This is a great store. Perfect place to find little gifts for people like your sons girlfriend or a co-worker or even your mother-in-law. Its not cheap, nor is it really expensive either. They also have very cute clothes. And the workers are always super nice.

If it wasnt for my 10 year old daughter I would have never gone into this place but they have lots of great gifts for men and women. Mostly women but still great place. Always clean and organized. The employees are there to help but also not in your face all the time being too helpful. Oh and the cards they have are amazing.

This is a one stop shop for home wares, Life style products and stationaries. This place is clean and cozy and the lighting is perfect. When you walk in you wouldn’t want at to go out-trust me. It’s so cool and clean in a classy way. The workers are ever ready to help and guide guy. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance mom.

Had the BEST customer service expirence at this Branford location. Eric was very friendly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted and felt very welcome! One of my favorite stores! The Paper Store sells an amazing variety of items. Literally there is something for everyone! They have recently expanded making the store much larger, which means more room to showcase all the great items they sell! Best place when shopping for gifts! Large selection of greeting cards, wrapping paper, ribbon, jewelry, clothing, kids toys, baby items, seasonal decor, home decor, accessories just to name a few! Added bonus, they sell top, high end brand name items!

Product was originally priced buy one get second half off as written on the original Factory tag. Day after Christmas sale 50% off Xmas products unless specified otherwise. It was only xmas paper, so original price was $9.99 and the second $5.  They only sold each at the price of $5. Shame on them for not following Factory sealed pricing. I like their merchandise but I will not adhere to dishonesty.

One stop shopping cards, unique gifts, clothes, childrens toys, infant items, you need something different this is definitely the place to go.

I am not one to complain, and I want to start off by saying that I enjoy being a customer of The Paper Store. I have purchased countless cards, and most recently a wedding planner for my future nuptials. I think that the merchandise at this store is classic and timeless, but my opinion has drastically changed due to todays incident.The female employee in the jewelry department was sarcastic, crass, and beyond impatient. I wont bore you with the logistics, but when my almost 90 year old grandmother tried to ask how much a necklace was, your employee was impatient and heartless as she turned to me and said, what is it that she wants? in a demeaning and callous tone. And when I explained which necklace my grandmother was referring to she said to me, well these are obviously for sale and not on sale. My grandmother paid her no mind, but I did. I could careless if your employee disrespects me, but to chastise the elderly is vicious and vile.The other employees at this store were very sweet and attentive, but the one behind the jewelry counter should be ashamed of herself for her complete lack of tact, class, and customer service.

I went to your store before the holidays, and I had this particular cashier that was so outclass very unkind. I bought something and asked about cupones for Black Friday. She was so impatient that cut me off talking to the customer behind me.I thought is because of my intenticity, maybe because I’m from the big city and gay I wasn’t welcome! At that time I feel so unappreciated.Now I have to go back to the store to buy something special for my mom that she al ready pick up from one of your magazines and literally has cupones. I really hope this time I feel welcome. Other wise a sing like “ Spanish people aren’t welcome “ will be a nice thing. For us not to feel so unappreciated and unwelcome.
