Making an appointment for any vaccine is pointless…. If a walk in happens to be in line in front of you and ask if they can get one without an appointment then they get to go in front of you…. Half hour and still waiting… at least they’re nice.

The pharmacy is GREAT! Walgreens nonprescription pharmaceuticals are as good as the BRAND advertised products. Walgreens label Nice for sodas, foods, etc rival the BRANDS. Staff is very knowledgeable but not stuffy. PRICES are good as the Grocery (Big-Y, Stop&Shop, Priceshop etc.

To confusing for providers to call in to the correct location. I remind every doctor and they still can’t figure it out because I think the locations populate automatically in their systems. That said Walgreens needs to implement a better customer service strategy and clarify with providers when they call scrips. If Pacileos pizza reminds people on the phone when they call their locations, why is this n issue at a pharmacy.

Although the Pharmacy Techs are always polite and accommodating, I never cease to have some sort of problem of some sort when picking up a prescription from the pharmacy. The issues seem to lie mostly with the Pharmacists and/or Walgreens Corporate policies. After several consistent unpleasant experiences, I felt compelled to post a review. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy, as I have.
