Sad to say. Wasnt as good as i hoped. Store is dirty. Staff seemed nice but i left buying nothing. Hope its better for others.

Went to this store yesterday and it was absolutely filthy. The floors are disgusting, the shelves are empty and dirty. Boxes are stacked at the end of isles, but no one stocking. Picked up a foil pan, and was dirty with brown substance in it. I will drive to the kankakee dollar tree if I need something, will not go back in the Bradley location. VERY DIRTY!!!!!!!

For the love of God clean this store or get a new manager who will.

It used to be a much nicer place. They need to organize better. Messy and lots of empty shelves. Hardly any new products.

Decently run store, set up nicely in my opinion. The employees working there are helpful, informative, and intelligent. Not the biggest fan of any dollar store but this store is not like family dollar so win win there.

I love Dollar tree Iwas there yesterday.

Went there today and there was feces all over the toilet, walls, and railings. The whole bathroom was disgusting. There are 2 bathrooms one for customers and one for employees. Checked out the employee bathroom right after I walked out of the customer bathroom and it was clean...they are capable of cleaning a bathroom just not one for customers. Will not be returning to this store again.

Shelves are often not stocked or lacking inventory all throughout the store. Checkout linea are often long, but cashiers are always patient, friendly, and kind.

Not as much merchandise as the kankakee store but i will say very clean

Wish that yall would stick up on ammonia I use it for my lawn to help keep it green and heathy.if you want to know it is one cup ammonia one cup of tea one cup of regular pop 1/4 peroxide. Put your weed and feed in with it and spray away .one last thing put the soap in last.just to let you know were workers are doing a great job thank you shelly

I always go there for my paper products, but, seems like every time theyre out of at least one of my favorite items, and the bathroom is so filthy, I wouldnt want my dog in there!

Horrible, ignorant employees and managers. Had a simple question for a manager and got a rude response to my question. Grabbed an item off of the shelf that supposedly was discontinued and a manager walked up and took it off my balance and didnt even say a word about it. By the time I went to go say anything the manager just walked right away from me. wont ever go to dollar tree again. If your having a rough night dont take it out on your customers. As of your actions you ruined a customers night by the way you acted. Horrible experience.

Other than the price on all items, Ive always found the store to be clean and products to easily be seen and grabbed. The workers are usually helpful. But the one thing I dont like, when using a debt card and you want cash back, they charge you just to your money.

Great free parking. Convenient location. Shop here first ... then complete your list someplace else ... just in case they dont have everything you need. MOST of what I need is here ... top quality AND you really cant beat the price.

Your help was very RUDE when we asked if you had certain items. We were shopping for our mentally disabled clients. So it is a little difficult to keep going round and round the store looking for things. She acted as if we were a bother. You would have thought she would have said let me help you find them. But no she showed with her face and tone of voice and attitude that we were bothering her. I can tell you this much. As if today my co-workers worker and myself will NEVER PERSONELY do any further shopping in your store. Our agency said if your clients keep getting the same treatment, as this is not the FIRST time this girl has done this to us and our clients, the agency will take their business to family Dollar and dollar general for our classroom thing we needed. Such as shame your staff cant hide their feeling from the public eye. Maybe they need to not do public service work. Two upset regular customers and their 4 clients. You need NO STARS, BUT WOULD NOT LET US POST OTHERWISE.

Just called there for something they had plenty of on the shelf, just not in the color I needed. When I asked if the color was there the girl said they didn’t have any. She didn’t want to go check or knew what I was talking about- so I guess not having any was the easiest answer

Was there Sunday morning 9/17/17...worker extremely rude when i asked for help finding item...she took her name tag off and i asked the cashier to talk to manager and other girl told her no dont say anything...she said she was manager and said she was not rude and dismissed me in front of other customers waiting to pay fir items...i will never step a foot in that store again...i hope owner sees this post...girl was petite Caucasian with long dark hair in ponytail...other cashiers name i believe was Whitney

I purchased some M&M. I started eating them. I smelled a strange scent. I rrsmelled the box that was sealed in plastic. It was a cleaning chemical. I stopped eating. Now bumps on my lips. Do not trust them at all.

They need to keep theyre the shelves stocked the shelves were very bear in some areas. Especially the baking area where they have the aluminum disposable pans. Also the store is got a lot of its just messy it needs to be cleaned. I gave it 5 Stars only because of the prices being a dollar for everything I find very acceptable but if I had to rate on the appearance talking number of employees I would probably give it a 2. They need more cashiers the lines were very very long. There was only one checker on a Sunday. If these corporations we would be less profit margin and more customer service they would find that their profit margins would go up. People get tired of spending their money and getting poor service. Therefore many times Ill go to Dollar General and pay a little bit extra for the service that you do get at Dollar General.

I can usually find what Im looking for when Im here, however this time the shelves were mostly empty and I couldnt find several items that I know they always carry. It looked like they had just received a shipment because you couldnt walk down the entire back aisle of the store

When you first walk in, there is nothing out of the ordinary. typical dollar store... but eventually you will make your way to the back of the store at some point and you will smell an extremely unpleasant odor blended with some sort of fruity fragrance. it comes from their restroom. There is no reason for this. it stinks so bad . you can tell they try to mask the odor with some kind of spray but it still stinks. every time I visit this store, its the same way. if i had to use my vivid imagination to describe the smell, id say it smells like the decomposing remains of a dead animal rotting in a field of wild flowers.

Its a good store over all just dont go in with a any kind of large suitcases or luggages they will literally chase you half away across the store just to tell you to put your luggage or bags by the managers office but over decent prices!
