I’ve been going to this tire shop since I’ve moved to Brea and they have always taken care of my cars in a timely manner and at affordable pricing. Most recently, my boyfriend and I were going on a trip and he needed new tires the day of. It was a Saturday and he has a weird size tire. Every place we contacted did not have the tire available. Donny, the manager at this shop, was able to call in the order for these tires and had them in that day for us. He is always super nice and friendly when I’m there as well as the other staff. I will continue to go to this shop to service my cars for as long as I live in Brea, you guys are the best!

As you know, American tire depot told me they have a one year turn around in their warehouse.I got old michelin cross climate + 195/65R15 BSW 95V 600 A A tire yesterday (Service date 9.7.2021). Manager and sales worker (E. BERMU...) deceived me. I got old tire which is manufacturing date 3619 (Sep.2019). Yesterday was 10-7-2021 My invoice shows that they installed 2320 (June.2020), but I got 3619. Not 2320. So I complained about deceiving me. Salesperson didnt say anything about not matching 3619 and 2320. He just keep saying I should pay for labor if they change newest one. So I talked again in front of manager. Finally, they are going to order tires and will save newest one for me. However, They didnt call me as promised. So I am going to let many people know my experience at AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT. AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT deceiving customer. You should check manufacturing date. Many people think they got new tire with good price. But It is not. You must check manufacturing date.

Bless this place! I was so scared, I had a tire going flat and theyre fixing it for free! The kind man in front made me feel so much better, I will always give this place my tire business from now on!! I have a handicapped child in the car and we were able to stay in the van with the air on. If youre looking for tires this place is the most ethical, best place in town!!! From start to finish my experience here was amazing. Donny was the main reason I came back. He made sure he was competitive with pricing and was accommodating.Be prepared to wait or drop your car off because this shop can be very busy but again worth the wait. Not once was I pressured to buy things I didnt need. The mechanics are very friendly and and polite. Im happy I came here and I will be coming back!

Best prices and great service. Donnie is da man. Got a quote over the phone went to get tires installed. Computer showed tires in stock but it was not…no problem because Donnie upgraded to a better tire no extra charge. I will definitely come back here again and recommend my friends and family. Made an appointment for 8:00 am to have four tires mounted and balance.I showed up at 7:50 and waited in line only to be told it was first come first serve (why offer appointments then?) when they finally got to my vehicle I watched them put my wheels back on with an impact air gun and never torqued the wheels. Something that should have taken an hour of my morning took 3 hours.

Very attentive & kind staff, great prices & service. I appreciated that they took customer service/satisfaction seriously and went out of their way to make sure that the transaction went smoothly. The location is under construction but there was a restaurant 1block away so I could have lunch while I waited for tires to be installed. Highly recommend.

Theres a lot of good tires stores out there. American tire Depot is not one of them. American tire Depot ranks the worst place to go for tires or any kind of service. Dont waste your time or money here.

Donny at American Tire Depot went above and beyond for me. I called to schedule an appointment to get my tires put on and an alignment done, and Donny was kind enough to get my car in and out during my lunch hours. Highly recommend you give them a call for any of your cars needs and ask for Donny.

Updated from 1 star review. All I can say is you guys should have some scheduling software that takes into account the current manpower for that day (how many guys showed up to work) and the amount of time it takes to perform a certain job (like 1 tire replacement) etc. with a little time buffer. You guys should know how long two workers can do all of the orders thats being processed, if they have too much work and cant deliver on time. THEN when you schedule appointments with customers, it can be calculated so that customers dont show up and end up waiting 1.5+ hours for a backlog. Especially if I confirmed that appointment time few hours ago prior, you would be able to tell me to come a little later. All of this can be avoided with planning, software, and maybe a central office to call customers who have appointments to come later if something came up.

Don, the owner of the store, really helped me with my car. He offered me a good deal and fixed the front bumper for free. I got good tires in a couple of hours. He is awesome.Wei zhao

This American Tire Depot is poorly run. I dropped off my car at 940 am in the morning for an oil change and a Tire replacement.I asked the worker Donnie if it would be done by 4 pm. He said there a decent amount of cars ahead of you but it would be done. I called at 3 pm to see if it was done early. He asked which car then I said Honda accord then he mocks me and says ding ding ding because he didnt hear me the first time I mention my car. He said it would be done before the shop closes then I go at 530 pm because it closes at 6 pm. I see my car hasnt been work on for 8 hrs there was no oil change done or a Tire replacement.the worker stated they didnt have the right size. they should have called me if they didnt have the right size. it is best business practice for them to call the customer. Donnie should have known that they didnt have the right size. this means they dont even know their inventory thats mean there is a lack of organization. Now Im mad because they had 8 hours to call me about the Tire and didnt even do an oil change. there was cars that they were working on that came after me because I asked the others that were waiting what time they dropped off their cars.. this proved my point because I came before them. I asked Donnie how come my car isnt even been worked on. He then blames me that it was my fault that I should have known that there were a lot of customers. as a worker take ownership of your mistake instead of telling me it is my fault. he says there is time left how would they able to replacement my tire and change my oil when it was 545 pm. I needed to go somewhere. i encourage future customers go to community tire on brea blvd better customer service.

Took only 1.25 hours for 4 tires mounted, balanced and aligned. $480 out the door for 55k rated tires.

