Purchased turbo 7K miles ago, 11 months and the turbo is told to have a 12 month warranty. So after looking at reviews on amazon before purchase it seemed I had made a wise budget friendly choice in CF Power turbocharger for my bone stock, 2004.5 Ram 2500 cummins. Installed with new drain tube (knowing this is wise as I am in the automotive field myself) & new stock air filter (I run stock filter with stock box). Again, this is a stock, daily driver. Now with turbo failure at the 11 month mark I get ahold of them by phone. They ask for pictures which I provide twice. They highlight a shinny area (from the flash of my phone on the crisp edge of the impeller) and tell me it is shinny from foreign objects contacting the impeller). So, here we are, out the money spent on what I thought was going to be a good decision. I am convinced the reviews found everywhere for this company are of those that first receive the turbos and not of those tested daily. I highly recommend looking elsewhere at a quality turbo as I learned, you will be spending that money anyways. Just my account with this (I feel shady) company and its phone operators customer service. Buyer Beware for sure!!

Fantastic! The guys were helpful and the EGR cooler was every bit as good as the B-proof one that cost 3 times as much. They shipped the same day and It took only on day to get the part! I look forward to doing more business and parts purchasing with the the guys at CIFIC auto.
