Purchased a shake which is usually delicious. This time it was just ok. Had a tinge of a sour taste like perhaps the milk was on its way to being spoiled or not as fresh. Usually everything is great here, so im still giving 4 stars. Service was good.

You gotta be kidding me! Oberweis is great! I suggest that they have a special day of the week for a price break. $8 for a single scoop cone prevents me from going more often.

Best ice cream Ive ever had.

We love the Oberweis organic whole milk and pick up a 1/2 gallon from this store 3-4 times a week to insure our milk is fresh.This past Monday we stopped by for our usual 1st 1/2 gallon of OWM. I had a glass full that night as I usually do. I had an upset stomach during the night and didnt consider it was the milk, I just got it. After a bad night with a very upset stomach I finally felt a little better after losing the milk I drank. Still not thinking the milk was the issue I added a few drops to my coffee. It curdled, Ok maybe the sugar clumped or there was some left over soap residual on the cup but cant be the milk. I poured that cup into the sink and started over same thing it curdled. Now I am thinking its possibly the milk. I called the store and was told to bring the bottle back because they have been having issues with their whole milk. I had my receipt and brought it back. I spoke to a young lady who I believe was in a manager since she was dressed differently then the other employees. She also let know they have been having problems with the bottling company enough so they have contacted them on several occasions. She also mentioned they have been taking back a lot of whole milk 1/2 gallons. Only the glass bottled 1/2 gallon whole milk was the issue. This is an on going issue they knew the milk they sold me could be spoiledyet they still sold it instead of sending the order back to the bottler. I asked if all the milk was effected and she related no the quart size hasnt had any issues. I picked up 2 bottles and she toldme how much I owed for the milk and wasnt going to refund the 1/2 gallon of spoiled milk I just handed her. No I am not going to be out $7.04 for that Monday purchase after being sick all night and then seeing it curdle that morning. I also asked for the corporate phone number and was told this store was independently owned and has no relationship with corporate she didnt want to give me the number but finally did after she explained the whole independent store thing a few times. She never apologized for selling me the spoiled milk or for it making me get sick. We have always preferred shopping local but not when you knowingly sell spoiled product and then do not apology or offer a simple refund without the customer having to request it multiple times.Extremely bad judgement on this IndependentlyOwned Onerweis store. Youve just lost our business.

The service was excellent and fast. It is a great place to go. I loved their strawberry and cream smoothie it was amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone.

The ice cream here is the best in town. Tastes like real churned ice cream and the flavors are delicious.

Loved the ice cream but customer service was not great. I was a little grossed out to find a blonde hair in my shake, i have brown hair. i took the hair out of the shake and i took the shake and strand of hair to the counter and asked for a new one. one of the girls asked me “why?” as i was holding up the shake with the hair next to it. and i told her i found it in the shake and she rolled her eyes, looked and sounded annoyed when talking to me. she also had her mask below her nose the entire time we were there. which i find extremely unsanitary. but the young man who remade my shake was very nice.

My boyfriend and his family took me to Oberweis for the first time their root beer float was so yummy y couldnt finish it all it was so much 🤤

Although the ice cream is super delicious and we go at least once a week... It kind of really bothers me that the girl that makes your order (blonde ponytail, you can see her through the drive thru window dishing up all the ice cream stuff) never wears her mask over her nose. Not once, not ever. Why?(Update). Its been over a month and we went today... Same girl, same nose out.

I love the taste of their whole milk. And seriously ice cream. Eggnog is one of my seasonal favorites. Their staff is always polite and respectful.

Will not come here again The customer service from the guy at the register was great and the ice cream was good but the 2 plain clothes individuals who were the owners Pam and bob they were standing off to the side were very passive and not welcoming my daughter needed to use the bathroom they did not acknowledge us as we stood waiting to find out where the bathroom was located and the stares that they gave sent off a different vibe this is really sad especially when you bring a guest in from another state and speak highly of the ice cream but one thing I can say you can tell that there demeanor is not of an opening or inviting presence especially to those of color.

While this place is a bit pricey, you just cant beat the quality of their goodies. I dont come here often, but when I do Im never disappointed. There is no other place around that has ice cream that is so creamy and satisfying. Im not as adventurous as my wife and friend that was with us. The both got mocha or peanut butter or something. Im not sure, Im more of a boring hot fudge sundae kind of guy. Anyway, I always enjoy coming here and will definitely be back . Oh, one last thought: Oberweis absolutely blows Dairy Queen out of the water!

The atmosphere is light and bright. The tables are enjoyable that have built in games on them, there is fresh dairy to purchase in refrigerated cases. A teeny bit expensive $6 for my cake shake, yet it was delicious. I also bought a gallon of lemonade. Delicious!

They have high quality dairy cream for ice cream. You can order regular delivery if you are eligible. They have chess boards on some tables if you want to engage with people through a game. I also enjoyed how they had great lemonade, milk, and juice available in glass jars (there are single serve plastic for kids). They also sometimes have a free sample. The shift manager at the time didnt know the answers to some of my questions (I personally think she could have been a tad more friendly, but was professional nonetheless), but there was a very helpful staff member that answered our questions with a smile!

Oberweis is some of the best ice cream you can get. It’s incredibly smooth and the flavors are just right. Unfortunately, it’s also some of the most expensive normal I’ve cream you can get. After finishing your ice cream, your stomach will definitely want more, but your wallet will tell you to go home and eat a quart for cheaper.

Great ice cream at above average prices. They also offer a variety of dairy products for purchase such as milk and cakes. They provide board games to enjoy while eating as well. Great for kids.

Excellent ice cream with seasonal specials on Flavor choices. Clean and well-lit. The bathrooms are clean as well. The staff was friendly. An all-around positive experience. For those with small children they even have high chairs.

Awesome drive thru ice cream with plenty of options! Waffle cones are available. Its kind of expensive, but it is a quality product. The staff is polite and friendly and the service is quick.

Great location, decent pricing, and excellent dine-in service and I can say the same for the drive-thru. Do yourself a favor, go in and get some great treats and play chess with a good friend. It is a great first date option for something to do after your possible, main event.

Went through drive-thru, the service was great. I got 2 scoops of my favorite ice cream in a bowl, and a pup cup for the pooch. Half way through eating my ice cream i find a 4 inch long black hair scooped up in my ice cream. My hair is currently red as can be so obviously its not mine. Worst ice cream experience ever. Never had an issue before today.
