Yesterday I went to NAPA with my 80 year old mother-in-law to buy front disc brakes and rotors for her 2012 Ford Fusion. We Were greeted and assisted at the counter by Nate who quickly looked up the correct parts. Nate even went over and beyond the call of duty by personally helping carry the parts to our car. We were able to purchase the parts at a great discounted price and Nate was a pleasure to work with. He made our purchase experience quick and easy.Will definitely consider NAPA for future auto parts needs.

Had what we were looking for when autozone did not have it. No shade to autozone.

Always come to this Napa and the manager walks around giving very angry looks . Bad place to come . Please stay away if you are looking for the right parts .

The only person working was too busy working on another customers car to even acknowledge I was there. I tried to find the bulbs I needed on my own, but their packages arent marked with volts & wattages - you have to know the product number of what you need. Advanced Auto Parts is right down the street; I should have gone there first to because they helped me right away.

Ive been going to this particular Napa auto parts store for many years and they always have what Im looking for. The staff at the store are always very friendly and willing to help find and recommend the right product for the job at hand.

Most call a place like this when they are on a pinch....if your part is not in stock you best come pay first OR they wont order the part, the NAPA delivery truck was about to leave the main warehouse when I called....I needed a crank shaft sensor...they got the part to the store before I could get there my self....impressive customer service always have hard to fin bolts and 0 rings visit them soon...

Ryan Bowman was a fantastic help, very knowledgeable and went way out of his way to help. Above and beyond satisfactory customer service if I could give 10 I would, this young man deserves a raise!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The last two times I’ve been in I’ve waited and waited and waited while the one salespeople at the counter takes phone call after phone call. Going into this Napa is my favorite shopping experience. They always make me feel better that i have to do something to my car... again. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and willing to take time to help you AND make sure its the actual correct help. I have actually driven past other napas just to go here.

Napa always seems to carry a lot of parts you cant find at your local Auto zone, OReilly, and Advance Auto. They also typically carry parts that are closer to EOM quality. Definitely recommend
