+) PLENTY of sizes, nice dressing room staff, cute selections. The checkout moves fairly quickly.-) My goodness it is CROWDED. Even with the lit signs (so high up/thin you look past them) it was hard to see the checkout lanes. Add to that the checkout lines are long and packed... no social distancing at all.

Great place to buy what you need. They have clothes, makeup, home decor, shoes with a low price. Is very rare that you find a store with good clothes and a low price. I always endup hour in that store and with a lot of clothing .

Went there to look for basic T-shirts. It was difficult to find a basic black T-shirt my size in the store.. One of the staff named Joshua went out of his way to look for a T-shirt for me. Awesome guy. 5 stars for HIM.

Amazing place, amazing prices, but a lot of times getting a quality item is being lucky. Sometimes they turn out real real good and sometimes awfully bad.The worst thing is that none of the posters carry current or existing inventory, theyre just for show. Only the manikins are wearing the latest trends.

First time visiting the store. I did purchase some items. If your looking for affordable clothing, household items, makeup this is the place for you.

I had a pair of jeans given to me as a gift. All the tags are still on them but I still can’t exchange them for a different size or store credit. I will shop else where from now on. What did they do during COVID when the dressing rooms had to be closed.

Love the clothes because they carry my size which is hard to find in other stores. The clothes are definitely affordable.

I lost some weight recently so I wanted to grab some new t shirts and jeans. Made the trip up here figuring I could try a bunch of cheap styles. Unfortunately their fitting rooms are all closed despite the mall being open as normal with no mask requirement. So this was sort of a waste of time

My favorite store when I visit the UK, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw them in the Boston area. They have all the goodies I love to buy, underwear, thermal wear for the winter, Tees etc at of course affordable prices. Ive visited twice (I love bargains 😄) and might visit again before I leave.

My girlfriend is from Ireland and opened my eyes to this place. Its quite amazing how much there is and how often it changes. Its great to get everything you need all in one place.

Excellent prices, but its often hard to shop here due to the crowds. The other customers can be loud and inconsiderate of their fellow shoppers and the staff are either apathetic or too nosy. The store itself is open concept but poorly lit so its easy to become disoriented and lose track of what you were looking at. I like the shopping baskets they provide and the sheer variety of items on offer. This is a one stop shop for cheap products and fast fashion. But I must warn you, you do get what you pay for!

Cashier needed training throwing items into bag.No eye contact at all.The whole process seemed hostile.I have worked in retail for years never behaved like that.Should have found manager but had a hungry toddler with me.

I wish they had more clothes for boys sizes 10 to 12

Primark is an Irish based retailer that is providing it’s customers bargains that can only be described as fantastic, and that’s no blarney. Occupying what was once the second floor of Sears at the South Shore Plaza, it’s ample space is supplied with numerous wares and notions at affordable prices.You can outfit the whole family and still afford lunch at the Cheese Cake Factory. The help are both friendly and helpful and are most anxious to please one and all .

It is always an adventure to come a shop here, amazing prices all the time, associates are not that friendly or helpful, thats the only downside, they seems not to be happy at all.They layout of the store is great, lot of selection of clothing, prices are great for your pocket, the clothes even though are inexpensive the quality is amazing and last forever.I really like to shop here, most of the time the clothes for special occasions and my daughters daily clothes, definitely recommended.

Ive been shopping at Primark for years now and my family, friends and I highly recommend shopping and your nearest store!

Ok so I used to be ashamed to be caught in primark right. I felt like it was like a Payless store with clothes. Its funny how things have changed now. Im not saying buy a whole wardrobe from there, but you can definitely pull off wearing some casual gear for men and women. They have nice casual sweaters, pants and jeans for unbelievable prices. No more shame in my game!

The only complaint that I have. Is that. I bought a pair of boots here once and was disappointed that they did not last very long. The front of them started wearing out quickly. Then the side of one of them ripped. The store is not as big as the one in downtown Boston. Because it used to be part of Sears. However I do have to say that there is still plenty of room to maneuver around in the store. Also this store is a lot more convenient to get for people that live south of Boston to get to. The prices are very affordable. and the associates are very friendly here. I would definitely go back there.

This location for Primark is the worst

Peaceful experience in the morning. Helpful staff but will refer you to a supervisor for anything even remotely out of the norm. I wanted to check the inventory of another primark and only two people in the whole store had the authority to help. Great prices keep me coming back.

Love it there. I mostly shop there for my kids as they outgrow their clothes quite fast plus the prices cant be beat. I cant see myself spending a fortune on babies clothes that will be outgrown in a few months. Primark is great! I even sometimes catch some good finds on clothes for myself too. The employees Ive encountered so far are really nice

Ive never been to a Primark before and it was impressive! So cheap with a large selection of well laid out goods if various kinds. Wish I had a store closes to where I live, I would probably be shopping there all the time!

Always a great place top buy seasonal items but dont expect them to last. After a few washes on the delicate cycle, my toddlers clothes shrank pretty fast in comparison to other childrens clothing brands. The lines are always looking so annoyed rush hour times.

Im reviewing Primark purely because when my daughter and I saw that Boston had a UK store, we were so excited as this is like an IKEA for clothing!They should have one in all areas!....FLORIDA?!

Love this store... Prices are awesome.. Only thing is the quality of the clothes isnt very good.. Stuff starts falling apart after a few washes 😭
