The sales experience was smooth, BUT the service dept not so much. Basically, dont buy a car here with more than 100K miles (i bought one with 101K). It was when we arrived home (120 miles later) that the check engine light came on. Service dept reps were rude and basically laughed and told me what did I expect for something with 100K. Well, I expected to be able after spending 27K on a Suburban to not deal with a check engine light or no AC. To not drag out this review, after 4 times of returning the vehicle (even after the 3rd repair I had to return it for exhaust fumes leaking into the cab), I have driven it for another 500 miles and it is now running smooth. Lesson learned- Dont buy a car in CT because they do not offer returns and buy from large dealership that actually check their cars.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. The salesman are very unprofessional and have horrible communication. The wont call you back or keep you informed on the cars status after purchasing. It took months to officially be done with this place. I have financed and purchased many cars in my life and I have NEVER had as much difficulty as we had with this place. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

So recently my car had died during a heatwave and Ive been to 3 dealers and one of which was trying to refuse returning a down payment after I found out about a recall. Let me start off with saying that I was looking for a specific vehicle that not many dealerships had in my area (upstate NY). I found the car online and went for a test drive despite their dealership being an hour and a half away. They made the process very easy and were all very nice.
