I wanted to save a watch that I cherish, so I took it to fast-fix and the healer not only worked on it but it was done so quickly and was a reasonable price. He hit it out if the park with service and price. Plus, his assistant was so friendly and helpful. I wont go anywhere else from now on!

I love this place! I walk in with my jewelry, discuss what I need to have done, go walk around the mall for a little while, and then get a text saying it is ready for pick up!! Nice people and excellent workmanship. Today, I took a ring of my mother’s in for sizing but was worried that it might change the look of the ring so wasn’t sure if I should do it or not. I was assured it would be done well, so went ahead. When I picked it up, I was amazed at how absolutely perfect it looked -thanks Fast-Fix!!!!

Inherited a dainty bracelet and matching necklace. Fast-Fix verified the stones were what they appeared to be, also in a bee pin, some authentic, some not. Within 30 minutes they switched out the clasps to Crab Claw type, far easier for me to open and close. Helpful, and very helpful likeable staff. I cant speak to cost, as did not check elsewhere.

TERRIBLE! I went here to get a simple battery repair. An I take great care of my jewelry and watches. When they handed me 1 of 2 of the watches I took I right away noticed they swapped my band. Meaning they stole my well taken care of one and replaced it with a old beat up one. These people are shameless. An when I told the lady she didnt care at all what I had to say. Never go here. I wish I had read the reviews first. I assumed since it was in the mall that I could trust them.

I attended Fast-Fix Jewelry as winder had separated from my watch. They confirmed they could replace and install new winder at cost of $75. The winder was not the same when I collected the watch and Fast-Fix Jewelry did not contact me to notify change of winder, before starting work. I should have walked away but Fast-Fix Jewelry already had $75 from me and they advised it would be OK to use original winder. When I collected the watch, I could see the Manager having problems changing time on the repaired watch but I gave them the benefit of the doubt again. The winder disconnected again from repaired automatic watch, after changing time a couple of weeks later.I sent a message and then phoned Fast-Fix Jewelry and I did not receive any further communication. The manager was very nice to me however I feel very disappointed by the actions of Fast-Fix Jewelry.

These guys are the best in the business. Not only were they able to change my watch battery for a cheaper price than the local competitors, but they were also able to fix my sisters necklace the same day!!!! These guys should definitely be on top of your list for any jewelry repair.

GAVE MY WATCH FOR REPAIR OVER 2 MONTHS TO GET BACK WHEN BACK NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW ANOTHER 3 MONTHS..HANS THE MANAGER WANTS ME TO PICK AND SHIP TO MANUFACTURES AS THEY BROKE SOMETHING ELSE ON A $8000 WATCH.. Brought in an oldish Tag Heuer for a battery change. It took them less than 15 minutes to change it and ensure water proofing. And all for less than 50 bucks!

Went for repair of frame on eyeglasses. Worker told me he would weld the frame back together and their would be some discoloration on inside and would not show but what he failed to mention he would melt the frame and ruin it. That definitely shows. Charged me 55.00. Cannot be fixed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. THEY RUINED MY GLASSES. Had to give one star to post.

Over priced, horrible service, damaged my watch. They should get 0 stars.Update 1: Not only did they gouge the stainless steel backing of the watch when taking the backing off, I just noticed that the bezel ring around the center inside of the watch was put back on incorrectly, resulting in some of the functions of the watch not working. I now have to send the watch out to a Seiko service center for a proper repair.. If you have something valuable to you, find another repair shop.If you have a cheap throw away watch that needs a battery change, this place may be ok for that.As for the owners replying to customers who left reviews that they are masters of their craft, not true, hence all these poor reviews. Too bad they didnt spend as much time doing proper repairs as they spend b.s.ing the reviewers here . Save your b.s. Peter/Dominic.
