Book an appointment with ALICE KIM! I went with my fiancé to Jared’s in Brea, stressed to find the right ring. I had a specific style in mind that came with slim pickings in store so along with showing us the rings and settings available, Alice also went over the possibility of designing my ring and went over two rings with two different settings because I couldn’t decide on one. She made sure to keep our budget in mind and she didn’t push us to make a choice or go the most expensive route. Instead, Alice let me take my time and ultimately just wanted me to be happy and sure of whatever I chose. After being pressured and picking the wrong ring at another Jared’s location we are so grateful for Alice Kim and her thoroughness, patience, and affability.

Helpful staff and kind. Attention to detail and complimentary coffee in waiting area. My watch was taken in for repaired and cleaned given a manufacturer matter. COVID19 measures observed.When I questioned about how they knew the watch was loose without me being there, the jeweler on-site is observant. The fit was perfect---it was then I requested the business card for Jared.Details are minute droplets of gold and nothing is hidden, Carlos noticed. Thanks to Jared for the repair. A new (spare) watch was purchased at that time. Carlos is a certified Diamondologist and Gemologist. Grateful.

I purchased some Pandora charms as well as bracelet. The prices were great and the service was absolutely incredible, I was treated like royalty. Thank you Courtney for everything you did To assist me as well as the patience of showing me all the different charms. I would go back again

** I am posting again so that I can have two separate reviews for two separate associates. **I am extremely happy with the help I received from this location and how willing the employees are to help those who are attempting to remain positive given the height of this pandemic. I truly want to thank Courtney for ALL the help that you have been providing me and staying on top of what I could imagine, a busy schedule. My fiancé and I were geared up for our wedding this coming Friday but she unfortunately contracted COVID 5 days before our wedding. Its okay. Were doing fine, but its extends a bit more to just how exactly Courtney has helped. Her excited and happy demeanor is contagious, probably more so than COVID. Its been rough, disappointment after disappointment, but I want to say that your happiness brought the excitement and joy back into this wedding. Dont stop spreading your happiness, it helps those really trying to skirt around this awful year.

Honestly I am so annoyed when I look back on my experience at Jareds a few weeks back. I went in with my girlfriend to get an idea of what she might like for an engagement ring. First we had to walk around for awhile and had trouble finding someone to help us. Eventually Nash came over to assist us. I explained to Nash we were just looking and trying to get ideas.He then asked me in front of my girlfriend when am I planning to propose. I told him sometime in the near future (again my girlfriend who I plan to propose to is right next to me). Then he asks well are you looking to propose in a few weeks or in a month or two. Again dude my girlfriend is still right here so I deny answering. Then he hands me his tablet with my girlfriend still right there and asks me to write down when I plan to propose and I still deny him.Finally we move onto to the ring section and right in front of my girlfriend he asks me how much do you want to spend?. Seriously dude? No tact or common sense. Towards the end Nash asks if he can call me tomorrow and I tell him no, Id prefer emails only. Now two weeks later Ive had 5 phone calls and 2 text messages. Honestly this has been one of the most obnoxious, sleaziest sales experiences ever.

I bought a pair of earrings for $799.99 they said its 20% discount and 0% for 12 months. Now Im charged with interest because NOW its miscommunication. They are saying now the 0% are for items worth $1,000 and up. No big deal...but my husband was there too and they clearly said 0% for 12 months. Miscommunication or lies just to make a sale?

This place is a joke, the staff maybe somewhat friendly but completely incompetent. We got our engagement and wedding bands from here and the hassle of dealing with custom work has been a total nightmare, from associates not even checking to see if the work was actually done before having us drive down to get the ring to delaying delivery for over 2 weeks because they broke one of the stones, and not being able to actually charge properly when I wanted to pay it off so I would no longer need to deal with their financing company who is incredibly rude and not customer oriented at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Went in to purchase an item. Was told to wait for about an hour - wasn’t offered water, a place to sit, or even to clean my current jewelry I was wearing. This is what I expect from a high class jeweler. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNKY PLACE.

I must say, it’s intimidating going into jewelry stores, especially knowing that you might be potentially making a large purchase. But, upon walking into the Brea location, I was greeted with the friendliest staff. Nash immediately helped me with my reservation upon walking in. Heather was the friendliest person that immediately brightened my day while working with her. You can immediately tell how devoted she is to her job and how much she enjoys it. After Running into a small hiccup with my purchase, Claire (the store manager) found a solution to what was going on. And I want to thank the staff of the Brea location for how happy I am with their customer service and satisfied I am as a customer. Thank you for this breath of fresh air.**UPDATE**My now fiancé absolutely loves the ring you guys made. Thank you thank you thank you!

If you want the worst service ever, go here! They Jewelers are rude, unhelpful men that sit behind glass. They know how to make a $6000 ring look like junk. Dont ask them to fix anything on your ring. They only thing they are good for is if you need your ring cleaned. I mean, how can they mess that up?
