This store has excellent customer service. I messaged them on Facebook asking if they had any Keroppi loungefly backpacks. They had one left so they posted it online so I could purchase it. I additionally purchased the Pom Pom Purin backpack as well since they gave me a discount due to a server issue. The backpacks came in quickly in excellent condition along with two buttons of the respective characters. I am going to start purchasing any future loungefly backpacks here! Thank you very much.
