We bought a Wolfe Microwave from this store in July 2021 that broke 35 days after they installed it. They are refusing to replace it an we have been trying to work with the Warranty that we paid for and they state that parts will not arrive until November. It will take them over 4 months to repair this NEW microwave. We were sold an old microwave and instead of giving us a new one they are just telling us they wont help us. The warranty company says they can not help. We lost $1,000 and they do not care. I would not purchase from them. Their warranty company is not helpful and the store does not care once they made the sale and made the commission. Buyers beware.

My name is Brian Johnson, I Purchased a two door large Genaire freezer and refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, range hood and a range all manufactured by Jenair.My order has been a fiasco from day one. Let’s start off with a refrigerator, refrigerator was installed by a company that was not qualified to install high end equipment and did not know what they were doing. The refrigerator was installed and crooked and not level with the cabinets, not screw together or not screwed to the cabinet. In addition was missing the exterior handle, exterior stainless steel cover and kick plate. In addition the refrigerator and the freezer had no water for dispensing water or ice. Now let’s move on to the range hooked, this was also installed incorrectly. We paid to have all the appliances installed by a certified installation crew. The hood was installed with no hook ups to the vent that was provided in the proper location only 12 inches away from point of connection. Installer said that they don’t go into the attic It would not tie in the unit.Now let’s move on to the Range, we waited 8-9 months to receive the range. In the meantime after four months we were provided with a temporary 30 inch stove to get us bye. Finally our range was delivered after a year, only to find out that it was not what we originally requested and purchased. So since then we’ve been utilizing the range that was not what we paid for and was the wrong design. For over an additional 5 to 6 months we have been waiting for our permanent purchased range. Also keep in mind that we paid cash in full for this type of service. In addition I have lost five days of my Salary waiting to receive the wrong merchandise and or poor installation. Was today I’m supposed to get my original range that I purchased. The delivery time was from 9 to 1 PM. It is now 4 o’clock and the delivery is running late. Perfect example of poor Customer service

Pete in the appliance department was excellent. We ordered a refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. Prior to delivery, we changed color schemes and Pete was on it. Our color choice was not available in the Samsung line so we opted for LG. Pete was well informed about the plus and minuses of each. The appliances are now installed and working very well. Our dishwasher broke suddenly and we needed to find a new one. My wife and I worked with Sean Huynh and he was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Couldnt stump him despite asking him a lot of questions!He let us know the soonest the dishwasher could be delivered while letting me know that it could take longer if it wasnt in the warehouse. We were well informed through the whole process. Sean also managed to find a $150 rebate for the dishwasher we wanted!In addition, we forgot to get the salt for the water softener in our dishwasher. Sean called me and let me purchase it over the phone and sent it along with the delivery of the dishwasher! Seamless!The dishwasher was delivered and installed and its working great! 8/30/2018HIGHLY recommend for anyone doing a home remodel or just stopping in to replace an appliance. Everyone from the sales team to their fulfillment team is top notch. But I have to give a special shout out to Derrick Celestine. Derrick is a master of his craft and very helpful. I originally went in to get an idea of options for our bathroom remodel and came out with a minor degree in fixtures. No heavy pressure sales tactics, just honest feedback on their products and what he prefers himself. He was very responsive via phone/email and even hopped on a call with our contractor to confirm we had the correct tub layout/dimensions. Appreciate all your help throughout the process Derrick!

My landlord purchased a dishwasher from this store. When it was delivered we were told they did not get a part with the unit and they could not install it. We were told the part would be sent to us and to call to reschedule to installation. I attempted to call the salesperson twice last week with absolutely no response. When I tried to speak with a manager last Saturday they were apparently all busy so I had to wait over 4 hours for a returned call. It happened to be when I was working so I was unable to answer. I finally got to speak with someone today and the part was ordered; however, still has not been deliver weeks later. I find this hard to believe because of the difficulty I have had reaching the salesperson. I specifically asked for a tracking number in my initial message so no response makes me wonder if there was a misstep they are trying to cover up.As it is I would suggest that you look for another option in appliance purchases. While there is a possibility the issue is related to the vendor of the device, the inability to contact the salesperson an unavailability of store management to resolve customer issues is enough of a reason to find a store with better customer service both before and after the sale.Edit: Two weeks later and the dishwasher is STILL not installed. I attempted to escalate the issue to their regional manager and was told at the store level that they cannot share his info. I was told they would take my info and have him contact me......... 5 days later and nothing. I am assuming they did not forward my info. I have reached out to the President of Services and Executive Escalation team and Best Buy corporate offices in an attempt to get the information. Extremely disappointing.

