I bought my swim/spa at this location and I want to mention the amazing sales person Trina for the wonderful job she did for me at the La Brea store in Los Angeles.I purchased a H2X trainer 12. Trina was instrumental in solving a problem I had with the delivery of my pool. She immediately tried to find out what was going on and got back to me with the information and the solution to the problem. She showed excellent professional behavior and problem solving skills that offered a wonderful and caring customer service.I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to buy a swim/spa at the La Brea store talk to Trina, you can be sure to receive excellent customer service and be in good hands.

I was nervous heading into the process of picking out a hot tub. My wife really wanted one for the various positive attributes they have in fighting against virus’s. I felt it was a waste of money and dreaded the whole thing. But thank god for Trina Fogglesong! This lady really set my mind at ease and was very informative. She made me feel comfortable with the entire process and helped me to be more optimistic about the purchase. Now we are really enjoying our new hot tub. I’m so satisfied and happy with it! Actually everybody was very polite there and helpful but Trina was the absolute sweetheart Queen I needed to buy it. I’m very pleased and will refer many of my friends and family to go to the Hot Tub & Swim Spa outlet in the future. Thank you so much!

Worked with Trina. We had purchased a spa from another company and after 6 months of waiting for delivery, we decided to look around for other options. All other dealers said it would take 6-8 months minimum to get delivery at minimum. Got in touch with Trina and she gave an awesome unbelievable price and also said delivery in 4-8 weeks. It was worth the drive to check it out. When we got to the store, we were pleasantly surprised by the better quality spa and great pricing. Bought the spa with some doubt of the delivery but it came within the 8 weeks. So pleasantly surprised by the this company. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spa.

Similar to other low rated experiences - the buying process/sales were nice and efficient, but that is where it ended. We needed to get concrete prior to spa delivery and were told that the store/manufacturer would hold it until we were ready. We called when it was ready and were told our spa had been sold and was not in storage and that they would have to build us a new one. No one called us prior to selling it or gave us any time line for how long they would hold it for.We have now been waiting 4 weeks for the new spa with no communication other than our weekly calls to the office where they rarely can answer the questions. I hope I like the spa when I do get it. . . . . .

Nice to see the product in person. Friendly during the sales process, but after that all customer service ends. Any promises are shallow at best. We received our spa with good care from the factory, but Alex and staff were lacking in customer care/service surrounding basic questions prior to delivery and addressing missing accessories included in the sale (steps or starter kit). No follow up to phone calls that were taken “We’ll call you back...” . Talked to Master Spa factory service and they said accessory beyond the spa and cover were items the dealer is responsibility for in the transaction.Fair warning: Be careful working with this dealer. Take time to clarify how items would be delivered. Who is the responsible party in delivering the items and more importantly define timelines with dates noted on all contracts.*** Following the posting of this review, the sales rep who took our order notified us that the dealer was going to ship out the neglected items from our order. It’s unclear if this would have been the case if the review wasn’t posted, but in consideration of this, we have updated our star rating from 1 to 2. And adjusted some verbiage above to reflect the most accurate perspective of this situation.It should be noted that the factory side of this transaction was much more organized and professional. The spa itself is very nice in the short time we’ve had it.

With that said, one of the other customers and us teamed up to hear Alexs Sales Pitch about Master Spas.And what a Sales Pitch it was. He explained everything in detail to the difference in spas and their jets, filtration, efficiency, chemicals, critter abatement, etc. It lasted a good 20 minutes.Me - Im all in. I already picked out the one I wanted. :)My Husband - Always skeptical of these Sales Pitches. This is an off-brand manufacturer which increases his skepticism.So we step outside to talk and start Googling Master Spas and we found out that these spas are highly rated and the company is BBB accredited with great ratings. Yes, there are some complaints about there, but what company is perfect?We come back in and Alex was busy in the office, but the other associates stepped right in to make sure all of our questions were answers. We were never ignored, but we werent hounded, and I hope you know what the difference is. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever.So we bought a mid-size, mid-grade spa - the one that I wanted. We got a great deal and financing was easy.This was worth the drive.

This is less then one star....They promise the world and definitely dont and cant deliver.After your purchase, they cant help you... its be manufactured and we dont have any information....Then even though they cashed a$6000 check, so how it did not get posted to my account... so they are asking me to pay off a balance when my account was zero since December 2020.... check the date of post... still no spa...Work in a refund clause before purchasing from here...

I learned about the new Brea store from a Google search.Alex was my only contact and hes a great communicator and a pleasure to deal with. I had no experience with Master Spas as we previously owned a Hot Springs, so it was nice having Alex to explain the differences and benefits.I believe we got a very good price on our spa and we were able to get our Twilight 6.2 within a little over a month as promised.We are already getting good use from our cool new tub.When they tell you they can get your hot tub sooner than most, they are for real.Thanks again,Dave

Try and buy a hot tub in 2020. We went to 3 places and not one could guarantee a tub for at least 6-8 months. So, we decided to go to this company where they felt that they could get us a hot tub in 6-8 weeks. He felt maybe earlier and although we were hesitant, they definitely did. If you are 100% sure of the spa you want, best to order it. To reliably manufacture each product---its reasonable delivery --is taking longer than usual--pandemic results. Alexs hands are tied--nothing he can do but be honest. Prior to choosing, this store, for months, I was figuring out which store/ dealer--I didnt want B.S. or wool pulled over my eyes. I called Alex. Each time, he provided the specific info I needed so I could make significant progress. I am from S Dgo Cty. I drove over 90 miles to visit the Brea store. Honesty, genuine expertise, and straightforward accurate and helpful answers mean everything to me.I wanted the Master Spa--because of my own priorities and needs, including: to last me a few decades. But, I noticed he has nice spas for every price point and needs. I think it shows he doesnt want disappointed people and tries to meet peoples needs as much as he can. But, its like a car, one must keep saving to afford one, including afford the Calif taxes...too, that come with the purchase.My dream: MP Signature--but, too expensive for me and too hug. Thus, I chose the Force and am so excited to be slowly materializing my goal. Electrical, plumbing, 6 inch flat concrete slab for heavy spa. Mine must be interior to be extra, extra warm in all seasons; 3 walls of sunroom; After spa installed, fourth acrylic wall goes up. But, I may decide to instead do three walls and ceiling of bathroom tile--and a sliding glass door. (All around the glass--making sure bathroom tile--since moisture will ruin interior construction walls. ) If I was younger, mine would be outside, too. A step at a time and making sure to pay attention to detail. I have appreciated Alex and his people. I am now confident my health will only improve. Patience & a step at a time it will be! But, I am like a little kid--so excited to be getting one and also, I have learned so much.!

I was told by Trina on feb 22, 2021 we would expect a delivery date of 4 to 6 weeks, i talked a week ago she said they would be calling for a placement date within a week, never happenend . Im severly disabled and need my tub i feel they wanted a sale and did not deliver on the said date im frustrated and hurt and i paid cash and feel like they were only trying to make a quick sale They should have called me and said they were backed up . Not good i would have gone else where if i had known . Left message for Alex the owner/ manager no call yet. Very disapointed.🤬
