I had hearing aids for several years from this location under the former owner. I didn’t realize how much I was missing until Vanessa checked my old ones, performed a new audiology test with the latest state-of-art technology and introduced me to a new set of hearing aids. There was no pressure to choose the high priced devices. I was given several options and picked what worked best for me. What a difference. Vanessa, Tim and Josh went out of their way to ensure that my aids were programmed correctly and had me drop by every week at first to see if they needed any adjustments. The team is very knowledgeable and the aids are so advanced in technology from my old ones. The office is clean and remodeled and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. I recently had an operating problem with my aids (user error) and just stopped by for some assistance. They saw me immediately between appointments and re-educated me on some of the features of my new devices. So glad they took this place over. Great place. Highly recommend.

Tim, Vanessa, Josh and the entire crew at “Hearing by Ear” have done such a great job for my mom and improving her hearing. We had good years with the Dobrik clinic before the new team took over, but the difference this new ownership has brought and the further understanding of newer technology and how it can best help mom has simply been extraordinary.