I recommend working with Axel Lemus. After two bad experiences with Pacific Sales delivery team (Geek Squad) I decided to go to Home Depot. My experience there was good but short lived. I decided to give Pacific Sales another try with a dishwasher and oven after reading good recent reviews. Axel Lemus approached my wife and I and taught us about Bosch dishwashers and ovens. Were very impressed with his knowledge and his confidence that he could make our experience a good one after we explained why we were hesitant to do install through Pacific Sales. He apologized for us having a bad experience and set us up through a 3rd party install. These guys were amazing! They took care of the install in a professional manner and even cleaned the appliances after they finished. I have purchased many items from this store and always have had a great customer experience. Recently we needed a new dishwasher and Sam Sharif helped me pick out a great, quiet Bosch dishwasher. Sam showed me several and pointed out several that were not super expensive but gave the same quality wash, energy efficiency and options. No pressure tactics, just helpful information and different options. Sam even showed me that the dishwasher I was buying had a rebate from Bosch, printed the forms and gave me extra copies to turn in with the rebate! He arranged delivery and installation in two days and everything went smooth. Can’t say that about past experiences with Best Buy, who twice said they couldn’t install the appliance I bought only when they came to deliver and install. Great customer service, good sale prices, wide selection and friendly staff, you can’t go wrong here.

We went to buy appliances worth $25,000. Axel told us he will send us a quote. After a week and no quote, we called and left a message. No quote.Finally, after 2 weeks we received only but by them we visited Pirch and thats a whole different story.Brandon at Pirch was amazing. We got a printed quote while we were there. Lots of top of the line products and amazing customer service and they even have a barista to make any of your coffee preference.

This recognition is for the amazing customer service from Axel Lemus. I ordered a built in refrigerator after he patiently explained the differences in all the brands. I settled for a monogram built in that my contractor was supposed to install. I would give zero stars to their delivery company The Geek Squad. They did such a poor job, upon delivery they said they could not bring the unit into the house because they did not have the proper dolly, they turned around and left. What a joke these guys are, I purchased a 10K+ fridge and the delivery company does not have the proper equipment to deliver in the garage? I called the 1800 number and I got the run around from the bestbuy customer service, something about them not knowing where the product is and not sure when it could be delivered. What a joke! I then reached out to Axel and he jumped on this issue immediately. He apologized for the incompetence of their delivery company even though it was not his fault. He recommended and set me up through a company called Precision. These guys were amazing, they came next day with the unit, and the proper infamous “dolly” and I decided to have them install since it would have cost me more to have my contractor come back out for the install. These guys cleaned up after themselves and even polished the refrigerator. 5 star service from Precision and 5 star service from Axel who is very competent in dealing with delivery issues. If you buy from Pacific Sales ask to have another delivery company other than Geek Squad deliver you appliances, those guys are a complete joke. If you go to the Brea store ask for my man Axel. Did a whole house remodel and replaced every plumbing fixture in a 5 bedroom house. Derreck Celestine was excellent. Derreck provided invaluable guidance on the appropriate selections for plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, faucets, showerheads, and more. Derrick even knows Knobs. He guided us to great choices for our kitchen cabinet and bathroom vanity knobs. He is knowledgeable, professional, organized, and great person to work with.

What an awesome experience!!!!! AXEL helped my wife and I pick out a 6 piece kitchen. We had a million questions and AXEL was able to answer all of them. He explained the step up in prices from the entry level to the high end appliances. We originally came in looking for GE appliances and ended up purchasing Viking $20K+. We went to Howards and CTS, the level of service AXEL provided was far more superior and was the reason why we purchased from him. AXEL explained the purpose of brass burners, dual evaporators, CFMs etc. AXEL followed up with us multiple times and even reached out to our contractor. He was able to guide our contractor to place the gas line in the correct location to be able to push the range all the way back (this really impressed my contractor and I). AXEL set up our installation with a certified installation company that did a fantastic job. I have since referred my co-workers to AXEL. He was able to price match and discount to get them a good deal. AXEL got them the best price compared to Lowes, Home depot etc. AXEL is a true professional and very knowledgeable and not pushy. To sum it up…AXEL is the Man.

Great Service. from AXEL. I had a complicated situation. I needed a separate appliance company to remove a built in SUB ZERO fridge and I wanted to replace it with something else. I was told by the removal company to call Axel Lemus at the Pacific Sales in Brea and he would help me over the phone with the size and measurements that I would need for my kitchen. Bought multiple, high end appliances for a kitchen remodel. Delivered wrong dishwasher, forgot to order microwave, scratched new woodwork delivering fridge and didnt properly level fridge. Failed to order extended warranty for fridge, that has had problems from day one, and service manager didnt return calls. Will never do business there again.
