Lots of shops will provide service but this shop not only provides great service but they will not sell you what you do not need.I thought it was time for new brakes and they did a thorough check and determined that it was not needed at this point. They could have just as easily sold me this service and I would have been none the wiser.When it is time for brakes or tires, there is clearly no better place to go.

Community Tire has the best employees! They are so knowledgeable and helpful with all issues. I have had two nails in my tire over the past year and they have fixed them for FREE! I also just found out that with every oil change, they rotate the tires and charge less than other local businesses. I am happy to support this Brea business.

This is the awesome place. I had a tire with a nail yesterday so I came here for fixing it. They fixed for me free. The reason was that i think he said make the worse day to less worse day (?). Sorry, I did not catch well for the phrase since my mentaility was not well in the morning. They are really great people and two thumbs up. Showed up when they opened and they went right to work on my front wheel alignment and then rotated my tires for me. Great customer care not only with me but the 4 other customers that were also there. Jay and his crew did a great job and had a great price.

I just moved into the area and needed to find a auto shop. Found Community on Google with high ratings. Spoke with Mike and he was so helpful. Took my car in for oil change. I’m a senior and I had questions. Mike was patient with me and answered all my questions. Not only that but I learned that I was changing my oil too often and wasting money. They are honest and friendly. They charge very reasonable amount. I used to take my cars to a dealer, but Ive found out, for the same job, they charged much less. I strongly recommend this place.

While not directly helpful in what I was looking for, more than exceeded what I expected. Had a very part of the neighborhood vibe and seemed very trustworthy and knowledgeable. This place truly knows what customer service means. I had 2 nails on 2 different occasions and both times they patched it at no cost. On the third try I decided to return to them instead of going to BMW because of the service and bought my tire from them. Jay was fantastic and cant say enough about how kind he was.

I called community tire as they are a supplier of Pirelli tires. I needed just one tire which they ordered from their warehouse. It arrived quickly and they promptly called me that it was in. I needed a couple tires for my steamcleaner trailer, most places dont carry them. They had them at a reasonable price and mounted them on my rims in a short time. A+ experience.

I had a nail in my front left tire. I went to the first tire shop that could get me in. I was dreading I had to buy a new tire but to my surprise they repaired it free of charge. Five Stars is not for free service but it helps but more for the excellent customer service and short wait time. I’m going to start going there for all my tire needs.

I was very impressed with how honest these People are!! Mike was very upfront and told me the situation and best possible repairs. After hearing the options, I went with just repairing. I was told that they will try to fix it otherwise I’ll have to replace it.He came back half hour later and he said it held up and I should be good to go, to just make sure to check on it once in a while. Very surprised with the honesty and did not take advantage of just selling me new part(s).When he told it’s done, I asked how much it was, and he said it’s free. Free?! With the work and effort they put on getting it fixed, and very impressed with the outcome, he said no charge. I offered to pay with my card (no cash on hand) and Mike said to just give something to the kid who repaired it. It was getting close to 5pm and they were closing soon. I really felt bad leaving the shop without giving something back. I’m an out of towner, but did promise that I will be back to repay labor.It was such a wonderful experience that with the craziness going on, there are still a few (and far between) good shops/owners out there.Keep up the good work. Awesome customer service! My car was stuck in park and the shifter would not move. I called and spoke to Jay and he walked me through the steps to fix it! Then he had me swing by and he double-checked it for me! Love these guys!

I got a flat tire on 57, and was dropped over by towing company. After a quick check up, I was told the tire is”totally repairable”. I was quite surprised because it went flat so fast and I was actually ready to be told that I have to purchase a new tire. I really appreciate their expertise, service and honesty.

Community Tire is a great local auto shop. I’ve been bringing my vehicles (an old Jeep and a new Prius) here for years for everything from new tires and oil changes to major repairs. The staff is friendly and professional. They guarantee their work and have fair pricing. They can get busy, so you might have to wait awhile before they get to your job.

Took in a Mercedes c280 for valve cover gaskets and was showed there was much more needed work, which they were right. Needed motor and trans mounts, tire rod, alignment, valve cover gaskets, and some little vacuum hose for the brakes. Great service, friendly, and are very helpful. Would recommend to any friends or family.

I drove in yesterday with my company car which had a blown tire. I had an urgent appointment I needed to be at in these guys not only took care of that tire but found 2 other nails in other tires that I never saw.. They also recommended a few additional services that and got em done in record time Ultimately, I made the appointment I needed to be at with time to spare. These guys arent your typical tire/automotive care facility, they are family, they care, and Ill be going back for more for all my automotive needs!

Our daughter will be driving her truck to Alabama so we wanted to make sure that it was up for the drive. We took the truck to Community Tire and asked them to take a look. What I love about this place is that they stay in contact with you the whole time. They find something, they call you with details and pricing. They don’t judge you if you chose not to say yes to a recommendation they just move onto the next item. We dropped it off Wednesday and picked it up Thursday. Truck drives better than it did before.
