Turks is our place to shop for all sorts of furniture and its in our neighborhood. We had the nicest young women (Janelle) for our sales person. India at the Turk store in Bradley, IL. went above and beyond for us. After ordering a sectional in May from another store (not a Turk furniture) we were told it would be here in August, in August told it would be delayed until November, so we decided to look for only in stock couches. After spending hours looking at numerous stores, contacting numerous stores via phone/online with no luck, Turk came through. India contacted me via text, took the time to send me links to what they had in stock, and answered all my questions. We went to the store that day and were pleased with her patience, knowledge and bubbly, but professional personality. She thoroughly explained the warranties, additional warranties, and what each covered. We ended up buying all our living room furniture on a Tuesday, and it will be delivered on Saturday. I HIGHLY recommend India, especially if you want a pleasant, stress free and honest shopping experience.

We walked into Turk not knowing what to expect. Our 2 young sons are very active and we had a tight budget. The last store we had looked at the sales people made us feel unwelcome. We were surprised when not only were we approached by a friendly clerk but that she also understood our style and budget. She was so kind and thoughtful. She showed us a sectional that we hadnt even seen when the one we were looking at wasnt in stock. This sectional was better than the one we were looking at. She really was attentive and a pleasure to work with. I only wish I could remember her name. The purchase as made in March and its now July. I forgot to leave a review before. But I highly recommend Turk with home delivery it was such a hassle free experience.

Janelle was so great in helping me find the perfect living room furniture. She allowed me to explore without being overbearing and then after I told her what I was hoping to find, she patiently escorted me through the store until we found the best option for my home. After a bad experience at home furniture, I came to Turk not knowing what to expect when I walked in the door rusty approached me but not aggressively so. We are returning customers to Turk thanks to our sales associate Janelle. She helped us find three mattresses a few months ago and we have been sleeping more soundly since. It was a no brainer to ask for her help today in finding a new leather sofa. We showed her a picture in an ad from another store and she zeroed us in on two or three options. In about an hour we were in and out with a great custom sofa on order. Turk sells quality furniture and offers a great price selection. Janelle listens and devotes the time to help us make the best choices. We will be returning to Turk’s and asking for Janelle again in the future.

Update: I can not say enough about how Turk handle the incident at hand. They went above and beyond to ensure this never happened again. As well as did the delivery company. After the reach out from both Turk and the delivery company supervisor I won’t hesitate as always to make another purchase from Turk. Thank you all.My wife and I was on the search for a new bed. We found it, and for a great price might I add. UNTIL the delivery experience happened. We was called yesterday and our delivery frame time was noon-3 today 2/6/21. I was out getting grocery at 11 to keep getting notifications from my cameras I had someone in my front yard. There was Turks deliver sitting in front of my house with no call that they where coming nothing at all just showed up. So I ditched my grocery and got home. The delivery guys are bringing in the frame and box spring I tell them should we take the old out first? They told me flat out We don’t take NO bedding items at all. I said well that’s not what they told me at the store they said you guys would take my old mattress. They said no we can’t take no items at all. So I had the wife call Turks while I helps them with getting the old bed out the way. They set everything up perfectly fine. So they leave me with a king size box spring and mattress in a room and just leave fine. So now they have left after the store contacted them and made them come back and get what they said they would dispose of. Come to find out the guy breaks my screen door handle off ON CAMERA and shows his Buddy and hides it in his pocket and instead of telling me. I wouldn’t of even cared if they was just honest it’s a $20 handle but to break it and not tell me and then hide it. So all in all I was very happy with my experience with Turks but will never buy from them again because I will never deal with a horrible delivery service like I did today that was a wrap for me!

Place was awesome until this great sales rep left. I literally bout a whole bed room set and living room set. Just went there the other day for a love seat and any other time I would ha e got a reasonable price but they didnt drop a dollar. Before if price was 1k Id get it for 6 or 7 hundred I was expecting the same. They lost a good customer over about 100 dollars.

Terrible customer service, purchased furniture to only be told it was discontinued. Communication was poor and we had to constantly call to get answers and/or updates for parts to be ordered. Management did not seem to care that this was an error on them, not the customer. Returned furniture for full refund. We will not be returning as well as the rest of our family members who were several time returning customers. Very sad. Went to Mikes furniture in Joliet....customer service was wonderful and we were able to purchase new furniture without any problems! Better deals on furniture, all staff were friendly and happy to help us!
