Dont be foolish, like me or others who left a warning review, and pay more for a piece of jewelry that can be found on Amazon for a fraction of the cost that youd spend here. Sadly, theres no refunds for a reason (they know youll find the same jewelry for less somewhere else and want to return what youve bought from them). Buyer beware!!!

Oct 1st EDIT: Today one set of earrings already broke and there discolored like pinkish. Cheaply madeWouldn’t buy from them again.. sucked!!First let’s say my husband bought me a necklace for my birthday and a charm. It looked like a child’s charm it was so tiny. So did the necklace!! Tiny... the charm was smaller than size of my pinky nail… smh…. I was so annoyed/angry to find out how much he spent for such a lil pieces. Theres NO REFUNDS also…. it’s funny they don’t say nothing to u about that.. till after u pay and then they tell u to sign a paper stating that.. get the heck out of here.. con artist!!! Your better off going to helzberg diamonds in the same mall. My wedding ring came from there (helzberg) and it’s beautiful.. also got beautiful blue topaz ring with diamonds for Mother’s Day this year from them.. this place is a real joke compared to them really.. lesson learned looks like I’m not only one with bad experience by looks of the reviews. Get signs on ur showcase or floor stating NO REFUNDS.. my birthday was suppose be a special day this store ruined it.. couldn’t find anything I wanted. Wish got my money back from this con artist jeweler. There definitely over priced, your def are better off at Walmart lol than here if ur desperate for some jewelry before your wife or gf hate u for buying here specially if she doesn’t like it and wants to find something else.. BOTTOM LINE… prices are way off, service is trash!! My birthday this week was ruined by you guys.

Frank, wife and son are very friendly and I thought we were friends. I even shared my medical history with cancer and why I came to Florida. I finally purchased some jewelry, I showed it to a friend who really knows jewelry. He told me to go get it checked and I did. It was worth only half of what I paid. I was extremely unhappy and told the owner but he just laughed. I will let everyone in that mall know!! Im so glad I didnt hurt anyone. Please keep me in your prayers. Thank you.

Bought 2 necklaces from here they both broke from we’re it closes the first one they fixed it twice with no fee charged. The second one they wanted to charge me and it had only been a few weeks after I bought it they said lifetime warranty but doesn’t include breaking the new what does it include.

I wanted to return a ring that I bought from them no more than 2 weeks ago. I was told, after the fact, that because it was a special order, it could not be returned. I was not aware of this policy before I bought the ring. That is a lot of money to spend on something and then have no recourse.This policy should have been up front; not after the fact. Be aware of their return policy before you buy!!!!3/23/2018 Update to my previous review: I took my ring in for maintenance and was treated with courtesy and care. My ring was sized,cleaned and checked and it is beautiful. They really stand behind their merchandise. I would highly recommend them for your jeweler when your ready to commit to a quality piece of jewelry.

Have made lots of purchases from this location every necklace we have purchase has broke within 6 months we have had to pay for repairs, we had a charm cross we bought from there tested and it came back less than 10kt gold...one of my other charms is turning black..very disappointing we work hard for our money and to know it’s not what we are paying for upsets me...customer service is great but I will never buy or recommend this place again.

I have bought couple of rings from them and have always been treated great. I know that my good diamond jewelry (for repairs or cleaning) will never be swapped to a cheaper one. They have resized some rings for me and have no complaints. The owners always treat you fair and I have recommended them to friends.

This is how bad my experience was there. I dont ever do a review, but thought I needed to warn you guys. I took my watch to get a simple battery. I was told they would call me when it was ready. 3 days later I was told there was something wrong with it. Oh the funny part, I had to go in to find out. I asked why they havnt called or email me. They had a note that they reach out once to me. They apologize and said they could take a look at see if it was fixable for free. It would only take a couple of days 3 at most( I should have grabbed my watch here and left I know, but hey everyone deserves a second chance) he said it be better than shipping it to Seiko. So I said why not. BIG MISTAKE, After a week and no estamite I said I would take it back. it took 2 weeks to get it back. Then they where rude about it. Sorry how you want my business when I didnt even get my watch fix. I know losing one customer to them is no big deal. But if you need your watch for a special occasion like I did. Dont go there.

This is my first time buying jewelry. At their store, I bought a ring jacket on black Friday, spent a lot of money, and the jacket broke on me within 2 weeks afterwards, very thin material. And it didnt even look real, it looked like it was Sterling silver, and I was charged for white gold. Its a family owned business, and they are very nice. But if I were you, and I was going to buy real diamonds and decent quality jewelry. I would go across the way to littman jewelers.they are very nice, there are affordable, they have a deal because the store is closing down, but however, litman is all over Florida and out of the state, so if you have a problem, you can always take it back and they will repair your diamonds or jewelry at little to no cost because of the Warrentyand they have a good rep . I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to keep going back for repairs. also, theres no warranty on the jewelry so it will always be better to take it to an actual jeweler and pay the money and buy actual jewelry that is decent quality because youll save more money in the end, because at this place your practically spend more money in constant repairs than youll spend on the jewelry.☺ kays Jareds, Dunkin diamonds 💎, even wallmart go to real places not the little off to the side jewellers, because not all of them are good, and its very rare to find good ones that will work with you I just dont want anybody to be fooled like I was.

Two times i have repaired jewlery here and both times within a week i had to take them back to have them refixed the second time the guy actually tried to say it wasnt the same prong i had to eat the 40 dollars because they refused to make it right will not ever go there for anything again
