I have been a customer of Wain Security for many years. We started with home security when a neighbors house was burglarized. Matt came in and gave us a very professional assessment of how best to secure our home. His team then did a professional installation. Over the years we have had minor issues that Matt’s team addresses usually within hours if not in a day. We also had security cameras installed by his team a few years later for an extra layer of security. Matts team of installers from Wain security were very professional and neat .They installed, cleaned up and showed my how to use everything in just a few hours. The system is very intuitive and easy to use. I purchased the upgraded window sensors with the vibration monitors built into them, If you get these make sure to ask the installer how to adjust the sensitivity it is very easy to do and will solve any unintentional alarms going off due to thunder or other loud noises. I had a loose window which was making the alarm go off if a loud noise was close. Turned the sensitivity down and the problem was soled. This was not the fault of the alarm system.I also wanted to say i had very good customer service. I purchased a new WiFi router shortly after they install my system and Matt answered my questions on how to sinc it with my alarm and cameras very quickley, he even offered to come out and help me if i had problems. I would definitely use Wain Security again and refer them to a friend.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Continuous faulty sensors caused multiple alarms to randomly go off and have police sent to our home. Mr. Wain promised he would fix the sensors and would give me the run around when it came to setting up appointments. We could not set our alarm because every time we did the alarm would end up going off. After months of trying to get them to fix our equipment and never getting anyone to do so I finally cancelled our contract. Now they have an attorney trying to collect money for canceling their services. Services which we couldnt even use because of all the problems with equipment.

This is exceptional customer service. As a corporate coach I talk about the experience you create for customers. Wain Security is the example I use. When they came to install my security system, the old system was a spiderweb of messy wires. Without direction, the installer neatned the wires that previously existed and straightened up my panel. Their quality was so good that when an electrician came to my house to install additional lighting he commented on the cleanliness of their work. The cost of exceptional work may seem high but the cost of average cheap work is higher. Choose Wain Security if you want it done right the first time.

We too had faulty sensors multiple times. After I complained to Matt, he told me to contact the local fire dept. They referred me back to Matt as I found out that it was indeed a sensor issue. We had horrible customer service and cancelled our service contract with them.
