Angie, the Manager, has been nothing short of spectacular in my dealings with her. She is friendly, funny, and very helpful. She has worked overtime to clear up a financial situation that she had nothing to do with and yet was incredibly understanding and helpful to make sure the right thing was done. She made my experience with CubeSmart a delight. Shes a star.

Ashley provided exceptional service, getting me set-up in no time at all with warmth and humor to boot! I was able to quickly and easily rent the space I needed w/out coming into contact with anyone (good during a pandemic). I drove to the location and was impressed with its cleanliness and security.

Angie was... um... nothing short of being a saint! She actually gave us a ride back to our hotel (long and funny story). We didnt ask for the ride but she saw us out front and just offered. Shes a great soul, cares deeply about her customers, shes pleasant and smart. We couldnt be happier. Cube Smart followed strict COVID protocal, its clean, and we even received a hand-written thank you letter when we opened our unit. If you can get in, I would. ;)

Been a customer of this place for 4 years since Ive gotten out of the Air force, and theres no other storage I would ever think about trusting my property with than these guys. The CubeSmart facilities in Brattleboro, Vermont have always been so customer-service oriented. Ive been with CubeSmart (before it was named CubeSmart) for about a decade now. Do to COVID they wouldn’t work with us and gave them all I had just to clean it out they cut my locks and refused to refund me my locks that where really good locks won’t use them again

Angie and Ashley were excellent! I had called multiple times and made reservations and then had to call and switch times they were very helpful and super nice. I was going to get another storage unit for my mother and then decided not to but then we moved her to a different location in Brattleboro and decided to revisit cube smart to see if they had a larger unit available. Both were very helpful and accommodating now I can get all of my mothers things and put them in one area where she can get to them easier. So I just wanna thank you for being so kind and helpful It’s very rare these days to have such great guest service.

Ashley & Angie were so extremely helpful when I went in to the office to switch to a bigger storage unit. They explained the pricing, the transfer fee and made sure I got the promo rate. This is my second time using Cube Smart and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

These guys are great. Super helpful service. My unit was on autopay and I cancelled service a couple days after the new month. Angie worked extra hard to make sure I wasnt charged for the remaining time. They also were always there to make sure I had a ramp to get my car in and out of my unit and were always available to give a golf cart ride to the unit if I needed it. first class. Personal attention! Property is clean, well maintained. The management gave me confidence I chose the best storage facility for my belongings.

My wife and I stopped in to inquire about a 5 by 10 storage unit. We both noticed that the office wasnt due to open until 9:30. So we had an half hour to wait for the office to open, but to our surprise they opened the office early which was great for my wife and I, especially after visiting another storage facility earlier that had nothing available and wanted us to wait until Monday or Tuesday for a unit. My wife and I walked into the office and was immediately greeted by Ashley and then greeted by Angie. We explained that we were looking for a 5 by 10 storage unit and we wanted to get it right then if it was available, especially with us already have a load to drop off sitting in the car. Ashley and Angie both work diligently together to help my wife and I out, not only did they have the unit available they also were cheaper then the facility we visited earlier and on top of that they even offered a discount which made it even less then we expected to pay. The whole experience was a great one, they even sale some great locks to lock up your storage with, to help protect your property. I highly recommend cubesmart storage to use for your storage needs. My wife and I would like to thank Ashely and Angie for a great, quick and hassle free time when getting a storage unit.

We had to store our daughters college items. We were coming up from ct and was just going to miss the 5:00 closing. I called ahead and they waited for us to get there. Not many companies would stay open for you. It was great to be able to get all set up and not have to wait for the next day. Thanks Angie.

I needed to store my car quickly because a planned building project began earlier than expected. The store manager Angie took care of everything including getting special ramps for my low-slung car. She didn’t miss a beat and took care of everything without missing a beat. I wish all of my business dealings could be this easy. 5 stars isn’t enough to express my satisfaction.

Affordable, clean and easy access to units with security! The staff are very professional and courteous. I had my very active and curious 4 yr old with me and not once did I feel uncomfortable with his presence because the gentleman helping me was so sweet with my sons active style of being.

The service at this location was friendly and efficient, the office area was clean and presentable, the units were reasonably priced (and I was offered a great promotion), the storage area was on good condition, and as an added bonus, I got a ride on a golf cart. Couldnt really have asked for anything more. Len was very knowledgable and eager to get me situated in a unit that fit my needs. The only thing I docked a star for is the road layout; whoever decided not to build an outlet that makes sense on the upper level probably needs a head check. Other than that, fantastic location and awesome experience.

Had a storage unit for about a year or so. Didnt have any leaks or issues with it. Property maintenance is a bit lacking though, I have never seen the gate closed/working and there was a fallen over fence for ages.

My experience with Brattleboro CubeSmart has been wonderful. I was a bit skeptical with having to go through the call center, when first contacting for storage, but Len and Angie have been so helpful, friendly and accommodating since the beginning. They are available to answer questions and process payments. They are very efficient and super kind folks! Thank you!!

We just moved to town, and needed storage asap when we realized all our stuff wouldnt fit in the new apartment. Len came to our rescue and helped us get a unit as soon as we showed up on his doorstep. He was courteous, friendly, and professional, and the units themselves are perfect for what we needed (secure, affordable, clean, etc.). Couldnt have asked for anything more, very happy and would definitely recommend!

I needed a box to send a bunch of linens via UPS to my new place out of state. UPS Customer Center doesnt sell shipping supplies so they sent me just down the road to CubeSmart for a box. Both Angie and Katie couldnt have been more nice or helpful! They basically packed everything for me in a single box like a puzzle. Then they insisted on carrying it to my car. Which made me think, Thats how customer service is done!. They were so helpful and friendly even though I only needed a box. Great employees and representatives of their company.

Customer service is great but my rent goes up twice a year started at 101.00 for a 10 by 10 now its 152.oo there thieves and take advantage of people that do.pay there bills been here since it was kc storage ##ck cubsmart

Pretty much everything safe. However, been told expenses are going up every 6 mos. I had to give up my storage unit because of it. I lost my unit to auction.I struggle paying for the storage unit and I have no other place to put it.

The unit I rented for several years was dry, but not mouse-proof. The people in the Brattleboro office were always a delight to work with. I thought the unit was a bit expensive and the rent went up several times over the years for something that cost them very little to maintain.

Angie and Katie were great! Super friendly and incredibly welcoming! They made the leasing process smoothe as could be and answered any questions I had with ease!

Staff is very friendly, great customer service. All touch free and in compliance with cdc advisories. Its the only storage unit in Brattleboro, so I cant complain, but if I had a wish list, adding the option for electricity and a light for $300/month car storage units would definitely be on it. Other than that, very straightforward, extremely handy to have.
