They do a great job, only complaint was a little hard to find the place

Bruce and his team are second to none if you need to get anything embroidered this is the spot.

Manager was very rude. Don’t ever use this place. Employee was trying to help me out with a rush order with 1 item for an anniversary gift. Manager came out and flat told me too busy to help you. Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Arrived at business about 8:30 a.m. Took one blanket in and asked for a price. Price was reasonable to me. I was then helped with thread color and font size. I knew what I wanted, but didnt know exactly how to describe it. He knew what I wanted and was able to show me. What he pulled up on his computer screen was perfect. I then brought in my other 8 blankets. The font was the same for all blankets, but the thread color was different for each one. He helped me pick the right color for each blanket. He told me they would be ready by Monday noon which was OK for me (5 days). However, at noon the same day I received a call that the blankets were done. I was amazed. I went to pick them up and they were perfect. I was extremely pleased with the way they turned out. Any other embroidery work I need done will definitely be taken here.

I ordered a large order of embroidered robes and they turned out perfectly!!!!! Bruce was patient with me and went over the whole process with me. Prices are great- I did a lot of shopping around. He is direct and too the point.Will be back! Thank you!

Called in first a quote. Spoke to a gentlemen who instructed me to send in designs for embroidery to be done on a hat. Never got back to me. Nor will anyone pick up the phone when I called. Figured he might be busy so I called again the following day. Still no answer. Very UNPROFESSIONAL
