Cant beat their uninsured prices.

Any time I have a problem with my script after I call in a refill, they never call me to notify me of this so that it can be fixed by the Dr. So I arrive to pick up medications they wont give me that I needed because of an issue with insurance or it was too soon to fill SO YOU CALL THE CLIENT TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! Why is that so hard to call the person with meds? There was a fellow that worked the pharmacy before that was informative and nice and bothered to call me when I have issues. Now who ever is running the pharmacy, isnt doing a good job on follow up and its disappointing when people need medications and they dont seem to care obviously.
