We shared a double chocolate explosion which was a good amount of ice cream and brownie - This was super decadent and balanced well. It looks like they used to have a setup to make liquid nitrogen ice cream on demand, note that this is currently replaced with your classic ice cream store setup where the employee scoops/assembles your order from already-chilled ice cream. I appreciated the variety of tempting flavors in the pre-set combos, and theres a bunch of toppings for build-your own.

Very disappointed in my recent visit here. I have been to Creamistry before so I know what to expect. Everything was wrong this time. The ice cream came out half melted which is odd considering how cold Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) is. I was asked if I wanted whipped cream on mine and I said yes and it was on the receipt but it was served to me without it. I also had to ask for the sprinkles which come on The Unicorn, and I was given the wrong ones. The kid who made it seemed more interested in playing around with the LN2 and freezing his gloves then he did making it. I hope they can find some better people to work here so I can come back again.

Its not all its hyped up to be. The equipment is extremely loud and it takes a very long time to get your ice cream. Its over priced and not worth the 25+ minute wait.

Went in at 8:45 on A Friday. With 5 people ahead of us. It took 45 minutes for them to make 5 ice creams and then one of the items I ordered. And then another 15 minutes for the next item. So we were not even able to eat together. Owner/manager kept taking orders and tallying receipts while no one was ordering...employees looked confused and disorganized. The owner/manager did pass out coupons to other customers, however only select customers she approves of apparently. Horrible service. Wont be back

Came on a Sunday night, 9pm, they said they were out of ice cream. How can you run out of ice cream when that’s all you do? That’s like if you went to In and Out and they said we are out of hamburgers. That’s un excusable, especially when you run an establishment like this. Looked like they just wanted to close early. Had a friend waiting for them to close. First and Last time to visit.

Under new ownership. This place was jumping. Clean and bright inside. Plenty of Outdoor seating with tables and chairs and heaters. Ice cream was creamy and delicious. Oreo cookie and smores and strawberry cheesecake were the winners for us. Yummy!!

The ice cream is very delicious and original better than in many places but the service is as bad as the ice cream is good, I mean that the service is very bad they treat you as if you were asking them to give you the products for free. But Ice cream is good. 🙃

Update: We decided give Creamistry another chance and stopped by for ice cream again and we were disappointed. We ordered Strawberry Bond and after an hour wait we were handed what seemed like strawberry shake, literally. Basically just some plain ice cream with strawberry on it. We have had Strawberry Bond before and used to love it. Lowering from two to 1 star. Not going back there again. Photo for reference.We used to love Creamistry but the last two visits have been disappointing. Brownie bites were stiff and difficult to chew on. Ice cream itself did not taste right, as if it was just a mixture of sugars and chocolate. Yes they are overpriced but we were OK with it when their ice cream was great. Will wait a while before giving another try.

Went here two days ago and ordered small pistachio and a small pecan praline. It took a while but it’s a process so that wasn’t an issue. My husband who absolutely loves Creamistry’s pistachio took a bite and it was all wrong. Apparently they added too many pistachios and the girl working there basically didn’t care. My husband tried explaining he’s had this same ice cream many times and it doesn’t taste right (and to me, it didn’t look right either —very gooey and slimy, not creamy, and dark green). The girl failed to ask him if he’d like something different. Finally, he tried eating some more of it but still just couldn’t stomach it, so I asked her if she wouldn’t mind at least looking at it. She did and FINALLY offered a substitute. We waited for a long time since we were pushed to the end of the line for orders for the substitute but then the girl mixed up our order with someone else’s—prolonging our wait even further. Overall, worst creamistry experience ever. The pecan praline was still delicious which is the only reason for two stars.

Made to order icecream thats made with Liquid Nitrogen. I got the Rocky Road. This was my 1st time here and the clerk suggested Rocky Road from the favorites menu. Not going to lie...it took about 15 minutes for our 2 orders to be made. There were about 4 orders in front of us. Its very labor intensive from what I witnessed. The 3 clerks behind the counter worked well as a team. One would create the ice cream and pass it to another clerk that would complete the process then the last would serve it up and decorate your order. They all worked well together.Our 2 Regular orders (small) came out to roughly $14 including tax. Cant come here during lunch break when its busy. We probably wont be coming here again but it was fun to watch and try Creamistry.

