Love it furniture makeover

After my mother passed away, I found myself in charge of the Trust and in a position where I needed to have an estate sale. I didnt know where to begin, so I began checking online and by word of mouth. A friend of mine recommended Yellow Dog Estate Sales, so I called them up and scheduled a meet and greet.I had already met two other estate sale companies, so when Jennifer and Jennifer (yes, there are two Jennifers at Yellow Dog) came to the house, they were a breath of fresh air. Unlike the others I met that day, they knew their stuff and they didnt promise you the world.Yellow Dog Estate Sales did a tremendous job! It took them about 10 days to prepare for the auction, because we had a lot of things. The weekend of the auction went without a hitch, and, of course, there were things left over. For an additional fee, they will make sure everything is removed and leave the home left in broom-swept condition. If you dont want the hassle of dealing with leftover things, I highly recommend paying the little extra, because its well worth it.Just as important, during their preparations, they found family mementos we had missed. Instead placing them in the estate sale, they placed these items is a secure place, so family could go through it later.If one is looking for an estate sale company, I recommend you look no further than Yellow Dog Estate Sales. Theyre professional and know what your going through. They will work very hard for you and will put your interests first. Just as important, their payment was on time, and it accurate.

I visited one estate sale in particular all three days that it was running and I LOVE the staff who worked it! Everday there were different people and everyone was SO accomodating with my crazy two year old boy, one of the crew even played with him/ watched him/made him fun little tape balls, ha! This was incredibly helpful as I do this for a living and have been asked to leave a sale before (and given the side eye since my son is a CHILD). The prices on the first day were very reasonable! Second day there were offers being taken and they took mine! Third day I came home with a 1960s Heritage Henredon dining set and a 1970s Givenchy scarf. THANK YOU JENNIFER for your great staff, kind heart, nice conversation, and great deals! I will jump for joy the next time you come to Long Beach!