Had an appointment at 8:00 this morning and got in n out. My tire had a slow leak and they found a nail on the inside side tread so it couldnt be repaired. They gave me tire options and prices were reasonable. Service was quick and they were friendly. I will definitely back.

I love this place. I’ve been going to this place for years even when their shop was old looking barn style. Customer service was superior all the time no matter who I talked to. They never disappoint me. Doesn’t matter how many cars I’ve changed to. I tried going to other locations due to convenience since I moved, but I wasn’t happy with the customer service I received so I don’t mind driving in this location to get my car needs met.

Excellent service!! My final bill was precisely what I was expecting. My car drives so much better! I was pleasantly surprised to see how many other hondas were there. That indicated to me that they know & understand my minivan & it was in safe hands.

Went for an alignment, was told 40 minutes before they could start and the there were 2 ahead if me.. I said ok.90 minutes later after waiting in their make shift furnace of a waiting area and seeing the mechanic start the third alignnent, the ticket writer lied to me again and we got into a shouting match.Avoid this place. Pathetic customer service. Unprofessional. An update and a bottle of water would have helped, but they do not believe in customer service.

They stayed open an extra 30 minutes when I called after puncturing a tire nearby on the freeway...and then patched my tire for free, and even refused to charged me after I asked them to repeatedly (Not local to the area, so cant come here regularly). These gentleman were pure class. A++

My car needed two new rear tires and i wanted them installed right away so i made an appointment online for the next day at noon so i could get them installed during my lunch hour. When i arrived there they were very nice and had my tires already waiting for install. I was told it would take 45 minutes to mount and balance both tires but they actually got it done in 30 minutes so i was very happy with their service. I highly recommend them for all of your tires. They even inspected my brakes and let me know that they were running low. I received excellent service from there and will definitely go back.

I went in for brakes. As a female I am always nervous to take my car to shops, seems like shops burn a hole in the pocket, not to mention that they usually give me a run around and tell me my car needs this or that and it usually isnt cheap. But not the case here. I was informed that the front pads werent the best quality and affecting the rotors n making noise. Clearly I was ripped off when they installed those... The wait might have a been a tad long but sooooo worth it. The mechanics were super kind and communicative. And the person at the desk was super kind an amicable. The service was excellent. They fixed my rotors and installed some better quality brakes! I swear my car didnt even brake this smoothly when I first got the car. Not to mention it was waaaay less than I had anticipated to cost. A very happy customer to say the least.

I just went into the American Tire Depot to have a nail removed from my tire and repaired. I spoke with Jess who told me I had one customer in front of me and it would be a few minutes to receive assistance. It was less than 10 minutes and I received assistance. After the technician repaired my tire, I could not say enough about the generosity of all of the staff. They were all very gracious and accommodating. I will come back for future needs.

Got some new tires and an alignment. Best price around and the staff is great. Joe is really helpful and not too pushy. We come here when we have tire leaks or nails in our tires all the time. These guys take care of us. I would recommend to anyone that wants fair pricing and honest service.

Excellent service once again. I took my squeeling disc brakes on my GT350 twice to Ford dealership and they said that was normal performance brake pads. I finally got fed up and went to this shop in Brea and he (Mr Hall) knew right away how to fix the squeel. I even brought new ceramic pads to replace them but decided not to since the guy was so confident of the fix. They took out the pads, shaved the edges a tad bit, did a thorough clean, apllied some kind of waterproof coating behind the pads and the squeel is gone. Awesome! I saved the new pads for next time when I really need them. These guys are honest and know what they are doing.

Set up my tire order online through American Tire Depot. Unfortunately my tires was sent to a different store. However the local manager was able to get me better tires at the same rate I was quoted online. Mistakes happen but it’s how you correct them is what keeps customers coming back!!!! Joshua is the best!! Their customer service is like the good old days!! They were doing an oil change and they are extremely thorough. They discovered a nail in my tire and removed it promptly. They put air in all my tires and topped off all my fluids. The price was as quoted. No trying to sell their products. All this in a timely manner!! Highly recommend!!BTW..they had told me had they had to patch my tire it would have been totally free!!! Unlike other tire shops charge $15 - $20 to repair. Thank you American Tire Depot..Josh!!

Ive been meaning to write a review of these guys since I very first came in probably close to a year ago. Theyve patched punctures in my tire twice, at no charge, and have given me fantastic deals on oil changes. Ive sent multiple family members here for services and tires and theyve all had great experiences. Josh is fantastic and worked with me on everything I needed. They found a couple other things that needed to be addressed on my car but just gave me the details and price with no pressure and told me I could come back later to fix them whenever I was ready. Theyre great and Im going here every time I need an oil change or service from now on.

James is awesome! My car started overheating on Saturday at 2:30 in the afternoon....no auto repair shops are open Saturday afternoons....except American Tire Depot in Brea! He found the problem quickly, explained everything, ordered the parts, and had my car up and running before they closed at 5. The price was more than fair, and he couldn’t have been nicer. Definitely going back.

If you need tire repair, this is the place to go! Jose and James will take care of you. I first checked out Firestone and they were gonna charge $30 and wait 2 hrs so I decided to look elsewhere. Called here and the repair was much cheaper and alot faster. Glad I found this place, I wont go anywhere else from now on.
