To my African Americans I hope your car doesn’t ever break down here because they don’t care they will tell u to move it even if you can’t. My car caught a flat tire & I was waiting on my tow truck to arrive & they called the police on me. So be aware of them they aren’t any assistance to black people

Our car broke down out of town and was towed to Waskos. They looked at it and let us know what was wrong, but they dont do transmissions there. They kept the car there and offered to tow to a nearby transmission shop at no cost. Very appreciative for their help!

Honest, efficient, low cost repairs. We always choose Wasko for honest reliable work. They seem to be able to trouble shoot, diagnose and repair quickly. For example they replaced a timing belt, water pump, and various other belts for half of what Conrads Goodyear was going to charge. Extremely honest people. Lived in Brecksville my whole life and they have always had a good reputation. Also willing to look at a new car you will purchase and let you know its condition. Very nice people.

They overcharge for simple work, they dont know how to change a parking brake pad. and are general crooks. ive lived off fitzwater for over 18 years and this place should never be trusted

I took my 2015 GMC Sierra truck to Waskos for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back, there was grease everywhere and heavy scratches on my custom wheels. The owner (Roy) refused to accept responsibility for the damage even after he saw it. I purchased this truck new and washed it by hand ever since. I dont even let the dealer wash my truck. I washed it the day before I took it to Waskos and the wheels were perfect. There is NO DOUBT that Waskos damaged my wheels. I have been going to Waskos for years and have referred many friends and family. 1 friend and 1 family member have recently had serious issues with this business. I am now in the process of notifying all my friends and family that I referred, to avoid Waskos. I will file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office as well as a small claims, in court. I would recommend others do the same if they believe or know that their car or truck was not repaired properly and or damaged.
