Some of the workers are very nice.. but you should really post drive-thru pharmacy hours.. Since theyre not the as pharmacy hours, and you guys close it hours before the pharmacy closes and on weekends for lunch.. I am disabled and cant come inside and stand in line.. And driving there to find the sign in the window has become festraighting when dont know the hours and especially with how high gas has become!

Dont get your prescription at Rite Aid they have no knowledge on their items the are sold over the counter and they ask for a prescription where they sale over the counter everywhere else. I told the females supervisor that the item sales over the counter at Walmart so she said unprofessionally go get it at Walmart. As of today I am changing pharmacies to Walmart as they are more knowledgeable.

Always take forever to get my prescriptions. Dropped them off early this morning and its after 1pm still not ready. This is my last prescription in filling here.

Took over 3 hours to get my prescription and when I required why it would take that long the gal working told me doesnt matter very snooty like and walked off. Very unprofessional and rude I will no longer be doing buisness here.

People last like more than 2 hours to 3 hours or more to receive their medication. They are told to pick it up at one time and they do not have it ready until the following day. Its very disappointing when you have to take medication for that day because youve been to the emergency room so obviously there is an emergency

Spotless store and the cashiers and stockers all polite - friendly - professional and courteous. Hand sanitizer conveniently placed every few aisles apart.

Rude, and they never call to said the order is ready! I’m always calling them to check in. Also the one of the girls there hung up. Sad.

Super bad service in the pharmacy they always make me go back and forth and at the end I pick up my prescription the next day

Wed 25th of March, I am in quarantine. I get my prescription faxed to Rite Aid pharm. Am told delivery will be on Fri, today. No meds. CAll the Pharm, am told that delivery guy does not like going all the way to the Slabs. I sorta scream that they could have told me that last Friday - and I am moving my account to White Cross. Gee, I dont have a street address. the guy has only been here and delivered five times or so. Wow. Will now trash quarantine (I am over 70) and get my car jumpstarted and drive in, and get my damn blood pressure pills. Because I dont have a street address. And because he doenst remember that I live on the corner of the ONLY intersection in Slab City? Right.

Worst pharmacy in imperial valley. Seems to be a requirement be rude and have a awful customer service to be an employee on this pharmacy. All of them very rude, very slow and nobody cares about your concern. I moved to valley medical pharmacy in Brawley and im very happy there. Nothing to do with this horrible pharmacy. Nice facilities but Ill never come back for medicine.

Ride aide sucks especially the pharmacy. Would give no stars. My Dr sent them my perscription through fax at 12 pm I went to pick it up at 4pm and they didnt even start to fulfill it. the people there do not care for their jobs and have no customer service.

The customer service is awful. There’s never anyone at the cash registers, and if there is, there’s only one slow person checking out a line of 10+ people.

I love Rite Aid in Brawley I’m always treated fairly and with respect, keep up the good work and thank you.

Pharmacy is the worst, the chubby white/hispanic looking lady is lazy,rude, seems to feel like she is untouchable, not sure who supervises the superviors but its needed majorly. If you go here leave asap! And please dont hesitate to complain if you’ve had a bad experience here.
