It came from factory with a touch up on the paint on top front left corner. You buy new you expect perfect condition and not just send it. Should have been sent to a discount store. I waited 4 weeks for it and really dont want to go through the hassle so not sure what I should do.

Tire changer is definitely worth it. A great place to buy cheap tools if you need in a pinch.

I love this place, its not all top of the line or name brand pricey stuff. There are decent tools and accessories that work just as well as the stuff that costs almost twice as much. Ive never had a problem with anything Ive bought there, but then again I dont buy the junk stuff they have, I get the well built things they have.*WARNING there are some things in this store that arent worth buying so buyer beware, my opinion anyway. If you know what you want and work within the ratings of the tool then your good.

A couple of years ago I buy a toolbox from HF, today the lock breaks. So I drive to my local HF store to be told that they do not sell replacement locks. Then I was told I should have bought the extended warranty. Then I would have received a whole new box, I do not want a new box just a replacement lock, which I will gladly pay for.So HF you have lost a loyal customer over probably a 5.00 replacement lock.People beware you get what you pay for.

Its great for small things. Wouldnt buy power tools here if youre a professional. But for a DIY project, absolutely. The tools are not junk by any means, they just are not on the same level as the big brands.

They sell some nice floor jacks they dont sell any jack stands I dont think one should go without the other they said they had a recall that makes you wonder how many died and got crushed

Great place for tools at affordable prices i purchased a tractor rim for a fire pit and had it loaded on my pickup with a forklift and couldnt get it unloaded thanks to Harbor Freight its unloaded without damage to my truck

Tools? What handy person doesnt need more tools. I have been shopping at Harbor Freight Tools ever since I discovered them many many years ago while on a trip to Las Vegas Nevada and I needed a special tool to fix something I needed to repair while on vacation. They had the tool i needed and at a reasonable price. Oh, bye the way, I still have and use that tool from almost 15 years ago. I recommend Harbor Freight Tools.

If you know what you need and make use of the coupons it can be a great shopping experience. Today I needed AA batteries and a tape measure. The batteries were on sale from $8 (24 pack alkaline) and with the coupon took it down to $4.99. The 25 tape measure was free with its coupon. Helpful and pleasant employees and a well designed store.

My husband and I went to Harbor Freight in Bradley, IL looking for a class 3 hitch. Thursday 8/15/19 at 3:30 pm. We asked the cashier if they carried them in store and she told us to go down aisle 15 where the balls and other hitch accessories were. We told her we already went there and so the cashier turned around to the 2 sales associates talking and called one of them by name and that associate quickly responded weird “I am off the clock” Both my husband and I were shocked at the treatment of the cashier and the unwillingness to help because they were “off the clock”. The cashier was very helpful and did what she could to answer our questions.
