They gave me the wrong brake caliper. I spent the whole day trying to install it. When I went to return it, they gave me attitude saying I should have known its the wrong part and its my fault.

I will definitely be back. Best customer service ever! It was a Sunday and not only were they open, but the two guys working went out of their way to help me out of a jam. Thank You Johnny & Victor! You both were a huge blessing to me! Here’s to a great 2020!

I went in to get an air filter and another customer walked in employee just walked away from me and goes to the next customer was waiting 15 minutes and he did not say a word so we walked out will not go back there anymore

Worst customer service auto parts ever. Brought in a in line fuel pump to cross reference. 2 employees like deer in headlights. After 10 minutes of 1 starring at computer the other at parts book, I left 2 minutes at Kragen Im part in hand. My have went better had I spoke Spanish like every one else. So disappointed in Napa have always had excellent service in other locations.

Went in for a simple part. We were the only customers in the store with three young employees. They did not offer to help or acknowledge our presence until we interupted their conversation.
