Old Station is a great local shop and store. HONEST and HELPFUL. Yeah, there are more high-end places around town... But you never leave your bike there for service expecting to get your pockets ripped out for it. Charlie and the gang have all the high end tools and experience without the high-end cost.

Extremely helpful. Bought a new Cannondale bicycle here today. They helped me outfit it with the accessories and were very friendly and helpful. They also repaired another bicycle I brought them. I’m very pleased with this shop.

Outstanding knowledge of bicycles. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I was having comfort problems with a new bike purchased from a different store. Kaley was able to offer several suggestions, the other store did not make these recommendations, only alluded to the possibility while Kaley had the items in stock and demonstrated how they would work. My husband purchased his bike here and a free tune up was offered while my bike store did not offer this. Do yourself a favor and try them. They are also located near the towpath AND the metro park paved trail! Cute store from a renovated house.

I first stopped here to get some help with a flat tire that I had caused because I didnt know how to use my tire pump. Kayla put air in my tire, showed me how to work the Presta valves and got me on the road, no charge! Weve been back to buy accessories (hanging lift for storage, cell phone mounts and car racks) and are delighted with their knowledge and commitment to customer service. Love Old Station Cycle!
