Great customer service and as it was my daughters first time buying from a car dealership we were impressed by our salesmans patience with her. We were shown many cars and she test drove 3, Cordell was very helpful and answered all our questions. He worked hard and got her payments right where she needed them to be. Went with Girlfriend to purchase a vehicle for her daughter. Staff was nice and didnt pressure to get a vehicle. Ended up walking out with a vehicle of my own after making a joking reference about one I liked, and the gentleman helping my daughter said hed see what he could do. I bought a 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali Cordell was very helpful with the process got me a payment I was comfortable with and answered all the questions I had mike the owner is a really nice guy I wouldn’t think twice before purchasing another vehicle from them.

These guys called me to give them an estimate to clean their carpets. When I arrived, their manager (I assume) came up to greet me. Immediately he started telling me that the previous carpet guy had to keep coming back to re-clean the carpet because the stains weren’t coming out. After numerous attempts, the other cleaner stopped showing up. That was my first red flag. Then he ask me what I would charge him to clean the carpet. l looked over the carpet and observed a lot of black stains throughout the room. When I asked him what he thought the stains were, he started laughing, along with his maintenance guy/ mechanic (unsure of his title) as if it’s typical, to have black oil stains everywhere. He acted as if he didn’t know how the stains got there. I quoted a normal cleaning for $75. However, due to the excessive amount of what appeared to me as black oil, I knew that I would have to use extra chemicals to break the stains down, and there would be an additional $25.00 fee, putting the total at $100. I explained to him that I wouldn’t guarantee that the stains would come out completely, but it would look better. “Oh no! he said. “That’s too much!” He only wanted to pay $60.00 with a guarantee that the stains would come out. At this point, I’m remembering what he had told me when I first walked in, about the previous carpet guy. They had him coming back redoing the carpet over and over. That’s one of the oldest SCAMS! People not paying carpet cleaners if stains don’t come out! Then he tried to sweeten the deal by saying he would give me this account! I’m thinking this guy is nothing but a scammer. Why would he give me this account if he had never seen my work?That was another red flag. Then the owner walked in and went into his office. I told the manager nicely I wasn’t interested in his account, but I would give him a one time cleaning to show him what I could do. He started laughing and shouted out to his boss, “Hey boss, did you hear that? He doesn’t want our account!” The owner was rude and said, “Get him out.” I still thanked them and told them to have a nice day and I left. I wasn’t upset that I didn’t get that job. In fact I was glad because I didn’t want to be in the same predicament as the previous carpet guy who stood them up. All of this, for an ESTIMATE. As if that job was going to change my life. Yes, you have every right to refuse my price and I have every right to refuse your job. When I left your place of business, I thought that wasthe end of it. Of course NOT! You’re BULLIES!!! You felt it necessary to write negative reviews about me because I didn’t fall for your SCAM!!! I’m just warning all businesses ownersin the area. These guys reviewed me over an estimate! Can you imagine negotiating a car deal, over thousands of dollars and if you don’t agree with them hate to see how they would react? I don’t think that was very professional of them to write a review over an estimate!!! Fair warning to all !!!

Hey, guys I was robbed by this company. I lended my mother money to buy a car for my brother in law which desperately needs a car to attend college. He came home happy with his new car only to find out this company sells lemons. They dont want to exchange my car or fix it. They are charging me to fix a new car I just bought from them 12 days ago. They steal peoples money. They have nothing but lemons. Please dont buy from them. I have reported them to the better business bureau. The owner knows he sells lemons and takes advantage of people. I will be contacting my attorney!

Just bought a car from these guys. Thought Id have to deal with typical car dealership salesman as Im a woman and men try to dumb it down. Once I got there and spoke with Brandon I was completely put at ease. Purchased an 2012 Altima and I love it! The owners, Mike and Ed were awesome. They worked with me on price and everything. The sold me a lemon deliberately. The owner sold me a lemon knowing what he was doing. I payed with my hard worked money. I Bought A Car 12 Days Ago Only To FIND Out I Have To Pay The Dealer To Repair My Car now. They have had my CAR now for 3 weeks and have not returned it after charging me to fix it. They do shady business and sell garbage lemon cars. Please dont by from them. I have contacted my attorney to resolve this problem. I am also putting a complaint with the BBB.

LEMONS!Worst car dealer period. Do not buy a car here! I bought a car about a year ago from this place and they tricked me into buying a piece of junk! They told me I was getting a really good deal on a 2002 BMW x5 which I paid $5000 cash of my HARD earned money, saying I shouldnt be giving you this deal and you can only get it today only to have parts and components start breaking and falling off just days after purchasing the vehicle. I ended up finding the car to have a major oil leak which has caused other serious issues. The gas gauge did not work so I could not put gas into the vehicle efficently. The driver side door latch and window quit working just days after my purchase. This vehicle left me stranded in 12 degree weather just 2 weeks after the purchase. I have had the most frustrating time trying to get the vehicle repaired and it has taken me over a year to find someone reliable that wont rip me off.This place has the most unprofessional, condescending and rude owner and salesman I have ever met. Upon return to this establishment to confront the owner for selling me a vehicle with major problems, I left a negative review on their Google business page. When I walked into the establishment I was met with brute intimidation by the owner and salesman that was working at that time. Yelling and pointing in my face with condescending demeanor Saying he would take me to court over the negative review and Im just a dumb kid who wanted to buy a flashy vehicle. Continuously reassuring himself and I that anything can happen to a vehicle when you drive away and that they buy cars with major issues all the time they have to sit on and cannot sell. After things calmed down and they stopped yelling, the agreement was made that they would help me out amd fix the problem if I removed the review from Google, which I did immediately. Again I was tricked because they never called me back. I am thoroughly disgusted with the lack of professionalism, the sheer ignorant condescending attitude of the owner. DO NOT BUY HERE PERIOD.

So far so good? My wife and I bought this vehicle last Friday over the weekend As a present for my love wife. Or salesperson by the name Cordell was very helpful in making sure that safety of the vehicle was in our best interest we didnt have to wait too long for a test drive. I looked over the vehicle with no problem. Cordele took the time to make sure that we did a car comparisons, of other car in the same prices range within a ten miles area, for this vehicle. we also check for the Carfax report to make sure that the vehicle wasn’t hitting or had flood-damaged as well as any major accidents we didn’t check for recalls yet but we’re looking forward to checking into recalls on this vehicle very soon. Like, I said so far so good. I will refer my friends to Smart Buy Auto and I recommend that you talk to Cordell when you visit there lot. When you visit them ask for Cordell he’s a family man from right here in Kankakee County he believes in good customer service. As for star, me and my wife was so happy that Cordell had made us feel confident in buying a vehicle from them.
