received is exactly what I bought - in great condition. Staff went above and beyond. Their care in making sure my purchase was well protected was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

When we needed help moving a variety of items from Florida to Michigan, this PakMail location offered more than packing and shipping. Under Chuck’s leadership, this business used their experience, knowledge and service to provide the best shipping solutions for our needs. Courtesy and competitive costs were welcome bonuses. We gave them more than a half dozen packed boxes (one with dinnerware), a suitcase, a medium-size duffel bag, about a dozen pieces of two-dimensional art (including a large vintage oil painting), a fragile fine-art table lamp, a modern-art aluminum floor lamp and a treasured antique dresser. The diverse items were professionally packed into a single unit and secured on a large pallet delivered to our home and hand pallet trucked into our garage. All contents were stable, secure and undamaged. Yet the packaging was simple enough to remove individual items safely and with minimal effort. Don’t waste time shopping around for packing and shipping options. Take your stuff to Chuck.

Have been doing business with this location and the owner for years. No one else I would recommend for packing my item other than this place. They are the most professional we have ever worked with and have done the best job when it comes to packaging any form of item.

Terrible experience. Dropped a Fed Ex package off on Friday morning. I asked the lady about ensuring it and she asked me what was inside, and I said gift cards. I have my receipt for dropping the package yet seems to have disappeared. It does not show up in Fed Ex tracking. He tried to blame it on the Driver as he had an issue with his candy gun, the regional manager at FedEx and that is not true at all. A he tried to blame it on the drive is he an issue with his getting done, but the regional manager at Fed ex and that is not true at all. And they could not remember the drivers name when I stopped in today to get it. The owner was there but I know desire to come out and talk to me. I have escalated with Fed Ex and am working to cancel the gift cards.

TERRIBLE - - extremely costly. Had three 12 inch square boxes prepared - (they wrapped an item in each box using about 2 sq ft of bubble wrap and maybe three gallons of peanuts )- - - total cost $115.00 ! ! ! Outrageously expensive - avoid at all costs. Other near by services much more reasonable.

Best experience that Ive ever had. The staff at pakmail are very professional and have taken great care with each of my shipments. They can handle special items that you want deliverd without damage and know what they are doing when it comes to fragile, delicate or precious items. They ship all over the world to museums, auction houses and private collectors and yet take care of my ordinary packages. If you need something shipped, I would highly recommend pakmail.

I had to send a package overseas to Africa and had had difficulties finding pricing estimates online, so when I visited Pak Mail, the manager took the time and effort to help me find all of my options, see what worked within my budget, and also helped me find a smaller box in order to bring the cost down. I was extremely thankful by the service I received here!

Have used this company for the past 3 years to assist our auction house with shipping. Can say this is one of the best shipping places let alone best companies I have had the privilege to work with. We look forward to using their services for years to come.

Went there because had a 20lb package that I wasnt sure if fedex or ups were going to be cheaper. I got an estimate from ups and fedex online using the weight and dimensions, but wanted to compare with a neutral mailing company. Pakmail was $20 more for each shipping method than my online price! When asked why othis was and if pakmail had an additional charge tacked on, she couldnt tell me.....I decided to go to a ups store instead .The ups store was within a couple dollars from what I got from ups online....therefore $20 cheaper than packmail! I dont understand how packmail can be so far off!

We have used this Pak Mail for almost 20 years and we have not been disappointed yet!
