Branford Building Supply has been just wonderful in helping me with my decking supplies. They are professional, courteous, and have provided me with a positive and fantastic customer experience.I highly recommend them and their prices are not only very competitive to the big box stores, you get very knowledgeable, personal service as a bonus!In my experience, I can never find anyone to help me at the big box stores and when I do track someone down, they are not knowledgeable and can rarely help me.Support our local small businesses! They are there for us and we should be there for them.

What a nightmare!!! Took days and days and numerous phone calls and emails to receive my quote, wrong products delivered, damaged products delivered and nobody seems to care. Connie needs a lesson in customer service. I will do my very best to avoid branford building supply in the future.

How inconsiderable for your truck to come to drive thru of a fast food restaurant. Instead of parking on the road, side walks were damaged, plants were damaged. This happened on Jan 14 2019 at 1 PM.And I have to wait in line for my food for 10 minutes.

I called to ask about a product that I wasnt very familiar with, and when I arrived, it had already been taken off the shelf and brought to the register for me. I was very appreciative, especially because no way would I have known what I was looking for on my own. Great service!

Called to inquire about a storm door and the woman couldn’t be bothered.. Not only was she rude, but outright sighing if I asked a question! Taking my business elsewhere.. I guess a storm door doesn’t have enough commission, but the windows I will soon need would have!

This has got to be the worst business I have ever dealt with! Prepaid $3,300+ for a Simpson Exterior prehung Mahogany Door back in August 2018. Its February of 2019 and I just received word the day before my rescheduled delivery that it has been delayed again to the end of March. But get this... they cant guarantee it will be in by then. The first door they ordered incorrectly. Then they tried to fix their mistake by gluing strips of wood to the upper single pane of glass to give the appearance that it was corrected to the originally ordered three pane glass panel door. They didnt even notice the 2 split in the mahogany on the back of the door. Or, maybe they did... Now they insult me by offering 10% off my purchase price. I highly recommend you consider other options available to order windows and doors from another vendor.

Marvin does not stand behind their windows, or any of their products. You will be lucky if you get 15 years our of them I have to replace all of the windows in my house now. Im going with Anderson. Just look at their Facebook reviews .. not one good one
