Best kept secret around! Food is always fresh and the owners and staff are top notch!

Good produce, meaning fresh interesting vegetables and fruits,do have hot bar in the back of the store a great idea very sanitary and the food is very diverse which is a great change! Very nice owners as well, I was kind of impressed LOL :-) they were very nice, and have a deli in the back as well.

This small store ( not too small ) is expensive but they have a pretty darn good buffet of Asian food and other things like soup, which is also kind of pricey. . They make fresh sandwiches to order and there good but again pricey . I would go here more often if not so expensive. Buffet closes at 4:00 pm look Took one star for high prices

This is a MUST STOP HERE! WOW you wouldnt believe from the outside the amount of delicious, homemade, gluten free food the 4SM has inside. Add the hot/cold deli open for breakfast, the fresh produce and the LOWEST prices imaginable, and you have a winner.

Wonderful family owned market with incredible sandwiches, bakery, vitamins and much more. Try the roast beef sandwich and berry scones, it’s to die for!!!

Buffet is awesome! So many choices! All choices are so much better than a fast food option! I feel healthy eating here. My husband loves the turkey meatloaf and I met a women who comes every Tuesday for the Italian Wedding Soup!

Great spot for a healthy lunch. In my opinion the Hot buffet is the best! They also have a lot of health products from supplements, lotions, soap. Good organic stuff.

Only been once (while visiting in the area). We ate meals from hot bar. They were good. Can eat inside or outside. We didnt shop.

Hot foods are always good. Husband ordered a sandwich. & they asked if there was anything he didn’t want. He simply said no mushrooms please. We sat down to eat and the seating area is filthy. Cob webs and bugs on the windowsill. Bathrooms had no paper towels. Kind of gross if you ask me... please, clean.

They have a hot and cold food bar that is somewhat pricey but everything is good and they have gluten free and non gmo foods . They also have a sandwich section made fresh to order and the food is decent . A bit higher than most but it’s NOT fast food and there are several choices for everyone. They carry all kinds of vitamins but they are very expensive and I would not suggest buying vitamins there . Much more on Amazon with TONS of choices .

So much different foods for every kind of diet. Low carb, low salt, low sugar, high protein, low cholesterol, Italian, Chinese, hot food, cold food, deli, eat it there, or take out. Natural Foods, homeopathic remedies, and stuff you didnt even know you were looking for. This place pretty much has it all! Totally worth it to stop in at least once to satisfy your curiosity. You wont be disappointed!

So I went there on Sat Sept 1st only to find out that they are closed for the Labor Day weekend...WHAT?!?!? You are a retail store located on the shoreline and you decide to close for the last beautiful weekend of summer unlike NO other business ANYWHERE??? Do you know how many customers drove in at the same time I did and left in complete dismay? This isn’t the 70’s and even then retail stores never closed for the ENTIRE weekend on one of the busiest weekends in the industry just the immediate holiday. A VERY poor business decision to which you ticked off HUNDREDS of customers both existing and potential while sending them elsewhere. Not to mention lost business and profits...what were you thinking?🤔👎🏼

Great place to stop and grab lunch. You have your choice of foods at the hot bar and the salad bar as well as the option to order a sandwich. You can also pick up groceries, vitamins, and specialty items like essential oils and locally made soaps. They also have some baked good including their really good ginger cookies.

Food is delicious and staff amazing. Ive been comping here for 5 years now and the quality has always been top notch. It has a hit bar, salad bar, breakfast and lunch counter. Grocery area is very health minded. There is also a delicatessen serving Boars Head meats. Also the music is great ;). Definitely a great find amongst the over saturation of sandwich places in Branford.

Prices are better than any comparable place on the Shoreline for prepared food, produce, packaged goods, vitamins, herbal remedies, soaps and creams!Most people come by for lunch - which consists of a hot bar and cold bar, as well as made-to-order items. Many gluten-free options, veg options and paleo options, as well as good solid meat-lovers options.But it is also a grocery store, vitamin and supplement store, as well as health and beauty, pet-food and cleaning products - as many tea/herbal tea choices as a person could want.In the summer, enjoy your food on the patio in the gardens behind the store - off the road, full of flowers, tropical trees, flowing grasses, nice breezes.

I love this place I order from them all the time and they know my order and hand it right to me without me having to wait and say I’m picking up this order. Also if I call and place an order they remember exactly how I like my food ordered. This place is awesome!!!!!

Got the Jamaican jerk chicken wrap and it was delicious. Seems like a very good selection of specialty groceries alongside the popular deli area. Baked goods looked excellent also.

Friendly place for a quick pickup. I get my morning coffee about four times a week on break, always good service. Sometimes a small wait durning busy hours.

Its nice to have places that carry organic and gluten free items. As well as carry herbs, essential oils, and vitamins that most places do not in my area. However the prices here are high. That will prevent me from visiting this store more then is like to. They serve hot food here also. I went to try it because my friend had gotten lunch there that day and it looked and smelled amazing. Just when I was looking at the food I didnt see the chicken or rice he had at the hot buffet table. I was told you have to go to the counter to order that.
