I ordered sheets summing 2000 approximately to be sent to me based on the colors on the computer. When I received them they were the wrong color for my room. I called to send back and exchange and was told it would be a 20% restocking fee which would amount to $400 for then to unpack a box and put them back on the shelf. I said I would pay shipping both ways etc. They told me they would have to speak to a manager and I did not get a call back. I just looked up the actual store and it is just a simple linen store in Branford, CT my guess is these folks are not so insanely busy that they couldnt just restock and send the color that would look best in my room. I would never use them again and I recommend the same for people who need to order sheets and might not get exactly what showed on the website. It is disgusting that they would charge that kind of fee,.
