Just bought a piccolo from Rich. We spent hours trying each one he had available in my price range, comparing different head joints and bodies, etc. He was very knowledgeable when it comes to the background and details of each instrument. Overall I felt he was very generous with his time and expertise. Im thrilled with my new instrument, and so relieved that the process of buying it went so smoothly with Rich.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. I recently purchased a flute and was trying to find out more information about it. When the manufacturer could not answer my questions, I contacted Rich. Not only could he answer my questions, but he took the time to give me a really cool history about the flute I purchased.
