Angel and the team did a FANTASTIC job repairing my car. Quarter panels are one of the biggest headaches to fix on a car, and they did a flawless job. Coming from a fellow gear head, I would highly recommend this shop. Great work. Great people.

Walter did an amazing job in restoring my vehicle back to normal. The broken bumper, missing bumper panels and wheel covers were all replaced like new and unexpectedly washed so that I picked up the vehicle fresh and clean. He also provided a great deal and I reccomend him.

Fantastic body repair. Car was dirty and the rims were a mess when I gave it to them. They completely detailed the car and made the rims look new. Was not expecting that at all. Couldnt be happier

This was the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. I was greeted with courtesy and a friendly smile at the front reception. I was immediately introduced to Angel who was assigned to take care of my car. No waiting. Angel was professional, knowledgeable and cordial. Not only was my car washed when I came to pick it up (at exactly the time they told me it would be ready) but they also had cleaned off all the sunblock residue from inside my car. We have a large family and will be taking all of our vehicles to Fix Auto in Brea!

The front office was very helpful, they kept me updated throughout the whole process. My truck was ready the day they promised. I realized I forgot my wallet once I walked in their office and I explained my situation, the manager gave me a ride home to pick it up my wallet. Fix auto communicated with me and my insurance company to ensure everything was in order. The best thing though, is that my car looks great - better than before my accident. It was completely repaired and detailed inside and out. Even the difficult to remove stains on my door panels were gone. Car accidents are a bummer, but it’s good to know that your car can be good as new again with Fix Auto Brea.

Took my car here about a month ago, and was never updated on the repairs. I was told 5 different times that it would be ready. They had told me that they were “understaffed and over-worked” and that’s why it was taking so long. Other than that the repairs are good.

Communication was great, the car was ready in time, they took extra initiative, and there were no surprises. I would use them again.

I would recommend this place to anyone hands down. I had a minor damage issue b/c someone rear ended my car. But, the persons insurance company was a piece of work. They tried to get away with paying for only part of the damage, even though it was obvious that all the damage was caused in the accident. Sharper Image Collision in Brea went way above and beyond to resolve the situation with the insurance company and delivered excellent service to me and excellent repair on my vehicle. Do not hesitate! David and the rest of the staff are all excellent. You cant get any better service elsewhere!
