The level of service was horrible! Talk about making the customer feel unwanted!!!I walked in at 3:40pm and there was no one in the store, not even an employee. A minute later an older woman walked out from the back room and assisted me. She asked if I had a prescription for the lenses from them and I said no I had my eyes checked at a different place. I let her know that I was wanting to purchase some different style glasses and wanted to look around because they carried the brands I was interested in. She started to show me what they had and when I found a pair (the 1st pair) I was interested in she suggested I come back later when I had my prescription. When I continued looking at the other frames, because I was interested in purchasing several pair, she grunted and said she had to get a different key. By the time we made it over to the 3rd rack she appeared to be getting even more annoyed that I was still there. Shortly after I left. I will NOT be returning and I will pass the word about the horrible level of service to others.Just to let you know, you missed out on me purchasing new 3 pairs of glasses and possibly new 2 pair for my wife. CASH!I find it amazing how in this day and time when there is so much competition in the business world that more companies arent putting forth the extra effort to gain and keep their clients.

Unfortunately Dr. Wayne retired and I will no longer be going to this practice due to the woman that works there. Not only did she tell me that the glasses I picked out were ugly on me, she refused to push my prescription to 1-800-contacts. She wanted me to come in for a second Eye exam and spend another $130 even though I had an exam less than 10 months ago. She laughed at me when I said couldnt afford to pay for another exam. At this I got, I asked if another doctor could look at my prescription. Instead she kept interrupting me and repeating my name, called me abusive and hung up the phone on me. Completely unprofessional, save your money and self respect - dont go here!

I recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Brecksville Opticians. I am pleased with both the service and the glasses I selected. Ruth was especially helpful and patient as I took quite a bit of time considering my new look. Another member of the staff came in and offered his opinion as well. I will definitely return to the store in the future.

Was told if I wasnt buying contact lenses there they had no interest in giving me an eye exam because it doesnt pay the bills if I dont buy contacts there. Hilarious.On top of that the price of the eye exam was higher than most places I called.
