I just left the Braintree store; both Axel and Eric were amazing! They answered all of my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. The selection was awesome and if something wasn’t in stock they offered to order it online for me- right on the spot! I’d highly recommend going to check out 5.11, in Braintree!!!

Bought a pair of 511 boots . Needed something black that would keep a shine.$89 for a decent pair of boots isnt bad, but $70 for a pair of shorts, well . . . . .Manager was pretty cool . Gave some history on the company. Didnt realize it started out as a outdoor clothing company and still maintain original brand ( 511 is a offshoot )All and all nice store . Clean, bright, plenty of stock.Update 9/3/19 Well, new boots only lasted for 6 months . . . . . BUT, had to be the easiest exchange ever !!!bing-bang-boom, out the door with a new pair of boots and that deserves extra star

Very well organized! Staff were ready to help if needed. Large selection in apparel, however small selection in footwear. Not much to choose from. Im used to purchasing 5.11 products online which is a bit off an issue since I cant try on items, so having a brick and mortar location is awesome. Great store, the only down side is the prices are a bit steep.

The guys were exceptionally helpful. They took time to go over some equipment options, made some suggestions I was not thinking of. Ultimately, I made a better informed purchase.

Staff are pretty nice and super helpful. There was a bit of a mix up with an order I made during their grand opening event, but thats super understandable given how crazy things were there that day. That got sorted out today. 10/10 will be shopping there again.

Amazing selection and will order anything you want if out of stock. Real professional help behind the counter with a no-pressure approach makes shopping there fun and educational.

Store is very clean and well-organized, with a large assortment of the newest 511 products ranging from casual clothing to Tactical bags and CCW gear. Dressing rooms are spacious with large mirrors. Staff was very helpful in finding appropriate sizes that werent on the shelves. On star deducted because they play Pop Country on the overhead radio.

Called last minute for a pair of tactical pants they and they held them for me. Staff inside the store were very helpful and friendly. They even stayed a little late to help me with all my random questions.

Some of the items here are a little expensive but its quality gear. Most of it is TEFLON coated. The tactical fan boys will love it here.
