Bought $50 Prepaid refill which Did not work, called and was told that I had to go back to the store Or internet, Well internet Would need to confirm it by sending you a email, this Does not work With a 4g security camera!I went to the store and waited 45 minutes ( I was the third customer there) before I was helped! Unsatisfactory serves! That’s - neg. star

Easy and friendly environment, got in setup a plan and got a new phone while it took only 10 minutes. Mark was super helpful and informative, thank you for the help.