This is one of those nitrogen places where you dream up your fantasy ice cream and they blend and freeze it. I had chocolate with brownie bites, almonds, and nutella sauce. It was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Came to this because the one in Roland heights closed. We arrived at 9:04. We were told we are closed, we had a had a busy day. We need to clean. What a disappointed 😞

Be prepared to wait 35-40 mins to wait for one ice cream. I am not exaggerating. I waited for 30 minutes and when it was almost my turn (FINALLY), they started making several ice creams ahead of mine because they had online order. OMG. I didnt want to wait any longer so asked for refund but he said no. Never apologized, nothing.

Great, high quality ice cream!! There are a lot of different combinations you can create, so you always have something to try every visit. Best part is that they make your ice cream in front of you! They also have Non-Dairy based you can choose from (Coconut, Cashew & Sorbet) & these options do not ruin the flavor of the ice cream at all. Definitely will be back for more!!

The matcha flavor is mind blowing. The only thing is... i don’t recommend the almond milk base. I love almond milk but it just did not have the same creamy feeling that really makes it amazing to begin with.

Creamistry, as the name implies, has some of the creamiest ice cream Ive ever had. You can choose your base, either premium, organic, coconut, or sorbet, choose yours flavors, and toppings, this is really great for lactose intolerant customers! For two people you can count on spending about $20, so its not as inexpensive as thriftys ice cream. Inside seating is available, but it can get a bit noisy with all the mixers running and if its crowded, there are a few tables outside as well, probably not the best date spot.

I had a large Cookie monster. I love these hipster ice cream places, the ice cream always tastes amazing as its made on the spot with nitrogen.

I will never Go to this location again. I waited 45 minutes and there was only two people ahead of me.If I didn’t pay for the ice cream first,I would’ve walked out. Seriously understaffed, the employee was very upset and not courteous.

If I was owner i would hire immediately. The wait is too long. There are 5 machines onsite. Pissed off workers too. How could they not be. It is summer!I rate the ice cream 5. The stored gets a 1 star. Its the owners problem.

First time today. 3 small ice creams & a shake $29.00!! Very expensive . We waited and waited for our ice cream and nothing! Finally the shake comes out. 30 min later we are still waiting for our ice cream. Finally I said excuse me but how much longer? They ask my name and could not find anything. Instead of just making my ice cream quickly they are all looking around like they have no idea what they are doing. I finally say. Give me my money back!! Another 20 min go by and they have no idea how to give me a refund. I asked for the manager and they first said he will come out in a minute, then they said he was not even there. Finally they refund 13.00 dollars not even close to the amount I paid. After arguing with them for a other 10 minutes I finally received a full refund! Never again. I could not even tell you if the ice cream was any good because I never even tried it. The shake my son got was ok BUT not worth the 9.00 dollars. Ruined our family night out for some ice cream.

Best ice cream around! Delicious, creamy with great ingredients. At first, I thought, well this is a little overpriced and gimmicky ( because they make the ice cream right when you order it.) Boy was I wrong! I was amazed at how creamy and delicious the ice cream was with not even a hint of ice crystals regular frozen ice cream can have. The texture was closer to a custard and the Nutella ice cream was definitely a favorite! Good thing this place is a little far away from me, otherwise I would be rolling in and out of there every day :)

When I have high expectations for something, my expectations are never met, but this time it surpassed any thing I could’ve possibly expected.Thai tea and Nutella are the ones I tried and they were delicious!It’s $6 for a regular so bring your wallet full of cash!

OMG this place is crazy expensive to the tune of $17 for two small ice creams with two toppings each! Taste is good but no different than a gallon of good ice cream you can buy at the store for a a third of the price.

Amazing ice cream, but way too long of a wait

During the nighttime rush fully staffed as it was i ordered four ice creams totaling over 35 dollars. now i waited patiently like everybody then my order gets called out. then everyone eating theirs and me as well. then suddenly i begin to notice that i got an ice cream that was not mine. i took it back while theres so many people waiting. then it finally came out. then finally i begin to eat it. then it was made wrong again. so i literally took it back and the cashier was like i dont know its long night idk. so i took it back. i waited again. they gave it to me with marshmallows finally. then it was missing the almonds. three times!!! three times they mess up my order. this was a horrendous experience absolutely!!!

Went in at 1008pm tonight. Stood in line for a few minutes to be told weve taken our last order for the night. They close at 1030?? I felt really bad for the parents behind me who brought their 3 kiddos who also all got turned away.
